Hearts Bleeding

When we talk about bloodline it doesn’t mean that it’s supposed to be a member of your family whether born, married, or adopted into the family. One can be a total stranger but with just sympathy and care, they can be a member… For this story we see a girl whose parents died during a car crash and being the only survivor, she is taken to an orphanage. Nobody from her family came to claim her so she was declared an orphan and to her dismay started off at foster homes at the age of 6. Even at the foster homes she was not treated well and resulted in her running away from one foster family to another. The last two foster homes did not end well for her as at both homes she was almost raped by the fathers and whenever she would try calling him out, she was always accused of seducing them. At last, she ran away from the last foster home at the age of 16 and she could no longer go back to the orphanage as she was branded as the trouble maker and she was already warned if she tried to run away again then she was not allowed to go back there. She had saved at least 6000 dollars and she decided to use that money to start everything by herself. She was very bright for her age to her advantage as she knew not to use everything for granted; you never know when luck will ever be on your side. After she left she rented a cheap apartment and looked for jobs as she could not afford to go back to school again. She found a job at a restaurant and the pay was good as it could sustain her since she budgeted well and only used it for emergencies and necessities.

Dominion's Descent

Under the cloak of twilight, a quaint watch store in the heart of the city bore witness to a mysterious arrival. At his doorstep, the store owner found a basket cradling a silent boy with piercing blue eyes that seemed to hold centuries of wisdom. The old man, moved by the child’s solemn gaze, named him Jake and embraced him as his own. In the fleeting years that followed, Jake grew rapidly, his mind always hungry for knowledge, his questions often leaving the old watchmaker in thoughtful silence. The bond they formed was profound, filled with endless discoveries and quiet moments of shared understanding. Yet, as the shadows of Jake’s thirteenth year fell, the comforting presence of the watchmaker began to fade, thrusting Jake into a journey of self-discovery and untamed destiny. ******************************************** Join our Enchanting Discord Community! HIS DARK ANGEL- DEATH FOR A NAME.

It was said that the eyes were the windows to one's soul. But, what happens when one's soul is.... Dead. --- Eyes pure as melted gold reflected on the full length mirror, cold and lifeless. A gaze so calm it could scare a baby to tears and frighten the soul out of a grown man . Azrael hated her eyes, they were ominous and spoke of death , the cause of her misfortune the reason for the dirge of her life. Despite it's ominous reflection, it portrayed nothing of what she felt , if she ever felt at all . As per her experience, emotions were the greatest of sins in this accursed world, they were the least trustworthy thing in the world, a door to one's deepest and darkest secrets. An abyss of feelings meant to be cursed and unfelt, unneeded in her already dead soul. --- A weakness buried deep into every living soul, waiting to claw out at every little hesitance to be ruthless, to curse the world and burn it down. It had ate away at her resolve and that little mistake had costed her Everything. Emotions brutally reminded her of how weak she was...then. So, if the eyes were truly the windows to one's soul, her's was...dead. --- Though she stared at the mirror, she reflected no signs of life, no longing, no dreams, and no expectations. Nothing seemed to waver in her ominously calm gaze, as she stared upon everything, living and non living being with dead nonchalance. She promised not to waver in the presence of betrayal, not to be fazed in the midst of false affection . She was a calamity, a pariah distanced from by her so-called family, tortured by her enemies, a chess piece to her beloved , all because of one dreadful thing__ Love. Her love turned her into the monster she became, and she revelled in the demonic satisfaction her hate brought to the shattered pieces of her soul and the dreadful screams of her enemies. --- So instead of love she shall__hate and become the monster in their nightmares.

It's a good start. The overall concept is interesting. Though the plot is a little confusing, I hope it'll unravel itself very soon. I look forward to read the following chapters. Keep the good work going! :-):-):-)
