"Ok, now that we're a bit more at ease, how about we talk things over calmly?" - Kurama asked with a smile as he watched as the black-haired girl, was bound and gagged - "See? It's not that hard."

"Hmph! Hmph!" - the woman squirmed as she looked at the white-haired man with hostility.

"Yes, I'm aware that it's a crime to attack a council member, but let's be honest, I'm not interested in having the council after me" - Kurama replied as he shrugged his shoulders.

"Hmph?" - the woman opened her eyes in surprise because she didn't think he would understand her in this unrealistic situation.

"Of course I understand you" - Kurama replied as he rolled his eyes at her.

"HMPH!" - the woman slowly glared with increased hatred at the man as she squirmed harder.

"And with that mouth you speak?" - Kurama asked as he gave the woman a blank stare - "Didn't your mother teach you any manners?"

Kurama was acting normal so far, however, his expression changed when he noticed the drastic change in the woman when he heard about her mother.

"Oh, I understand" - Kurama said ruefully as he saw the girl's gaze become vacant - "I'm sorry."

He slowly walked to the woman and removed the gag from her mouth, then helped her sit up - "I'm sorry I mentioned that."

". . ." - the woman just looked vacantly at the white-haired man before she started insulting him again.

It took 20 minutes before the girl managed to regain her composure and look seriously at the man in front of her, while showing a slightly more civilized attitude, mostly because she knew she was no match for this strange unknown wizard.

"Are you feeling better after insulting me for so long?" - Kurama asked while shaking his head - "Although I have to admit that I learned some new words."

The girl just silently looked at the man as she thought about how to solve her current situation.

"Anyway, now that we're a bit more relaxed, how about we talk things over calmly?" - Kurama asked with a smile.

"Who are you?" - The girl asked with a frown, more so when she saw the mark on the man's pectoral.

"My name is Kurama, and I'm a new member of the [Fairy Tail] guild" - replied Kurama calmly - "Let's just say I'm an "outsider" who came to this world by accident."

"Interdimensional traveler?" - asked the woman with surprise as she looked curiously at the man in front of her - "That explains why you're not famous despite your strength. Well, leaving that aside, let me introduce myself, my name is Ultear Milkovich, the youngest member of the magical council."

"And member of a dark guild" - Kurama added as he watched the girl's reaction, only to nod appreciatively when he saw how she hadn't even reacted to this accusation - "Since we got that out of the way, I'd like to know a little more about this man named Zeref."

"He is the strongest Dark Mage in the world, an immortal being who has roamed the world for centuries and the greatest source of wisdom" - Ultear replied with an excited look.

"Why do you seek him?" - Kurama asked while raising an eyebrow.

"I think it's your turn to answer some questions" - said Ultear with a frown - "It's only fair."

"Normally, I'd tell you that's not how things work, but I'm going to let it go for now" - replied Kurama as he shrugged - "Ok, ask whatever you want."

"What are you?" - Ultear asked with a frown - "I tried to steal some of your time with my magic, however, it had no effect, that means one of two things, one, you're an immortal creature, maybe a god, or two, you're at least ten times stronger than me"

"Hmm, 50/50" - Kurama replied while shrugging his shoulders - "I am immortal, and I am, at the very least, 10 times stronger than you, although that only counts in my base form and without using any of my abilities."

"Are you looking down on me, by any chance?" - Ultear asked angrily.

"No, I'm just being honest" - replied Kurama as he created a chair and calmly sat down - "I'm someone who can do pretty much whatever I want, I have absolute control between the elements, I can move between dimensions with ease, I can revive the dead if I so desired, I can even time travel, though the latter is a pain in the ass because it critically damages the fiber of space-time"

"!" - Ultear's eyes widened in surprise as she felt her heart pounding at the albino's words - "Your words are true, you can really do all that?"

"Yes, everything I said is one hundred percent true" - Kurama replied calmly as he looked at the girl, who seemed to have found an oasis in the middle of the desert - "And I would like to assume that you desire something from me after hearing about my abilities."

"I require your services" - Ultear replied as her voice trembled - "If what you say is true, then you have the power to make me return to the past."

"Is that the reason why you learned this temporal magic?" - Kurama asked in surprise as he saw how the girl nodded - "I understand, though I still don't understand why I should help you"

"I promise to pay you for your services, I offer you my body and soul" - replied Ultear with desperation as she reinforced her conviction. She had decided to sacrifice herself to Zeref for the sake of achieving her greatest dream, doing it for someone else didn't change much her initial plan.

"The payment is worthy, but I still don't understand what you wish to do when you reach the past" - Kurama said while shaking his head - "The time flow is immovable, even if I help you change the past, it would only make a new reality appear as this reality follows its natural course, in other words, no matter how much you try to change the past, your present will remain the same, and you will only cause the fiber of space-time around you to be distorted when you return to your original time."

Ultear bit her lip before looking at the albino firmly - "No matter, with the knowledge that I achieved my goal, I don't mind sacrificing even more."

"Do you perhaps not remember that if I take you to the moment you desire, your existence belongs to me?" - Kurama asked as he gave her a blank look.

"That's why you'll do anything to save me, isn't it?" - Ultear asked with a seductive smile - "Master ~"

"Okay, you win" - muttered Kurama as he untied the girl with a snap of his fingers - "Tell me your wish and let's get this over with"

"Do you wish to subdue me that much, Master ~?" - Ultear asked as she purred seductively, though this was mostly done, so she could tease him because she was still angry about being bound and gagged.

"Keep trying to seduce me and I promise you won't be able to get up for a week" - Kurama snorted neutrally - "Now, tell me your wish."

"I want to go back to the past, to the time when my mother abandoned me" - Ultear said as her expression darkened.

"Your mother abandoned you?" - Kurama asked with a frown.

"That's what I was told, and what I saw when I tried to find out the truth" - muttered Ultear as she fell silent.

"Please, I want you to be a little more concise with your words" - said Kurama as he listened to the girl's account - "Ok, I think I understand the situation a little, and I can only tell you that this makes me think that this is all a simple misunderstanding, or a sick attempt to separate the two of you."

"What do you mean?" - Ultear asked with a frown.

"You just told me that you were born with a huge amount of magic inside you, that's why your mother abandoned you, right?" - Kurama asked as he raised an eyebrow.

"Yes, she considered me a ticking time bomb thanks to my uncontrolled power, that's why she abandoned me" - replied Ultear with a frown.

"And that's why I ask you, did she really abandon you?" - Kurama asked while giving her a serious look.

"She did, I saw how she had replaced me with her two students!" - Ultear exclaimed angrily.

"What if maybe, just, maybe, she tried to use those apprentices as a replacement for you?" - Kurama asked as he glared at the woman because she hadn't thought of this.

"Impossible, if so, then why did she abandon me?" - Ultear asked confused as she felt her world falling apart - "Am I wrong?"

"Well, let's find this out, maybe then we can bring you true peace" - replied Kurama as he appeared in front of Ultear and gave her a small kiss on the lips.

Ultear was surprised because it was the first time she received a kiss on the lips, but she did nothing to stop him because he was her future master, and as such, he could do whatever he wanted with her.

She was even willing to give him her purity if necessary, however that was necessary because the kiss only lasted a few seconds.

"Done, with this I know where and when to go" - Kurama said as he opened a portal.
