The knowledge of Who She is...

Katie Goris opeded her eyes. She first looked around the room, taking in her environment.

Yes, she rememberes where she is and who was lying beside her. Katie Goris looked at the man and baby beside her, they were both asleep and she didn't have any plan to wake them.

She quietly came down from the bed and entered the bathroom. She stood in front of the sink looking at herself in the mirror with the knowledge of who she was.

Katie Goris stared in the mirror at an image she barely recognized. She looked slimmer, her weight has changed, and face sharper at the edges but her colour remained the same.

The image didn't resemble the easy-going girl she knew herself to be. The circumstances of life had matured her.

Then she remembered the trip that changed her life.

Katie Goris was filled with a flood of memories. She was so overwhelmed with feelings that she sat on the cold tiles in a corner, tears of Joy and despair running down her face.
