As we enter the pack lands the whole vibes feel so different than before there aren't kids laughing or we don't even see them or rather anyone I turn to Xavier and say something is so wrong, we need to cover up our scent I sense danger here he says me too.

We both mask our scent and began to go forward to the pack house but in another way so that we will be more prepared if there is danger. As we began to stride closer to the pack house we see rogues are surrounding the whole house except where we are which is behind the house, thankfully my room is accessible from the back of the house I mind linking Xavier so that we can get in the house from the window I point to the window and tell him I need you to help me get there though I look him up and down and say this your time to shine.

Xavier smirks and looks me up and down saying cool. He stands a few feet away from me and closes his eyes and well looks like he is in deep then suddenly he says I summon the "Harpy eagle" a dark brown aura surrounds him, I stare at him in amazement I have never seen something so beautiful and mesmerizing he picks me up and fly me to my porch to my room. Xavier puts me down.

I open the window and turn to see Xavier closing his eyes once again and touching his mark, returning to his regular form in doing so I just keep staring at him and say wow that was amazing he smiles so hard at me and says thank you. We walk into my room and begin to hear some chatter downstairs and walk out of my bedroom as silently as possible then look from upstairs downstairs at the altercation that is taking place, Polly I guess she senses my presence and she says in mind link do not come downstairs I reply okay. I hear my uncle Alex's voice saying you are not welcome here neither were you invited.

I look at Xavier after I hear the response in fear, I am looking for a girl by the name of Talia, I have business with her, is she here? Polly replies you have no business here even if she was here why the hell would we tell you? the man laughs an evil laugh and says if you are hiding her here and I found out I will come and kill every last member in your pack she got my brother killed.

Alex looks up at him lunges towards him and grips his neck and grits his teeth and says how dare you come into my home making threats inside of MY HOUSE are you asking for your life to be taken, the other man which is the leader, I suppose that is doing all of this struggle to breathe so he takes his hands to rub together and push against Alex's chest and makes him go flying a cross the room.

Adil jumps up to protect his father and says I will fucking kill you if you touch him again, I grab onto the railing of the stairs about to stand up and intervene but Xavier holds me down and says don't move can not let you walk into a trap. I sigh hard and look back at what's going on I see that the rouge and his people are about to leave l to breathe thank goodness. I mind link my big brother Skyler and ask him where is he answers me and Nina are on our way back I tell him to get me a few things so that they will take some time and would not be here.

Once they left I ran downstairs to see Polly on the couch looking distraught holding onto Alex's hands saying baby how the hell this happened Alex looks so confused himself he is staring at something like his mind linking someone, Polly slaps him on his chest and say dude we have to figure this out. Alex death stares at her and says what do you think I am doing? she says talk to me I am your mate first.

I stand there just looking at them I turn to look for Xavier I mind link him baby where are you? he replies he is checking on our pack he says we need to be getting back there so that we can make sure everything is running okay and begin ceremony for you to officially join the pack, we can't stay here for that long, okay I reply but I want to help my uncle and auntie with the problem here all of this is because of me uhg I thought all of this was died down more. Xavier replies, of course, we will help out here we will send some of our people and I will come back here too but you will stay at the pack with my beta I cannot put you in any more danger, I stop him right there, first of all, I can protect myself and you know that, why should I stay ? he says please I just want to have you there yes you are strong and I know you are a warrior as well but I want you there at the pack protected and protecting our people. I just reply fine.

I walk upstairs and find Xavier on the computer answering some emails, I tell him I am gonna go out on a walk to the lake nearby he says to take one of the guards I say fine, and I leave the house it feels so freaking good the wind hitting my face I have one of the guards behind me he just chilling not talking of course because Xavier special self-talking about he doesn't want him talking to me (eyes roll ).

20 minutes later I begin to head back to the pack house because it's getting late.
