Process Chapter 3

#THIRD POV#

Waking up next to the car after a few minutes a young man stands up as he struggles with his surroundings

#AIDEN KENT POV#

Standing up abruptly and feeling more energized than ever and calmer than ever as all of the pain went away as the three personalities merged together

Moving a bit further into the alleyway where there was more sunlight hitting me I close my eyes as I use my new and improved brain to process everything from all of my lives

Taking only a moment, I look down at my hands and closed my fists as I breathe in and out

I go back to the car and get in as I finally get where I am

Something that I learned about when I was being experimented on

But, when I truly learned more about it was my life as Clark Kent

Marvel Comics exist in the DC universe

On the plus side, learning that I am Clark Kent didn't affect me as much as it probably should have

I have his memories, but I don't have any emotions associated with them, while it is the opposite of when I was that frightened child hoping that one-day things will get better for me

I think most of the pain wasn't actually the personalities but the actual size of the information that was being given and automatically organized within my mind

The Orphan was born on a rather advanced Earth that somehow lived through 5 world wars

He was born in the year 2935 on his Earth which had achieved type 1 civilization

Although, barely as fossil fuels had basically run out which sparked WWIV and WWV

Due to that many discoveries were made by the humans of his earth reluctantly as many oil companies collapsed once nearly all of the oil was used

Which forced them to improve in other areas, even though they didn't want to

It was agreed upon by the people that having many governments across the world was a terrible idea and soon became the One Earth government, with everyone united as one

The Orphan did not have many ways to learn about the world that he lived in but he still had internet access

Now, as for my memories as Clark Kent

I am the one from the Man of Steel movie as my memories are far more prevalent of the movies and the fact that I lived through it

Except that, I was far stronger than what was shown in the movies, I was probably as strong as I was in the movies when I was 19, in the movies I was shown to struggle with the other Kryptonians a lot. Which was false, I was far stronger and faster than them by a wide margin

But they made up for it with their skill, experience, and battle armor

I frown as I remember those stupid armors

The armor's origin to being from Krypton is something that I am now able to deduce due to the knowledge of the Orphan

Everything from Krypton can work on a Kryptonian

Fuck that shit

Although, I guess I can't actually complain all too much once I got my hands on one of them

But still

Going to the ones that gave me trouble, Zod was the only one that I was actually struggling with as he very quickly mastered the powers he had in less than a week

It wasn't shown in the movie how long we actually fought, but I do know

We fought for hours

In the end, I had to resort to trick him to use his heat vision to drain him rapidly, then he was weakened enough I snapped his neck although, I did cut away one of his arms

Getting a small flashback to when I did, before I did it, I realized that there was no other option, Zod was going to kill more people if I didn't kill him

There was no prison, that could hold him. There was no way for him to be imprisoned and I would not risk more lives

Zod terraforming of Earth killed more people than where shown in the movie

2 billion people died from it

Zod was changing the environment of Earth to that of Krypton, no way could the effects be reversed in just a few years

Now that I know much more about it, it also explains the rise of Meta-humans everywhere

Humanity was trying to evolve in response to the sudden change in their environment

I frown again as I notice something, in my memory, I do remember feeling guilt as one of my people committed genocide against the human race. Now though, I don't feel anything about it, no sadness, no guilt, nothing

I shake my head as I remember Lois Lane then I get a scowl on my face

I DID NOT FALL IN LOVE WITH HER

In fact, I could say that she is one of the people that I hate the most

In the movie, she kept my identity a secret, but in reality, when she discovered my mother's name she was able to form a connection between my mother and I

"Oh, Martha has a son named Clark Kent," fucking Pete

She didn't confront me or my mother, she revealed me to the whole world

Which caused my public identity to be destroyed completely as numerous government agencies came after my mother and I

In the end, I had to take her away for her safety after she was nearly killed in a hostage situation where the US government wanted me to surrender myself to them

I hid her away in the Kryptonian scoutship as I rounded up all Kryptonian tech on Earth

I did NOT let any government keep any piece of it

I made sure of it, I was able to learn how to find specific objects vibrating at a slightly different frequency, the frequency that Kryptonian objects vibrate at

I learned a lot about Kryptonian technology and I realized the immense value of some of the scoutships due to a piece of technology that was lost during a Kryptonian civil war against normal Kryptonians and Kryptonian Magi

The Molecular Assembly Machine

Many records on Zod's ship considered this to have been technology given to Kryptonians by Rao himself

