Chapter 39 (The Queen's admonition)

The people around gasped in shock as they saw their queen cut the dress in two. She held each of the pieces in her hands and presented it to the women asking each of them to choose. The women looked at themselves in dismay with widened eyes and slightly opened lips.

"You can't talk anymore?!" Zelda asked, not like she was expecting an answer anyway. "Why can't you talk now? What happened to your mouth that was blabbing and making noise a few minutes ago?" The quarreling women bowed their heads in shame while the seller just wondered what would happen to her now useless dress.
