"Good morning, I want the whole financial report for today! And could you please tell the other departments to make their job accurate? I am giving them a high salary to pay for their services and yet they can't do their job? I will fire those persons who kept on making mistakes. Please post an announcement we are hiring for the following positions." I gave him the list of all the available positions for the company. I need a hard-working and dedicated employee.

"Yes Sir."

"Please do bring me one cup of coffee."

"Anything else Sir?" my long time secretary asked me.

"I want you to ready my car because I will be leaving for lunch. I have to meet someone."

"As you please Sir. It is all noted, if you have nothing else to say I will take my exit."

My secretary is my most trusted employee in the company, he is the only one who made it to the top. He always ensure that he does his job correctly. He impresses me the most so I kept him.

I am Clifford Lapore the one and only owner of Lapore Company. I am a high profile type of person. 25 years old single, and not ready to be in an hilarious relationship again. I am also the most kind enemy you would ever have in the business world.

I checked my computer to see emails from our client. I never had a small client because my company has a very high standard. Although, I don't really brag it but people labelled it so I just acknowledge them.

I heard a knock from my door so I assume it is my secretary,

"Come in."

"Good morning Sir, other employees are not in favor about your decision firing them."

"It is not my loss, I gave them chances but they just misused it. Why would I waste my time on employees who does not treasure their position in the company. I am a considerate person but I cannot take the risk of losing millions just because my employees are not well-established. My decision is final. First things first tomorrow morning I want them to leave and I want new employees."

"Noted Sir, here's your coffee. I already told your driver to ready your car. You are good to go."

"Great, thank you. You can now leave my office."

I am not a heartless type of person but business is business and I can't kept incapable employees in my company. I want high quality one because this company is not just a small branch. As much as possible I want to produce good quality. I am providing the best services in the whole world and I could lose it if I have less experienced employees. I continued what I was doing earlier. One of my clients want to meet me in a coffee shop. I don't want to go out but I have to close this deal, I cannot let go of this.

I called my secretary and in just a few seconds I heard him knocking on my door again.

"Come in."

"Why did you call me Sir?"

"I'll be having a coffee with one of my clients it is a big client, I'll be leaving right now. Please send me the copies of report to my email. I want it detailed. And make sure you can send it before I reached the cafe."

"Yes Sir, anything else you want me to do?"

"Call the coffee shop to offer the best seller. I don't want a cheap meeting." I said in a laborious manner.

"I will do it right now Sir."

"Thank you, Simone."

I walked out of my office, fixed my neck tie, checked the time on my wrist watch, and fixed my suit. I entered the elevator and when I arrived at the first floor I immediately went into the parking area. I felr relieved when I saw my driver heading towards me.

"Good morning, Sir. Where are we heading?"

"Dainty Cafe." I said and went inside the car.

"Okay Sir."

"Can you please drive faster than the usual? I might be late if ever you drive on a normal speed."

"No worries Sir I got you."

As much as possible I want to maintain the professionalism on my employees, I have different personalities but work is still a work. I don't want to become so close to my driver when it is working time. My house personnel knows how good am I, it's just that work teach me how to be clever when it comes to trusting the people within me.

I checked my email and I already received the important documents I will discuss to my client. I reviewed it to see if I have missed something or there are errors. I want a one approved deal, it's a waste of time closing the deal for many times. If it doesn't want me I won't force them. It is not my loss it will be theirs. But somehow, I don't have rejected deals they trust my company's expertise and they've reached the standards so it is still a win-win situation for both of the company. There are local companies who want to bind with me but they haven't worked it out yet. So, I have to turn down their offers.

"We are here Sir." My driver announced, I opened the door and went outside. I headed myself towards the cafe and I immediately sit myself in the reservation area.

A few minutes passed and I saw my client walking inside too. I stand up to greet her when she reached the table,

"A pleasant morning Madame please have a seat."

"Thank you Mr. Lapore for agreeing on my invites. I really thought you would decline my offer." She chuckled, I signed the waiter to serve the drinks and food in our table.

"Who would turn down the woman who offers such generous contract to my company? It is my pleasure meeting you Madame."

"A pleasure to meet you too, I guess we should move forward to our main agenda?"

"As you pleased, here are the reports abd documents that serves as the proof of how secure your investment would be in my company. You could also see how big is the progress of my other clients who choose Lapore Company. I would not disappoint you Madame."

"You are well- prepared, from your detailed presentations and as well as your data are clear."

"Having high quality of employees would result to this." I chuckled, the waiter serve the foods in front of us so I did not continued our discussion.

"This is the best seller of the cafe isn't it?"

"It is Madame, clients like you should be treated well." I said, as much as possible I want to close this deal I have a meeting for today. I almost forgot, thanks to my secretary Simone he sent me my schedule and put on a reminder. He's a blessing.

"So where are we?" She smiled and sip her drink.

"We are at the discussion going to the benefits you will gain when you invest in our company."

"Go on."

"As you see most of the investors in my company received high income in just a month. Your money will not go into waste. We would also took care the image of your company. I am sure your sales would increase."

"That's a great tactic Mr. Lapore. Now tell me, why should I invest into your company?"

"First of all Madame, our company has a big image in the business world. You will have the advantage to earn and have a good image too. Second, investing in our company means you are in good hands. You earn both money and good image in Lapore Company."

"Okay, where's the contract?" She sweetly smiled in front of me. I give her the papers to sign in and she gladly signed them.

"Thank you so much Madame Georgiane."

"Thank you too, we are not partners. I am looking forward to meet with you soon."

"I won't ruin your trust in my company Madame." I assured her. After we talked and after I closed the deal I waved my goodbye because I have to catch up for my meeting.

"To the company." I said to my driver and he immediately maneuvered the car going to the company. I called my secretary to ready the meeting room because I have yo discuss important matters with them.

When I went inside my employees are looking at me especially those who got fired. I can't do anything, I gave them enough training period but they don't learn. I headed myself to the office to take some rest because I have some time when Simone my secretary went inside.

"Sorry to disturb your resting time Sir but I would like to ask about the agenda for the meeting. Should I make you presentations?"

"No need Simone, I will tell the agenda later. And by the way, thank you for the convenient presentations I closed the deal with Ms. Georgiane without any sweat."

"I'm glad it help you a lot Sir."

"You can now leave, I'll take some nap."

"Okay Sir."
