Chapter 20 ( confessing feelings)

Alma watched as he walked away and hesitatingly went into the kitchen. This was the first time he was actually requesting from her and she wondered why. What about his girlfriend Elsa? The last thing she could remember about the duo was that Elsa was angry with her concerning the way she looked at Kenan after which he dragged away. Then she noticed that they have been acting somewhat cold towards each other. Were they still together or were they just having the normal couple fight?

She went into the kitchen and prepared black tea for him. She transferred the contents into a ceramic jug, then she brought out a small tea cup and kept it on the tray. She took the tray in her hands and left the kitchen for Kenan's room.
