Chapter 39: Contracts
Ash shifted anxiously as he listened to Liam typing away on the keyboard before finally the printer on the desk had begun to make noise, meaning whatever contract Liam had typed up was done. He glanced over at Thea again, making sure that she was still okay even as she slept. When Liam had cleared his throat, he snapped his attention back to what had once been his beta.
“Why?” Ash had finally asked after a few moments of silence had passed between them, Liam handed him the contract and he immediately began to look over it.
