1 Chapter One

Qiong Lian laid flat on her back as she continued to gently flow downstream the river.

It was far rooted in the night, and the full moon was shining.

Several minutes ago, a single gold lightning bolt struck, causing the bustling forest night to turn silent.

It was tranquil, and the cold air was really refreshing her mind as those pair of onyx eyes glistened against the luminescence of the moonlight.

Swimming in the middle of the night really wasn't her thing, definitely not in a forest where she, despite herself, hadn't a clue as to where she was.

She dare not move as she felt river weed brush lightly against her back, causing her to shiver in disgust.

Please, mama, someone tell her what happened!

After two hours, she had completed creating her amazing looking character before having loaded into the game.

However, as she reaches that dreadful 99% benchmark, there had been a slight screen glitched.

Qiong Lian stared deadpan at the several tree branches that stretched out to obstruct her view of the moon.

She was very, very sure that the beginning of the game didn't start like this! She was even more convinced that there hadn't been such a cut scene either!

Flipping over, she swam over to the edge of the creek, her eyes narrowed at the heavyweight of herself.

Damn it, maybe she made herself far too chubby, isn't she asking for death with a body like this?!

Crawling out of the river, her bosom dragged along the ground, causing her to yelp in pain.

Really, she had to give it to the tech developers! They really lived up to their name of 'Five Senses Revolution'!

Ung, if she was stabbed by a knife in this game and received mental trauma, she's going to file a lawsuit!

Shaking her body dry like a dog, Qiong Lian looked around before bringing up a blue hologram map of the region.

Seeing a flashing red dot as to what she presumed was her current location, Qiong Lian checked the map name.

Mount Silver Edge Academy? Wasn't that one of the top tier martial schools in the game?

She pulled a face, the several fats under her chin squished against each other.

Why was she here? Wasn't she supposed to start out at Blackhollow Reach?

Why the hell was she at a place that was only accessible in end game ah?

Suddenly a commotion of clashing swords appeared not far away, curious Qiong Lian put away the map before waddling her way towards the sound.

'Ren Jia! You cheapskate human how dare you, steal the Blood Jade away like a tawdry thief!'

A young, healthy-looking male bellowed as the several junior brothers beside him also glared at the lone young man who appeared batted and beaten with hostility.

Qiong Lian came to peak behind a tree at the dozen of what seemed to be disciples.

'Hu Mu, you disciple low-life, stop twisting things! The Blood Jade was given to me by Master, how dare you try to take it from me!'

Pale-faced and covered in blood, Ren Jia bellowed as he kneeled on the ground, too tired to move as the several people whom he thought was his teammate stared at him hungrily.

Qiong Lian stared at the blood and the sword that caused all the injuries.

The weapons are real!

Shivering Qiong Lian quickly bought up the marketplace, as she was scrolling through the several people began to attack the young man again.

Seeing the thing she was looking for, Qiong Lian quickly bought 10, tch why was there an amount limit to such a beneficial product ah?

-Ding! Blue Quest. Please accept!-

The sound startled Qiong Lian to click swiftly off the marketplace menu.

En, blue quest? Wasn't that a side quest?

Hurridly clicking on it, a single sentence appeared. 'Rescue Ren Jia. Reward 100 soul-stones.'

Blinking her long lashes, Qiong Lian pursed her lips.

Ren Jia young man, are you a celebrity, isn't 100 soul-stone the same as 100 dollars?

Aiya~

Peeking back from behind the tree, Qiong Lian grimace at the bloody mess before her.

Your mother I just joined the game, how am I supposed to beat them? But 100 soul-stones, ah! So much money!

Without much thought, she quickly pressed the accept button, allowing the hologram to disappear. Let's hope the resurrection system is working in this game!

'Little brothers, wait for a second!' Qiong Lian yelled before waddling the fastest speed possible at the on the coming blade that struck down at Ren Jia.

Hearing a sweet cry, all heads turn to look at the adorable oversized child that wobbled over looking like a small duck.

Why was there such a young-looking girl here?

Hu Mu frowned at the unfamiliar kid, she wasn't wearing their academy's uniform. 'Little girl, where are your servants, why are you here?'

Qiong Lian was surprised to hear that this older brother who was about to slice Ren Jia to pieces was actually easy to talk to.

Qiong Lian gave her cutest grin as she pointed at Ren Jia, 'that older brother over there owns me money! 100 soul-stones! Hmph!'

She turned to look at Hu Mu, 'older brother you can't hurt him, he hasn't given back my money!' Qiong Lian crossed her arms as she sulked, her face soft and white, not going the slightest red as she lied through her teeth.

Hu Mu hearing this rose his bushy brows, it wasn't that this little sister had stalked Ren Jia, waiting for the best time to get her money back was it?

Looking at the small child who seemed to be genuinely fuming, Hu Mu reached out and pat her head.

He circulated his chi as he probed her cultivation. However, feeling nothing, he let out a sigh. It seems that she had founded them by pure luck and didn't have any other intention.

Sniggering he looked back at the half-dead senior brother at his feet, 'aiya senior brother Ren Jia who would've thought you cheated this little sister out of money. If one hadn't witnessed it, one wouldn't have believed it.'

He turned to the small dumbling that reached around his thigh, 'little sister, we also have some issue to deal with this man as well. How about I give you those 100 soul-stones, and you give this man to me?'

Hearing this Qiong Lian thought for a moment before nodding. En, wasn't that a better deal? Get's money without having to do anything!

Hu Mu seeing such a corporate little sister smiled, 100 soul-stones might seem a lot, but for him, it was a small amount.

He definitely didn't want to hurt such an innocent-looking young girl, retrieving the 100 soul-stones out of his space ring he handed it to her in a bag.

Retrieving it, Qiong Lian grinned widely as she held it in her hands.

She's going to buy some dumplings later! She wants at least 30 of them! Turning to look at Ren Jia, Qiong Lian retrieved the thing she had just purchased from the marketplace before slapping the talisman onto his face.

Hu Mu seeing the talisman frowned, what was that yellow paper she had placed onto Ren Jia?

Understanding the question on Hu Mu's face, Qiong Lian grinned, 'big brother don't worry! The talisman is to make sure that even his soul doesn't survive! I don't want this person to even resurrect! So disgusting ah!'

Hearing her words, several people shivered. A soul-shattering talisman? Was she just a little girl? Ren Jia, who was about to lose consciously, wanted to laugh at his luck.

Who the hell was this little girl that appeared out of nowhere? He was sure he never owed anyone money in his life!

However, he wasn't going to say anything. Although others didn't realise, he felt a protective layer over his body.

There was an absolute power that caused him to feel at ease. If this was what she said it was, then why did he not feel any danger?

Ever since this little girl appeared, he never felt any malicious intentions directed at him. Was she someone who had been secretly sent to protect him? Since that was the case, then why would he reveal her intentions?

Seeing her objective complete Qiong Lian grinned at Hu Mu, 'big brother teach this man a good lesson! Qiong Qiong thanks big brother and all the other brother for your time!' Finishing her words, Qiong Lian turned around before hopping away.

Ung, Dumplings here I come!
