4 Chapter 4.The white snake

The knight stared back at the snake waiting for its action to confirm whether it is hostile or not.

The snake then approaches the knight and moves in spiral from the knight's leg.

It moves toward the Knight's torso and then went inside the Chest Armor.

After a while the snake settles down inside the Knight's Chest Armor.Seeing That the snake doesn't do anything much the knight regarded the snake as a friendly creature.

[The white snake is about 1.2m in length and 5inches in diameter.It has a small pair of wings attached to its body but doesn't seem for flight.

It wrapped around the cool area around the chest.It seem to like cool temperature.]

[Internal Cooling System slightly changed]

Water Vapours comes out from the knight's chest armor,cooling the inside.

The snake seem to enjoy it more and wrapped around the chest body inside the armor.

The Knight scanned around the surroundings again.Seeing no other creatures around the area,he continued his way toward the forest..

The Snake's Pov:

''I've been chased by a bunch of Devil wolves for hours now.. when will they give up?'' said the white snake as it hides around the bushes.

Suddenly an unknown knight came to the scene attracting the wolves.

''Oh no,he's going to die.Why did he come here.Doesn't he know this entire forest is a danger zone??''

But after a while the knight actually beated almost half of the wolves and even killed their leader making the rest of the wolves running away.

''I underestimated him.But how did he do that?I sense no magical energy from him at all.''

The snake hiding in the bush continues to lurk around and watch after the knight.

However the knight suddenly turned to look at its direction as if he know the snake is hiding there.

''He doesn't see me, doesn't he?'' The snake thought for a while ''He sees me.. but he doesn't seem to have any hostile or evil intentions now.I think i'll take the opportunity.''

The snake finally showed up and while still makimg eye contact with the Knight.

''Hm??I can feel the cool atmosphere around him.especially in the chest area.Isn't he a living being?Wait.. I still sense the heat energy at centre.''

''It would be rude if i took up the space for cool temperature for myself.... but he doesn't seem to be able to talk.'' The snake slowly crawled up to the knight from his legs.

But the knight shows no sign of reaction nor fear.

''oh whatever it seem like he won't mind'' the snake went inside the chest armor seeing no sign of the knight's flesh made him think he's a wandering golem.

''Ah... so that's why,well in that case I won't mind as well since he's a golem although i don't know which kind of golem he is.. but who cares anyway.''

The snake wrapped itself around the knight's core chest that has the area of cool temperature.

After a while A faint hum sounded from the knight and cool water vapour came out from the core chest,cooling it even further.

''Well this is very convinent.It seem like I've struck a gem for myself.The cooler the better.''

''Whatever this golem do.. I will make sure it won't be broken too much.''

the snake said as it fell asleep under the comfortable cool temperature.
