The beautifully-dressed Lady bowed down to 000 as well. Surprised by her action, Jihoon bowed down as well, thinking that she was some sort of Royal, which in fact Jihoon is much more superior that the Royals.
"Stop teasing him Bomi" Keeho warned the lady, now named Bomi to stop teasing the Legend.
"I'm sorry I had to! My attire really looks like I'm one of the Royals!" Bomi pouted. Making Jihoon and Keeho let out a small giggle.
"I heard that!" Bomi added, making the two boys' giggle turn into a laugh.
"Now the question is, what are you doing here Bomi?" Keeho asked the guest. But for some strange reasons, Bomi became silent, making both Keeho and Jihoon feel nervous. After some couple of seconds, Bomi moved to her right, revealing an...
"An Egg?" Both Jihoon and Keeho surprisingly said at the same time. It was very common to see an egg in this game, but this was no regular chicken egg.
"This big boy is a Dragon's Egg..." Bomi started as she carefully pat the top of the giant egg.
"I found this from one of a cave near the meadows, I was carrying it then suddenly an old man approached me saying to keep the egg near me since it's almost going to hatch. So that's what I'm doing." She ended while smiling. Both the boys could see how Bomi was having fun being with the egg.
"Well that's why I stopped by, to show you my egg! Farewell now I guess. Bye!" Those were Bomi farewell as she opened a portal to travel.
"I guess I have to get going now 000! I still have to do some tutoring" Keeho told Jihoon that he'll be leaving the game. Jihoon nodded as Keeho's character started to fade into smokes.
With that in mind, Jihoon also thought about quitting the game, realizing he had a night shift in a nearby convenience store. Quickly, he logged off his game and took off the VR Headset.
Blinking his eyes, he was trying to familiarize himself in the real world. When he finally got the hang of it, his tummy started to grumble. Seeing a paper bag in the table next to him, it was the leftovers Mr. Park gave him.
"I should thank Mr. Park when I see him."
Jihoon then proceeded to change his clothes to a plain white t-shirt and some pants. Opening the paper bag, there was fried rice and a spoon, upon opening this Jihoon ate this as fast as possible without choking himself.
Cleaning himself up after eating, he said goodbye to his cat Moon and closed the rooftop door. Descending from the apartments stairs, there he saw Mr. Park closing the door of his room.
"Thank you for the food Mr. Park!" Jihoon thanked Mr. Park.
"No worries, I need to go!" Mr. Park bid farewell and ran towards the parking lot getting his car. Jihoon then proceeded to walk towards the convenience store he was working.
Opening the glass door, his co-worker greeted him.
"Jihoon! I thought you were going to ditch me" The boy jokingly said.
"I won't do that Jay, also I just lost track of time." Jihoon replied as he entered the cashier. Getting his apron and cap, he wore this and ask Jay to tie the apron for him, which Jay willingly tied for him.
"There we go" Jay said as he finished tying the apron.
"Well since you're here, I already prepared your dinner under the table. I already paid for it so you don't have to worry! I need to run an errand" Jay explained his situation, making Jihoon look at him and nod. Jay then waved him a goodbye and went out of the store.
Jihoon was now sitting in a chair behind the cashier, waiting for a customer. Sighing since he got nothing to do, he stood up and checked shelves.
"These has already been replaced with new ones" Jihoon said to himself after checking the expiration date of a sandwich.
After 10 minutes of checking the shelves, he got back to his chair and sighed again. For what felt like hours, the bell above the entrance door chimed, Jihoon then looked up to see the customer. Jihoon only got a glimpse of the person who entered since they immediately went to grab something from the shelf.
Jihoon proceeded to bury his face in his hands since he's starting to get tired.
"Excuse me, can I have this?" A familiar cold and raspy voiced stunned Jihoon. Immediately looking up, he was face to face with the man who gave him the VR Headset.
"Y-You!" Jihoon was startled, but still managed to say a word. The man smiled.
"So we meet again, I didn't expect to see you again this fast." The man spoke, making Jihoon left utterly confused about what he said.
"Can you scan this first please?" He requested, Jihoon was now a little embarrassed and scanned the items the man has brought.
"If you're free some time, meet me here." The man handed Jihoon a card. He looked closely at this.
"Best Plays Company" Jihoon muttered. As he looked back at the man, he was already gone and his payment was already in the counter. Very strange, Jihoon thought. And now that his customer has already left, he had noting to do, other than sitting.
"5:41 AM" Jihoon yawned as he saw the digital clock next to him. Jihoon was waiting patiently to wait for his co-worker to substitute him for the shift. He still need to go back home to wash up and to go to his school since it's Monday already.
At exactly 5:55 AM, the door chimed, making Jihoon smiled as he saw his co-worker arriving almost late.
"You're late Mems!" Jihoon jokingly exclaimed, making Mems roll her eyes.
"I'm not late Jihoon, There's still 5 Minutes left before your shift ends." Mems walked over the counter putting her bag down and started to wear her apron and cap. As she did this, Jihoon also took of his apron and cap.
"Well, I need to get going Mems! Good luck!" Jihoon wished Mems a good luck and started to walk back to his place.
Upon walking back to his place, he something in his peripheral vision. Looking at his right, it was an empty alley. But for some strange reason, Jihoon thought there was something wrong with it, but he immediately brushed it off as he remembered about going to class and he continued to walk back.
"We will meet again, Jihoon" Said a faint whisper voice inside the alley.
