8 Chapter 8: The Exploration

3rd Pov

In the Evergreen Forest The sun was shining down on those who live in the forest, with the Creatures either moving around to find food or to find a new place to live it was just a normal day to them. That was until a ball of light had suddenly appeared making the animals around it scatter in case it was something that could potentially kill them, though soon after the ball of light appeared the light started to die down before it revealed a teen with white hair laying on a Giant silver haired wolf that has bone Plating on its fur in order to protect its limbs and face.

Genesis: nnn.....

Opening one eye Genesis looked to see the sun was shining through the trees telling him that he had been here for hours, but what confused him was the soft thing he was laying on. Slowly getting up Genesis turned his head before his eyes widen when he saw the Giant wolf like creature sleeping next to him.

Genesis: .... Lobo?

It seemed that Lobo had heard his friend call his name for he opened one of his eyelids to reveal a dark blue eye staring right back at Genesis red eyes. Getting up slowly Genesis was able to see the full height of his friend while he was shaking his body in order to get the dirt that had clung to its fur.

Genesis: Well someone went through a growth spurt eh?

Chuckling softly at his little joke, Genesis had tried to stand on his feet but he quickly fell down but he was able to stop himself from hitting the ground by floating. Though he notice that even floating seems to be tiring him out so he needed to find a place to relax and regain his energy, though it seemed that his friend had notice for he felt a pair of teeth grabbed his clothes before pulling him up and laying him on their back.

Genesis: Thanks Lobo....

Lobo: Bark!

petting Lobo's head Genesis had looked up towards the Blue sky in order for him to think on why he was like this, from what he remembered he had just gave his new buddy a name before he had suddenly felt weak and then he ended up in this situation.

Genesis: Could it be because I gave him a name?

That would make sense, Giving one a name is said what truly makes someone special. So most likely just like how Rimuru named all the Goblins and Wolves, Lobo went into a "evolution" of sorts to stand out since he now has a name.

Genesis: Hey Lobo do you think you can take me that giant building?

Lobo nodded its head knowing what building Genesis is talking about, they had notice it a few times when they had traveled around at night before he met Genesis. Once they had made sure Genesis was secure they started to run towards the giant building Genesis was talking about, It took awhile but Lobo and Genesis were able to get close to the building but when that happened Lobo stopped in order to not be seen.

Genesis: Ah right, kinda forgot your not dead...

Shaking his head Genesis had started to get off lobo before motioning Lobo to head into the forest. It may seem cruel but until Genesis could figure out a way to get him inside beacon and not freak out the people inside then for now he will have to stay out here.

Genesis: Hey Lobo you remember that pond we met at?

Seeing Lobo nodded their head Genesis quickly got up before he started whispering to Lobo on what he could do. Genesis had decided to make the Pond his official area both him and Lobo can train, though while Lobo will train during the day since the pond wasn't near any of those camera's Beacon has set up in the forest Genesis will come to the area to train during the night or when he has free time.

Genesis: Well then buddy see ya later!

With a small nod of acknowledgement Lobo had turned around before it started to calmly walk back into the forest, it knew where it was needing to go so it was going to try to catch a meal along the way.

Genesis: Hmm.... maybe I should see how those girls are doing?

Yes that sounds like a good idea, If they are for some reason still sleeping then they will have to deal with Genesis wake up call. But if not then he has an excuse to look around beacon, he doesn't really wish to sit around and learn more no he already went to school already so he is fine with what he knows.

Genesis: Oh so they are awake huh?

Genesis had made it to there room via phasing through walls to see that the girls are gone most likely to go to their classes. Looking towards the time he saw that it was 10: 43 AM so if he can compare it too his old school schedule.....

Genesis: So they are in second period.... or could it be first period still?

Shaking his head Genesis had decided to just explore beacon and see what is so special about this place, he also did wish to see how humans and Faunus act with each other though knowing humanity they may just hate Faunus because they are different.

Genesis: .....

Walking down the halls of Beacon and phasing through a wall or two to look inside to see what certain classes are teaching, he has to admit this school is very interesting. The Port fellow seems to be a good man to talk to and hear grand stories form but others seem to take it as a time to sleep, then there is that Pro-Doctor Oobleck who seems to be a fanatic of history and loves Coffee though he is a bit too fast for his taste.

Genesis: Hmm, maybe I should see what team RWBY is up to now.

With that thought in mind Genesis had started to look around in the many classrooms before he had finally found them in Ms.Good witch's classroom watching their friend Jaune fight against someone who seems to have a stick that is really wedge up his ass.

Genesis: So what did I miss?

RWBY: GAH!

Genesis laughed when he saw that they got scared of him suddenly appearing again, though they had quickly calmed themselves that doesn't mean he couldn't hold it against them as future blackmail material.

Weiss: Where have you been!?

Genesis: Oh you know just taking a walk in the woods.

Ruby: But you've been gone for a week?

Genesis: ..... I know.

They just looked towards him for awhile before they turned their attention towards the fight when they heard a alarm go off, looking towards the board they could see that Cardin had won via making Jaune's Aura go into the red.

Good Witch: That is it for today's Class, and mister arc?

Jaune: Yes Mam!

