Chapter 38: A Beta and an Alpha

Ash had arrived back at the packhouse with Thea in tow in almost no time flat after yet another panicked phone call from Liam. He was getting tired of having to soothe the beta when he had signed up for the position in the first place. A long sigh had left him as he glanced over at Thea.

“You sure that you want to come along for this? Ash had questioned for the third time on the way over, Thea merely rolled her eyes in response to the question as a smile spread across her features.

“Yes I’m positive that I want to come along for this, even though you are technically my enemy again…” Thea teased as Ash chuckled in response, he had been messing with her earlier and had said that he was back to being her enemy again even though that couldn’t be further from the case.
