Chapter 23: Why does this happen to me....

Mavis: And that is all that has happened while I was there!

Sitting in a small conference room Mavis, Zeref, and Irene were all here to discuss one thing and one thing only, on what will happen now that genesis has accepted the deal they had made in order to see how their family that is in fairy tail doing.

Irene: Hm~, it seems your family is getting weirder and weirder huh zeref?

Zeref: Not really if anything it isn't that weird considering all of our family bio's.

Mavis: Mhm, two dragon slayers with one being the demon of E.N.D, a son who can copy any magic he has seen except holder magic, two immortals with one being a ghost, and now one celestial spirit!

At that irene sweat drop at how calm they can calmly say those things as if they were just talking about a daily occurrence, then again her family isn't normal either considering she is a dragon while her daughter is a human but that's a story for another time.

Irene: Speaking of you son, how is August taking the news?

Mavis: Oh he actually is quite fine with it!

Zeref: What she means is that he is fine with genesis and wendy but he is wishing for both of them to stay here so that they can be safe since if one found out who they are related too....

Irene: It would make them targets for something one didn't have control of and the other joined to give her a brother figure in her life while she lives in Fiore.

Zeref: ... are you sure we can't just-?

Mavis: Zeref no, you can't start a war just to get them and my body here even if Irene could cast universe one.

Zeref: .... fine.

chuckling slightly at the sight of her king being a bit childish, irene just watched the king and queen with a small smile on her face while eating a slice of strawberry cheesecake she had gotten before she had came here since she was in the mood for it.

Irene: Hey you guys wonder how their first experience will be when they get to the guild?

Mavis: Oh they should be fine, I'm sure my godson should be able to give them a nice welcome!

*With Genesis*

Genesis: .... is he okay?

Pointing towards the passed out third master, genesis couldn't help but be concerned seeing all the paperwork surrounding the old man and if his eyes aren't deceiving him there was a small soul leaving his mouth as well.

Gildarts: Ah he's fine, usually is like this when someone or a small group of people cause a lot of property damage.

Genesis: Like you did?

Gildarts: .... shut it.

Shaking his head genesis looked around to try and find wendy only to see her next to makarov poking him slightly in order to see if he was still alive only to jump slightly when makarov's head jolted upwards before snapping his head towards gildart's direction.

Makarov: You!

Gildarts: Yes?

Looking towards his master gildarts was confused on why makarov suddenly raised his fist before his eyes widen when said fist grew in size making gildart's shoot towards a wall before embedding into it making an outline of him form into the wall.

Makarov: Can you not let an old man not have to deal with this paper work!?

Sighing softly makarov turned his head to see both genesis and wendy staring at him with wide eyes making him realize that he has visitor's, straightening up slightly makarov waved his hand before putting it back behind his back.

Makarov: What can I do for you two?

Wendy: U-Um, I was wondering if I could join your guild.

Makarov: Ah I see, does your friend wish to join as well?

Genesis: Yes.

Nodding his head Makarov walked towards the back of the bar before grabbing something from the bottom making wnedy tense up slightly in order to prepare for any test or trail she may have to do in order to join the guild only to be shocked when she saw him pull out the guild stamper.

Makarov: Do you have any preference on where you want it to be?

Wendy: I-Um, I guess my right shoulder?

nodding his head makarov jumped onto the bar before he motioned for wendy to come close making her quickly get closer allowing makarov to lightly press the stamp into her right shoulder making it glow a dark blue for a moment before pulling it back up to reveal a dark blue fairy tail guild mark on her right shoulder.

Makarov: And what about you young man?

Genesis: Um, before we do this can I speak with you?

Makrov: ... alright.

Makarov did raise an eyebrow on why genesis did seem a bit nervous about this but he decided to see what he was wishing to talk about so he motioned for genesis to follow him to a nearby room that was far enough from both wendy and gildarts.

Genesis: Alright now that we are alone, do you promise you will keep this a secret.

Makarov: I don't see why not but what you want you to-

Genesis: Wendy is related to your first master.

At that the room went silent before makarov gave genesis a stern glare but genesis didn't falter since he was telling the truth and he has no reason to feel afraid.

Makarov: Explain.

Genesis: Wendy Vermillion, that is her full name, is somehow related to mavis in some way and how I found out well turns out that-.

Mavis: Hello!

Feeling two arms lay on his head and that makarov's eyes widen to dramatic proportions genesis sighed knowing that his "mother" was using him as an arm rest via flying in the air.

Genesis: Your first master has been checking up on her, oh and also I am now her adopted son somehow.

Makarov: I...see....

Rubbing his head Makarov will admit he is still a bit confused on the situation, and is somewhat chalking it up to him being in a dream, had decided to just accept it and see what else he has to say.

Makarov: Is there a reason why you anted to tell me this?

Genesis: Honestly, I only was going to tell you considering the fact if she told you her last name you would like to know but now I am forced to tell you since.... mom, had also asked me to do certain things.

Mavis: Mhm, Also genesis your brother is wanting to visit you.

Genesis: Wait what!?

Mavis: Mhm! he should be here right about~.....

*Crash*

turning their head towards the now broken wall both mavis, makarov, and genesis could see an elderly man standing in front of a hole in the wall looking towards them with a stern look on their face, though once he notice genesis and mavis he started to relax before walking up to mavis and genesis.

August: So your my brother in a sense.... its nice to meet you.

Staring towards one of the major powerhouses in the Spriggain 12, and his new "brother" in a sense that just so happened to visit him out of no where. One thing popped up into our reincarnate mind and it was just one sentence.

Genesis: What did I do to deserve this?