Good Witch: It would do you good if you pay more attention to your Counter more often.

Genesis just looked around when he heard the snickers coming from the other students, honestly this was one of the reason why he didn't like school to much. Not to say all of the are bad, but if you can sum up most students at schools then you would be able to call them "Vultures" for how they just love to get a piece of "Drama".

Genesis: ..... I'll be right back.

Weiss: what but you just got here?

Genesis: I know that.

Suddenly disappearing Weiss looked back towards her teammates who just shrugged their shoulders not knowing what to do, its not every day they are friends with someone from the afterlife.

*Time skip*

Jaune: Ha~, looks like that's another tally mark to the board of losses.

Jaune was in his dorm looking out of the window with a frown on his face, he was able to go here earlier since he is needing to recharge his Aura levels but that doesn't mean it will help out his feelings. It was already bad enough that he barely made it through the Trial, he was mostly carried by Phyraa in his opinion but to constantly make mistakes and not seem to improve at all?

Jaune: Maybe my parents were right about me not being able to be a huntsman...

Genesis: I wouldn't say that young man.

Turning his head he was surprised to see Genesis appear in his room but he was able to calm himself to where he doesn't jump out of his seat. though that doesn't mean he wasn't confused on where he had come from in the first place.

Jaune: How did you get into my room?

Genesis: Well Jaune that is a little secret of mine, but enough about me what has you down in the dumps?

Jaune: ..... Ha~, i'm really about to explain my problems to a random person aren't I?

Genesis: Well it is better to talk it out then let it boil inside of you in my opinion.

Jaune: Alright, Alright..... I'm just upset on how I am doing fighting wise at Beacon, I mean I get all my work done and I am really good at those strategizing puzzles Mrs. Goodwitch likes to hand out every now and then but physical wise I am horrible in.

Genesis: I see.... is that all?

Jaune: I mean their is also the fact I am not improving, or the fact I could hear everyone besides my friends talking behind my back, or the fact I am not even suppose to-!

Genesis: Is it because of phony Beacon papers you used?

Jaune froze when he had heard the number one secret he had kept close to him ever since he had gotten to beacon and pass the trial, he hasn't told anyone of it because of one thing.... he is scared. He is scared that everyone he knows will just up and leave him, that if they found out that he had came to Beacon with Fake Papers and no experience beforehand they will hate him.

Genesis: So that is what truly is bringing you down..... well I will admit it is scary, but in all honesty you don't need to worry at all.

Jaune: What do you mean I don't need to worry, I had faked my way into beacon I didn't even have-!

Genesis: Do you think Ozpin wouldn't have found out about it?

Jaune: ..... you mean to tell me he knew about it and still let me in?

Genesis: I mean it is just a theory, but From what I seen from him he doesn't seem to care what is on a simple piece of paper. The council of Vale had trusted Ozpin for many years and I wouldn't be surprised if someone had done the same thing you have done, even then if someone found out you have proven to them that you deserve your placement even if you had no experience.

Jaune: .....

Now that Jaune did think about it, yeah it is a bit dumb to think that no one could've figured out that his papers were fake. But even if that did lighten up his mood because he doesn't need to worry to much about his papers, that doesn't help out the fact he doesn't seem to improve at all fighting wise.

Genesis: Though fighting wise.... hmm, tell me when you fight how does it feel.

Jaune: When I am fighting, well um.... I guess it feels to sturdy for my taste but I have just put up with it since this is the only weapon my parents were giving me even if I had somehow made it to beacon.

Genesis: I see, say if I make you a weapon would you like to give it a spin?

Jaune was confused on how he was going to magically make a weapon but had decided to agree on it other wise, But imagine his surprised when water was suddenly appearing form the air itself before it slowly started to take the form of a two handed sword.

Genesis: Hold on..... there we go!

Clenching his fist he had forced freeze the weapon so that Jaune would be able to wield it, wiping the "sweat" that formed onto his face Genesis handed the two handed sword to Jaune in order to see how he feels.

Jaune: um, thanks but how is this-

Genesis: Just get into a stance, not the one you do when you wield your sword and shield but one that appears in your mind.

Nodding his head Jaune was confused on why he should but had decided to do so anyways, Genesis has been helping him out even if it was only a little. So closing his eyes, he allowed his body to unconsciously get into a stance that felt right to him and once he had got into the right stance.....

Phyrra: Hey Jaune what are you doing?

Quickly opening his eyes he looked towards the door to see his partner looking at him with confusion, looking to his hands he was surprised to see that instead of the sword genesis had made a book was in his hands with a small sticky note. Grabbing the sticky note Jaune had decided to read it in order to see why this book appeared in his hand.

"Dear Jaune,

I know our time may be short but I have a feeling you may be able to figure out what you must do in order to improve. I had got this book from a friend of mine and thought that you may want to read it since I have a feeling you may love it but Jaune know that even if you may still struggle to fight against people....."

Jaune: Failure is just a lesson we can learn from.

Looking towards the book, Jaune could see that while it may look like a simple book one would find in a library the title of itself was interesting. "The Rise and of Julius Cesar" looking at the book one last time, a small smile appeared on his face before he looked towards his partner.

Jaune: Its nothing Phyraa..... Just talking to a friend of mine.
