Chapter 1

Darrel finds himself in what appears to be an upper floor, near a balcony.

This building is aged, it remains intact, yet vines eat its way at the wall, as graffiti litters the walls. The stairs to his left, leading to third floor are broken almost perfectly in half.

A passing conversation echos through the building.

Sarah must be right below me! Darrel reasoned as he crouches as not to alert Sarah of his presence.

"Ok, so today we are gonna explore the ruins of this apartment building,but that's not the best part, guess what it is gang?"

"What are we doing Sarah?" Kaiden answers slightly laughing.

A man whispers "Please no, ghost hunts,"

"Ryan,Kaiden, this is a hide and seek challenge! I will give $50 to a charity of your choice, if you win,"

"How long to hide?" Who Darrel assumed to be Ryan asked.

"30 minutes starting now!" Sarah's voice echoes through the hotel.

'You need to move' Darrel swiftly moves towards the room behind him, a small apartment, in a blur, he hides in the closest bedroom, though the hiders, can't see him they can hear him!

He examines his surroundings, it appears to be a young girls room, a dollhouse to his right, a bed above him.

Quietly he pulls a small flask from his pocket, one of many.

In the flask is a potion, he was taught how to brew, 3 weeks after he was mauled to death.

He downs the flask, and he creeps out of the bedroom, now it's a matter of Sarah seeing him.

"This is gonna take awhile," Sarah sighed as she looks for Ryan.

The sound of metal echoes through the building.

Clank,Clank,Clank...

"GOTTCHA I HEAR YA RYAN!" Sarah yelled as she runs to the staff room, finding a set of lockers.

She sees one with light.

"Found yo- OH WHAT?!" Sarah exclaimed as she found Kaiden in the locker.

"Oof, I guess I'm out...it was easy to fit in though..." Kaiden says defeated.

Turning back to the staircase, she turns and sees, a young black haired man wearing a black jacket,and ripped jeans on the staircase.

"UMMM WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?!" Sarah yelled pointed at Darrel.

"Um, you good?" Kaiden asked.

"Wait, you're telling me you're not seeing him?" Sarah asked perplexed, looking back a moment to see he's still there.

"Bro, you trying to trick,Ryan?" Kaiden whispers, and as if on cue Ryan rushes down the stairs opposite to Darrel.

"Ryan, stop!" He stops on the stairs.

"Ok look to your left, you can see someone right?!"

"They can't see me only you can!" Darrel yelled alerting them of his presence.

"This shit got spooky quick..."
