Chapter One: Lin Chen (Part 1)

On a scorching warmth day, east of the Fortune Kingdom was having a bustling activity. The East of Fortune Kingdom's Martial Academy's recruitment has officially announced the passing participants.

In the foot of the academy, tons of people were looking at the billboard, and scanning their names were having optimistic gazes, in hopes of passing the examination and eager to find the results of their performances.

Although some were calm, some were also shaking head to toe. These people were hoping that they could enter the prestigious Martial Academy to become a Martial Cultivator.

For them, The Martial Academy was their sole chance to become a Martial Cultivator. And if they couldn't pass the examination, they could only shake helplessly.

After all, Legacies and Resources was a thing that no-way a mortal can afford. Especially legacies.

Legacies are the Cultivation Techniques, and just by its name, it could be said that it was extremely precious. Thus, not mentioning resources, just by the Legacies, they couldn't cultivate without having it.

That's why, in the mountain foot of the Martial Academy, people were hoping that they could be accepted in the sect.

Some Young men and women that find their name in the billboards immediately laughed and tearing away. But of course, those people that hadn't able to find their names were having a depressing atmosphere.

It could be said that these people were truly that depressed. Martial Academy only opens every decade, but the minimum age to be eligible for participation was at the age of 12 to 18. Thus, after a decade, they could no longer participate in the chance of becoming a Martial Cultivator.

Due to the river of people crowding the place, and the billboard list of passing participating was the amount of 10,000 people, some were having trouble finding their names and digit. In the crowd was a young man looking at the lists of names with a calm gaze.

He was about sixteen years old, and with his ordinary blue robes, his presence was weak in words could be described. His delicate feature could barely be considered above average. As his hands were tightly gripped in two, his pupils scan the billboard.

To be honest, this young man was doing his best to remain calm. He definitely could not afford to panic at this time. This moment only goes once, and would not be repeated. Such as, he was especially calm but inwardly nervous.

Lin Chen, number 3826. Lin Chen, number 3826. After scanning the billboard, Lin Chen still couldn't find his name on the lists. As he thinks that his performance was not good, Lin Chen gritted his teeth.

Because of that, Lin Chen himself was confident of passing the examination. But who would expect that he would have diarrhea, in the middle of the Martial Knowledge Test?

Thus out of three tests, Lin Chen merely participate in two exams. And those two exams can only be considered decent. Thus, the chance of him passing the test was almost impossible.

But of course, Lin Chen would not just give up because of that low chance. For him, if he could not witness it with his two eyes, he wouldn't believe it.

After scanning for a long while, Lin Chen's eyes popped out wide, not knowing what to say of the thing he discovered.