A miracle of science itself

It possesses the ability to manipulate the building blocks of the universe

Changing any non-organic matter into pure energy and vice versa

Able to change matter to another form

For example, being able to turn energy into 100% pure titanium is an example

The more energy that it has available the more matter it can create

I resist the urge to smile and laugh out loud like an idiot which is very difficult to do so

Once I began to spend all of my time around Kryptonian technology, I learned how to create the Molecular Assembly Machine on my own as I was mostly bored most days

Not only that I learned how to create different Kryptonian tech

I scowl as I briefly remember when the Orphan saw an argument calling me stupid and to be fair most of my counterparts were not as active with technology as I was apparently

I let the scowl go as I smile at the thought of how some of my counterparts were seen as heroes in other universes

I let out a sad smile at that

I guess I never had that chance, not for lack of trying though, people were just afraid of me and what I can do

Narrowing my eyes as I go through my death as 'Superman'

I fought a grey-skinned creature with bone protrusions

I have no idea how it was created as I took Zod's body and had it burnt to ashes

Doomsday

I incapacitated Batman and took his Kryptonite weapons and used them to fight Doomsday alone

Resisting the urge to smile as I remember my very brief crush on the woman that appeared to help me out

At least, I know her name now

Diana, or as I am sure she is going to be called Wonder Woman

She did her best but it wasn't enough as Doomsday broke both of her arms during the battle and I took her away to safety

I thanked her before I fought Doomsday with everything I had

In the end, I was forced to grab the spear and launched myself at Doomsday and he did the same

We pierced one another chests at the same time

"Oh, shit, is that why..." I realized something

When I was fighting Zod some electricity would come out of his body same with Doomsday

Zod was adapting throughout our battle

Could it be that the arm that I cut off formed into Doomsday?

I mean, is it even possible...

Oh, right, comics

Going over my memories of the Genesis chamber, I find that yes it is possible due to the process that is used to create one

I sigh as I go over my last set of memories

The ones as Aiden Kent, a bit on the nose on that one as my last name is Kent

No one special is what can be used to describe me in every sense of the word

I am not a genius, I am not an athlete, I am the textbook definition of the average Joe

I graduated from high school, my parents died due to a drunk driver, and I am working 3, now 2 jobs to sustain myself, and I can't go to college due to me barely having enough money, sure, my parent's life insurance did, in fact, give me some money, but I am saving it for when I do get to college or rather I was

Getting back into the car, I drive over to my apartment

I just drive peacefully on my way back as I put my thoughts about what to do aside for a moment

I stop at an identification stop and I look around at the Sentinels and resist the urge to cringe at the sight of them

Mutants are hated to an extreme degree here to the point that a lynch mob last week tore a kid that awakened his power apart and burned him alive, calling him a demon, the worst part was that the one who lit the flames was the kids own mother, also I am pretty sure the 'mother' spit on him as well

I remember watching the lynching on tv as I was trying to find Family Guy as it was the start of a new season

Shaking my head, I am let through, as I don't register with the X-gene with the scanner that they used

I arrive at my apartment and go sit in my living room and sigh in relief

I think about my plans and what to do

With my improved brain, and my memories of various pieces of Kryptonian tech...

Sighing, I used my improved vision to look outside at the sun and think about my future now

Still, getting the Molecular Assembly Machine up and running to begin making myself a ship and getting the fuck out of here

I am letting the idiots in this world resolve their issues while I live in another world peacefully

I groan out loud as I remember several comic books about how much they screw up

"I am fucked if I don't do something about it," I say while getting an image of a specific symbol

Shaking my head I make a plan for now

1. Create the Molecular Assembly Machine

2. Create a ship that will serve as my base using the Molecular Assembly Machine and using the Kryptonian materials

3. Recreate various pieces of technology that I remember when I learned about them from the Kryptonian Scoutship

4. Find allies, I am nowhere near as strong as I once was, so maybe staying with the Avengers may be able to help me in the short term

5. I am going to regret this, but I NEED to learn magic, and I am not too willing to sign any contracts with beings from other dimensions. So my best bet would be to find Ygdrassil and make a sacrifice to it in exchange for whatever I can get from it

I can probably sacrifice one of the infinity gems for it

Odin sacrificed his eye in exchange for knowledge and this way I can keep it out of Thanos's hands forever, or I can probably just throw the stone into another universe to keep him from getting it

6. Learn to travel the Multiverse

This is very bare bones and there are lots of places for mistakes but this is a plan at least

Making the Molecular Assembly Machine will take me a year as I gather the materials AND make the tools needed to make it all the while keeping a low profile

Sighing at just how much trouble this is going to be bringing me, I just accept that this is now my life and I have to move on
