Chapter 25: One Extreme to Another

“Thea.” Ash warned as he had followed her out to the car, pausing as she had slammed the passenger door side shut. A sigh came from him as he ran his fingers through his hair, Liam had come up beside him with a chuckle.

“Omegas… And you got stuck with the most stubborn one of all.” Liam teased half heartedly as Ash growled at him in warning, Liam raised his hands in defense. “Just trying to lighten the mood.”

“Wrong time.” Ash huffed as he then walked to the driver’s side and got in before Thea could lock the door. He rolled down the window as he looked at Liam. “Make sure Kairi is taken care of, I’m going to take Thea back home.”

“Alright, I’ll make sure she’s taken care of.” Liam responded as he then huffed and turned around, walking back to Kairi’s home.

Ash glanced over at Thea who had purposely kept her gaze away from him during the entire exchange. A long sigh came from him as he reached over and gently took hold of her hand. “Talk to me.” He said softly.
