Awakening.

"Goddess Ai, wow. So you called yourself a Goddess. That's a great name… But Ai, can you please send my dad inside? I don't know what they know about what happened to me. I need to talk to them right away."

"No. I can't."

"But why can't you? Does something happen to them? Are…are they all right?"

Wang Yue panicked hearing what Ai told her and she immediately got up from her bed to go out of the room to check if they were okay or not when her feet ceased to move on.

Wang Yue looked at the big wall clock hanging on the wall near her door that was showing the time along with the date of that day.

"What the hell, is this watch still working? Ai Ai, please make sure to change the cell in this watch. It is showing the wrong date. It almost froze two years back. I am feeling creepy about this. Change the cell right now. I am going to Dad's room."

"The date on the clock is correct. What you are seeing is exactly the date of today. You are back from death's door, Wang Yue but you haven't gone back to the date when you died but two years back."

"What nonsense you are talking about, Ai? I remember I met with an accident back then but that doesn't mean you can make a fool out of me. I want to go and meet my dad and grandpa. Now, if you will excuse me…"

Wang Yue turned around to go out of the room when a familiar tone started to play in the room and knowing very well that it was her mobile phone, she turned around to check from where that phone was buzzing.

She ran to the side table and saw her phone was ringing ferociously on it. And then the ringtone of her favourite boy band group which she kept two years back when their new album came out.

But those were the ringtones she used before marriage, not after her marriage with Xiao Muchen and that phone…She used that phone model two years back.

Gradually, with slight shivering of her hands, she took the phone to talk with her friend when suddenly all her attention went to the date of that day that was displayed on the top of her phone.

The date was two years back when she met Xiao Muchen for the first time and the phone in her hand slid down from the strong quivering of her hand. She looked back at the gorgeous girl and held on to the side table for support.

"Who…Who are you? What are you doing to me? have…Have you done something wrong with my family?"

The trembling of her body wasn't decreasing but still, she tried to remain calm and looked back at the girl who was now flying in the air.

"You have got a second chance in your life, Wang Yue. You died back then but then you came back from death's door. Your husband there saved you in that car accident but unfortunately, he died in that accident."

"What rubbish are you talking about? Everything is wrong. I don't believe you at all."

"Do you think I am lying to you? I will tell you what happened to you but do you remember the last day of your life when you met with that accident?"

Fear crawled in her heart as she closed her eyes to remember the day of realisation that ended very brutally for her. She remembered the last time she spoke with her husband on the phone that day.

She closed her eyes to remember what happened that day and when everything came back to her she got scared like hell.

"Wang Yue, I think you remembered everything? Do you still regret falling in love with him? Do you think you wasted your life saving his life? You know I can change this thing. If you want then you can live and enjoy your new life."

"NO…I don't regret dying for him. Yes, I regretted what I did before that and asked for a divorce from him but even when my end was near I said those bad words."

She gulped the painful saliva and closed her eyes, she let her tears fall freely from her eyes.

"I said I wish I could never fall in love with him but if you ask the real meaning of that I wanted some more time to fix everything with him…"

She stopped and bit her bottom lip hard, almost turning it into a crimson colour.

"I never wish to go away from him. I always want to fall in love with him and only with him. Even if that means I will have to die like that in every life I take. I don't want a life without him. You can let me go…"

"You love him to the moon and back…" the gorgeous girl chuckled. "I am impressed with you. I think you deserve a second chance at life truly. You want to go back to him and change his death?"

When Angel Ai asked Wang Yue, she fell into thought and immediately enquired.

"Yes, but…he can't die. His… car was stopped. I know that his car wasn't anywhere near the cliff."

"But what after you fell them in water? Have you thought about it?"

"No. Stop it. I know Xiao Muchen is fine and taking a breath somewhere on earth."

"How do you know about that so well?"

"Because I am still breathing here."

When Wang Yue said that the girl in the air started to laugh out loud and then stopped abruptly she looked back at Wang Yue.

"Aren't you the one who asked for a divorce from him before going into that accident? And now you're talking about love. Naive, arrogant, egoistic, short-tempered."

She smiled looking at Wang Yue's flustered face. She knew what she said was true and Wang Yue truly understood what was her mistake back then. and walked a bit near to her.

"Isn't that a cheesy line, Wang Yue? Too dramatic for me. But tell me the truth, Wang Yue, what changed?"

The girl muttered carefully that it reached Wang Yue's ears.

"Yes, I know what I am talking about is too cheesy but it is the truth. I think going away from him changed everything…"

She halted and then looked at the girl standing near her.

"Firstly I thought Xiao Hui broke our relationship but no. What he did would have never changed our relationship but my ignorance and trust issues created problems."

"If I two would have trusted Xiao Muchen more and let him realise that I trust him maybe Xiao Hui could have never broken our relationship. Never."

"Yes, you were naive, short-tempered and always trusted the wrong people more than trusting your soulmate."

"And that cost you, your husband's life. He died because he tried to save you but Xiao Hui killed him too after he saw you die there. Xiao Hui hit Xiao Muchen's head when he was trying to find you in that lake."

"No. Xiao Hui hit him?"

Xiao Muchen loved Wang Yue more than his life but how naive can someone that never seen true love in his eyes?
