Chapter 17: She-boss
“Ash?” Thea questioned gently once she was inside the medical house, the healer having gone back to work. Being blessed by the moon goddess herself, the pack healer had her own powers that allowed her to speed up the healing process just a tiny bit. She sat in the chair she was offered and studied the alpha, he was already looking a bit better than what he had been on the drive here.
“Hey.” He responded, his voice still weak and hoarse as though he didn’t have anything to eat or drink the entire time that he was there.
“Hey… They said you wanted to see me?” She questioned gently as she took hold of his hand, gently running her thumb along the back of it.
