New contract

Then we waited for half an hour, while the learder and his troupes kept struggling to get lose off the rope made by the dwarves and enchanted by me. About a dozen of male soldiers arrived first, followed by six female while one of them is dressed luxurious clothes while being taken care of by the other females. A female dressed luxurious clothing immediately noticed me then walked towards me and slightly bowed and said, "Allow me to introduce myself, i am Imiril, the Queen of Elinor Kingdom. Dear great being, please forgive me and my clan's mistakes and incompetence." Everyone are surprised by her sudden arrival and action, especially me. Why would she call me a great being when i am only a teacher and having a dragon's soul inside me. She stand straight back, the females tending to her run towards her and hurriedly wiped her sweat and tears. Thora came out of the forest's bushes, full of sweat and out of breath after catching her breath then she said," Great Queen of Elinor Kingdom, please excuse me and my family's kin manners for not properly welcoming you into my humble village."

Imiril smiled and gestures, "It's fine, it's fine. Don't mind me." Thora smiled back. I walked a few steps towards Imiril then Thora came huging me up from behind. I know she is very worried about us and the village. I gently pat her hand then slightly smiled and said, "I am fine and so is your beloved village. Please rest easy, i'll be handling this matter from now on." She looked at me with a sad teary expression trying to smile, then she let go of me as she shed her tears. I walked closer to Imiril and i calmly said, "I asked one of you're plattoon leader to call someone but he called you instead, so i apologies for the sudden invite. Also please don't call me a great being, i am just a normal traveller. (whaaa, too much pressure, why would that cliche platoon leader called his own queen to form a contract. Can't he at least call someone of assistant position or something.)" Imiril smiles while looking at me intensely while her guardsmen stood before her with their actions saying protect the queen, keep her safe and such. She gestures at her guardsmen to be at ease as she walks and stands in front of me then she leaned her head down to my head and whispered, "I know that you're not just a normal traveller or a person, but you're someone who have a fragment of someone's not in this world and one of the dragon souls. You're also someone related to a lost god, whom you or everyone don't know about. Worry not about this being well-known during these years but in the future." After saying this, she withdrawn herself from me. I don't know how to reply to her nor do i react to her after saying this to me but she is no ordinary queen. A few moments of silence has come by, imiril spoke,"May i know your reason for the sudden invite you've sent me?" She talk like nothing else happened after she whispered to me.

I look behind and saw thora with her sister Trakara and her father hugging together then i looked back and said, "I want to break the old contract you have with the birntodur village and make a new contract. I'll act as a bridge between your kingdom and their village to form a new contract." After i said this Imiril's expression changed as she is astonished to her it then she immediately replied," Of course, i'd like to form a new contract with the birntodur village but i want you and the village chief to be the representative of the village. Let's form the contract right now." I smiled and called Trakara's father to form the contract. Imiril started chanting a contract type spell and i spoke a few conditions as the bridge between them, them the both of them agreed with the conditions. The light spirits acted as the witness and approved the contract. After the contract ritual was made, two pieces of paper slowly forms then floats down towards Imiril and Trakara's father. After they receive the paper, Imiril said, "And with this, a new contract is created, from then on birntodur village and the elinor kingdom will be under an alliance and co-exist with each other.

A few days is spent while celebrating with the new life the village will have. Soon a trading centre will be built as a sign of memorial of the co-exist between elf and dwarfs. As for how i met trakara's father, he met me the day i arrived inside their house as his daughter already welcomed me. At first he cautiously approached me like a cat and walked around me as if he is inspecting me. He suddenly stopped and asked, "Who are you? What is your goal for visiting my village? and what is your origin?" He looked at me with his doubtful eyes and then scratch one of my chicks. I answered, "I am Tori, a traveller from a far away village and my goal is to rest up for a few days at the cheap marten inn but your daughter suddenly asked me to help the village and it seems like you don't know about this yet.(The name Tori is my previous life's, but it's given by uncle Arashi as my disguise. I kind of forgot some of my memories from my previous life)" He frowned while looking at me and said,"I don't need a help or advice from an outside, i can handle this problem perfectly with just me and my village you see." His daughter suddenly pinched his left ear and he screamed," ouch, it hurts I'd say, it hurts!" Thora said, "Dad, why say you can handle this problem perfectly with just us? Everyone else is struggling to make a lot of weapon just to keep thora safe from that guy, you know. We always barely save thora from that guy and barely getting a rest from making those weapons. It's better to ask for an adcice or help from the outside since we can't handle this for long with just us from within the village." and he released her hand from holding her father's ear as his father rubs his ear after getting an earful from his daughter.

Grain said but eventually he discovered my real name as i explained things about me looking for someone and didn't tell him about me being on a mission finding the person who have a dragon soul like me, Tsuriya and the others. And that's how Grain knew a bit about me. After the celebration, a soldier under imiril's command arrived with a letter on hand. The soldier handed me the letter and i opened it. The message written in the letter is, "Great one, please forgive me for my sudden message through an inconvenient way. I'll get into the main point without going around ths bushes, as i wanted to invite you for a small audience with me togather with attending an event to announce about the new contract and activities regarding this. " Her letter is short and straight forward however she is very mysterious which makes it hard for me to predict her intentions.
