In the previous chapter, we were reading about the reason for Michael beating up Mike in the Recap we read that When Michael and Mike went to their rooms Michael said with a broken look then he asked Mike about leaving he told him that he had refused to the warden then he stood up to leave mike asked him why he was leaving he said they would call him anyway, he asked:

Mike: You are going to refuse right?

Michael: It's not good to disappoint them every time, and I am not stupid like you

Mike: What do you mean?

Michael: Don't be such a fool, I am going to say yes.

Mike: You are joking right?

Michael; No I am not.

Mike; But, we did the promise of brothers that we will get adopted together

Michael; Nah, I don't get emotional, it is my life and I am not staying back because of someone.

Mike; Someone? Am I someone? I am your friend and you have made me your brother.

Michael; You refused to the warden, thank you for that, now I must be going.
