48 Chapter 47: Change of plans

After leaving the Pokemon battle arena Kaede made way to a close by restaurant to eat some dinner. After eating his fill just when he was about to leave the premises a waiter dropped a letter on his table.

Opening the letter Kaede immediately realised that this letter was written by the same person that had been instructing him so far. But content of the letters were small while there impact was too big for him. "Alliance is raiding the Saffron city evacuate immediately". Reading this Kaede immediately made his way to the bus stop and bought a ticket to vermillion city.

Now Kaede had to change his plans, he will have to board a cruise ship to reach Hoenn region while the Elite 4 exhibition tournament which he had applied for would regrettably be discarded. It wont be suspicious if a person after entering the tournament decides to not show up as there would be huge number of people there it wont matter if one is missing.

While waiting for the bus he also met Lily, misty sister who also was leaving Saffron urgently on orders of her parents this made kaede sure of the info he got.

Boarding the bus it took 10 hours to reach Vermillion city. The first thing he did was to reach a harbour and buy a ticket but due to the hurricane since all the flights were canceled there was a huge crowd here waiting to buy tickets.

And sure enough within minutes all the tickets were bought by people. While people dejectedly left the place and could only wait for another 5 days till the next ship comes Kaede remained there.

Whenever theres shortage of stuff there will be people looking to profit from it and just as he thought a man came to him wanting to sell SS Anne ship ticket to Hoenn Region Lilycove city port. The price was steep but he could afford it.

Just as he was going to take the ticket a girl snatched the ticket from the mans hand and arrogantly decided to discard Kaede.

This girl was of same agr as Kaede and her name is Alice sasaki. But the man snatched the ticket back from her and sold it to Kaede as he was the first one to came here.

" let me tell you, a civilian trainer like you, should just go and buy those low-cost, low-grade SS Tickets. I'll give you 150000. Give this ticket to me." Alice sasaki arrogantly told Kaede. It was a good price as Kaede only bought the ticket for 100000 but here it wasn't bout the money but about pride so Kaede ignored her and slowly tried to leave the place.

"Hey! Whats wrong with you, you dare ignore this Young Lady, Then dont blame me Come on, Charmeleon, teach this rude civilian some humility, use Flamethrower, it doesn't matter if he die."

A Luxury Ball was opened from Alice's hand, and a strong Charmeleon with a beautiful white shell on its neck suddenly appeared on ground, and then obeyed Alice's orders, facing Kaede it ruthlessly spit up a fiery pillar of fire.

Subsequently, Charmeleon's Dragon Pulse and Golbat's Air Cutter collided head-on, but as most people in the scene had imagined that the attacks on both sides would be tied something entirely out of there expectation occured.

Under the surprised eyes of most people, the dragon pulse was cut into two halves by the giant air blade in less than one breath, and then instantly hit Charmeleon, who had no time to dodge.

While buying a boat and fishing equipment Kaede saw a trainer with a Lapras and he immediatly asked Ditto to transform into Lapras it could come in handy till he find a Water type.

Now sitting on his little fishing boat with fishing rods in hand Kaede began working on his object that is to Catch a Water Type Pokemon.
