"N - Nathan... What are you saying?" Her voice broke as she spoke, her eyes filled with tears.

"I'm sorry for not telling you all these while. I was only waiting for the right time to tell you. I just didn't expect it to come out this way." He tried to approach her but she flinched backwards, trying to avoid his touch. 

"No! Don't! Don't come close! You are a vampire. You are a vampire." She said it repeatedly. "Oh my goodness!" She held her hand on her head as she tried to fathom the whole situation -- it seemed rather unbearable and all she wanted to do was to run away. That was all she could think of at that point, to get away from him. "That is why you said... That is why you said you..." She paused and then looked back at him. At that moment, all she could imagine was Anan and what he did to Nadia(the woman he claimed he loved).
