While the brave Cerberus crew had now been trapped in the nest for three days, dating their arrival on the island back to eight days ago, others had ventured onto the island. For three days the twin Commodores in charge of bringing Achi back and capturing Hestia had been advancing with their men through the giant biomes looking for any clue that might prove their presence even though the reason was still unknown. 

Accompanied by 30 officers, Aoi and Kano Manahime explored the surroundings with great speed, not caring about the creatures that attacked in sufficient numbers not to be slowed down. With 32 officers they were able to handle the attacks with ease, moving through the different areas at a steady pace. Instead of going to the center of the island, the sisters opted to go along the coast, judging this strategy to be perfect for discovering a possible docked ship.
