Arriana 's Pov

Am rushing home because I lost track of time and if am late my dad is not going to let me go unpunished tonight. I enter the house and it was awfully quiet I knew that something bad was going to happen. 'Well, well, well look who decided to finally come home did you have fun sleeping around ' I didn't need to turn around to look at who the voice belonged to. ' Dad I can explain ....' i wasn't able to finish my sentence I heard a loud bang and a sharp pain on my face. I didn't have time to register the pain on my face as he started kicking me in my stomach I fell to the ground, and I saw my mom smiling and enjoying the show am I really her daughter I asked mentally.

30 minutes later

'Did you enjoy sleeping around?' he asked after he got tired of kicking me 'I did not' I answered, but that only made him angrier as he took his belt and started hitting me with that 'how dare you lie to me you think that I don't know what you've been doing every day you leave the house early and come back late what else can you be doing?' i dint answer him as I know that will only make him more angry but the reason I leave home early is to avoid morning beatings bit I wasn't going to tell him that I know some people think that school is your hell but to me its heaven it's the only place I feel safe and away from my parents .

20 minutes later

'Get your ugly self out of my face and make me dinner ' now am laying in a pool of floor but i immediately obeyed him and limped in the kitchen to make dinner because if I stayed there any longer, he would have continued beating me till I die. I finished the food and hurried to my room to take care of my new bruises while crying I sometimes wondered what I did to deserve this?
