Chapter 123 (flashback to the past 16)

Night approached and Anan was ever so motivated and ready to take what he believed belonged to him. He didn't want to create a scene by going to the palace when the day was still giving out its light and all and sundry were still roaming about and going about their normal duties - he targeted when they would be done with their duties and they would be retiring back to their rooms for the day. 

Like a person expectant of a miracle, he strode to the palace when it was time.

He came when the people were still up and doing, going about their normal duties so he roamed around because it would be suspicious if he came in when everyone wasn't around and had gone to bed -- he didn't want to be disturbed when he was with her as he had planned and concluded that he was going to have long lone time with her which will be filled with too many erotic and risque activities.
