"I need you, Mia, sorry for locking you like this, but I have no other option left" Victor spoke looking at Mia who didn't even stir in her sleep.
"To the guest house" Victor ordered his chauffeur.
Feeling the hot breath of her nape, Mia slowly opened her eyes only to meet the reddish eyes of Victor who is staring at her with unexplainable emotions.
Victor who walked back into the room fuming caught Mia at the exact minute the floor was about to kiss her. Looking into her bulged eyes he felt various emotions inside him.
Victor slowly lifted Mia and made her stand straight. He observed how her chest heaved with every breath.
"I am Mia," Mia whispered to Victor thinking that he is looking at her with red eyes mistaking her for Hazel.
"Yeah.." Victor fluttered.
"What was that?" Victor questioned.
"I am trying to walk holding my head up and my heels twisted, I always wore plain shoes," Mia answered.
"Remember the past Mia, you are no longer that. You are Hazel; instill that in your brain. Your talk, your walk, your habits, even your thinking should be like Hazel. Get ready for being her from inside only then you can do things right" Victor ordered.
Though he was happy that he found a way, he was unsure about its success, he knew it is not going to be easy for him to deal with Mia, teaching her everything. Only he knew the threats surrounding him. He knew that one mistake from their side would land them up in such troubles, from where he won't have any escape route.
The continuous ringing of a mobile broke his thoughts, he looked everywhere and finally understood that it's her mobile. He slid his hands towards her pockets and gently pulled her mobile out from her jeans.
He felt weird when his hands came into close contact with her skin, he picked the call.
"It's midnight Mia, at least now open the door, we can get our business done and no one will have any idea about this" as soon as Victor heard someone talk like that he looked at Mia with a shock.
"Why are you not saying anything? Look Mia, you are a young girl, you don't have to suffer all your life waiting for that husband of yours, who is never going to make it back. You are straining yourself with all the jobs to pay the loans, just accept me and you will get rid of half of them, just open your door" the person spoke from the other side.
Hearing to him Victor pressed his knuckles tight in anger but didn't speak a thing.
"What is this arrogance of yours? If you don't hear my words you will have no option left except vacating this home" the person roared on the call.
Victor who was hearing everything silently was fuming with anger.
"Keep your arrogancy with you, I will do what I have to. Get ready to live on the streets because your luggage will be thrown out of your house by the time clock hits 10 am. Get ready Mia" he warned.
He was still speaking something but Victor disconnected the call, he was fuming with anger. His eyes fell on Mia who is sleeping peacefully.
"So, is this the reason you were so worried about me? Do you have to hear these stupid taunts daily basis? How you are going through all this shit?" Victor questioned Mia's sleeping form.
Unlocking Mia's mobile Victor tried searching for any pictures, but her gallery is filled with pictures of medical bills and several receipts. Though he went through all the pictures, he didn't find one picture of Mia with her husband. There's only one picture that too with an old man.
"I need to know you Mia, not just for me, but for you too. How can you be an exact replica of Hazel? Is that even possible to have every feature the same? Being a beautiful young woman why did you get married to someone who is fifteen years elder than you? Why didn't you have any past records? Is there something I need to know about you?" Victor posed questions to himself leaning back.
While his mind was unable to rest for a minute, his tired body slipped into a deep slumber
"Don't worry Victor, we will find Hazel. I don't think you need to be worried about her. She ran away, only due to her arrogance, nothing more than that" Travis spit fire at Hazel.
"Why would she run away? She got everything she asked, she looked so happy, she didn't have any complaints, we had a great time together. We came to a space where we both were able to share things with one another, though she was not someone who speaks much, I was okay with her. She too knows this is not just a marriage of two persons but a union of two Royal families for more like a peace treaty. I don't feel she just ran away, I seriously think there is something behind this" Victor sounded serious.
"You are thinking too much buddy, we know Hazel, she wished to flourish in the showbiz. She never opened up to us nor she looked happy in the engagement; her family looked suspicious too. I think she has a plan. She just ran away and we will find her no matter what. Stop worrying about the person about whom we have no idea and start worrying about the trouble lying ahead of us" Travis chuckled pointing towards Mia who is sleeping snuggling as a doll on the couch.
"We can't really blame her, anyone in her position would react in the same way. I should thank God that she accepted it. Now hear me, Travis, we need all the information about her. I need to know everything. Her age, her family background, her marriage, and all. We need to get to know all the details before she opens her eye. I just want to seal her lips, I am having enough on my plate, and I don't want to deal with any more shit" Victor sounded irritated.
"One thing is sure, she is not going to be easy" Travis chuckled when Victor picked Mia in bridal style.
