1 Death

Hayato is a 15-year-old boy who has a terrible life and specially very bad luck. His parents died when he was very young leaving him and his sister with the only family that they had left, their aunt and uncle, but his aunt and uncle never truly liked him, for an unknown reason, so he was treated like an annoyance, receiving just small portions of food once a day, that affected his grow up making him smaller than the average boys of his age and making him thinner too. His sister with the passing of time began to share the same feelings that his uncle and aunt had towards Hayato too to the point that she started to see him as the one who caused their parents' dead

For him, school life was bad because of his good looks and weak complexion he was a target of bullying from almost every boy in the school, one could say that being attractive will be good enough to receive love from the girls but that didn't save him from being mistreated by them since he was a boy who isolated himself a lot and sometimes talked or laughed alone when he read manga, which made the girls give him the nickname of the filthy prince, despite all that, he managed to be the boyfriend of one of the most beautiful girls on the school but the pleasure didn't last long, because the very next day his girlfriend cheated him with the guy who was his worst bully

Even so, he was used to that kind of life it seems bad things happen to him almost every day but he managed to be calm thanks to that he immersed himself in fictional worlds which were created by all the manga and anime he watched. He read and saw all kinds of anime and manga to just escape from his horrible reality but his true favorite series are Dragon Ball, Naruto, High School DxD, and most recently he started reading Nanatsu No Taizai.

He always dreamed of living in a fantasy world like those stories and experiencing adventures like Goku or Naruto, he just wants to get rid of his detestable reality, but he knew that those were just dreams and nothing else, even so, his will to live was great and his personality was somehow cheerful, well to a certain point, until one day...

'' Hey, garbage! get up and leave! '' The voice of a young woman sounded outside a small room

'' Alright, Onee-chan '' A young handsome man in a small bed responded with a sleepy face, He was very handsome with short messy black hair, pale skin, and a skinny complexion, he doesn't seem to be very tall he must be around 1.61 meters tall but the most impressive thing about him was his light grey eyes, they look full of life and vigor despite his skinny aspect

'' How disgusting! I told you that you never in your life call me like that! '' The young woman's yell of anger and disgust could be heard from outside of the small room

'' S-Sorry '' The young man makes a nervous smile as he gets up from the bed to then walks in front of a small closet

(Hayato's POV)

My room is small the only things that fit here are my bed and my closet. This is the smallest room in the house so this place became mine when my aunt and uncle arrived at the house. In my closet, I hide my mangas and my old laptop where I see anime, anyone would say that someone gave me the money to buy my collection of mangas and my old laptop, but no, I bought them with my own money since my school forbids his students to work, I help my neighbors with household chores or things that they can't do after all most of them are very old people that's where I get the money.

I put on my school uniform and prepared my backpack grabbing the last issue of Nanatsu No Taizai to read in my free time at the school

I went down the stairs directly to the kitchen to eat something before I leave but they are there, my uncle, my aunt, and my sister. My uncles were both fat and don't look very attractive at all, even my aunt even if my mother was just very beautiful, they don't look alike at all, but my sister could be called beautiful with long shiny black hair and pale complexion, she is older than me by two years, her eyes are blue and were seeing me coldly like she wanted to tear me apart

'' ... '' They don't say anything after they saw me, they just look at me like every day, but as always I ignore them and I leave the house without eating anything, I don't want to deal with them more as I use to do

'' Haa... '' I sigh as I walk to school ' Damn, could my morning be nice one day? just one day? damn, how I miss my parents ' I was walking at a very slow pace toward the school, after all, is too early. Suddenly I remember the smiling faces of my father and mother but after so much time I can still feel pain after remembering them

" Don't go to the kitchen, alright? " My father makes a serious face while he says that

" Yes! " A made a huge smile again

" Good boy " My father pats my head and then he and my mother walked to the entrance, my father turns to see me and whispers to me before closing the door " Don't forget what I taught you " Then my mother punches him in the stomach and she pulls him out of the house closing the door at the same time

That was my daily routine, my father teaching me things and my mother spoiling me but who would think that that day will be the last time I will be together with them
