Sacrifice for the dead or alive?

"I really feel light and good after talking to mom and dad, I felt like I had a burden on my back, it's all gone now. I know mom is angry, but it's for good only," she sighed.

"Like I was having fun hiding, huh? You think you're the only one having trouble?" Sam was a bit angry.

He believed that it was Sal's fault that he got in trouble, even though he knew that he himself put his foot in his grave, he just wanted to blame someone.

"Sam, I understand. I should have taken care of you, God! I'm so selfish!" shouted Salvadora.

"I just want you to know that I'm sorry," she said calmly.

Neither Sam nor Salvadora was feeling any good. They were frustrated and overwhelmed by the things they got to know in the past few days.

It was all happening so fast, they couldn't keep up with it.

Sam's anger was gone now. He understood that it had to happen, it was his destiny, no one could stop it.

"It's okay, I was angry for no reason. This is our legacy and I've accepted it," he said bravely.

"Good to hear that. I'm not scared, you know, it's just a feeling that this is not gonna end well. I'm worried," Sal said worriedly.

Sam said the only words which came to him, "I don't know, but you can't tell that now."

Salvadora was in a big royal palace with huge pillars and chandeliers, it was decorated with lights and candles, a lot of food was there on the dining table, it looked as if there was a party going on in there, except no one was there.

'What is this place? How did I even get here?' she wondered.

"Whatever it is, I don't care, it's such a lovely place! If it's a dream then yes, I love dreaming!" she said.

Then she moved further to see what's happening. It was all like an old-fashioned royal party.

Salvadora herself was wearing a red full-length corset dress which looked elegant, It was close-fitted to her torso which was kind of uncomfortable. Her hair was tied up in a bun with a beautiful flower on her head.

She smiled as she looked in the mirror, she never looked so pretty in her entire life. She decided to move forward because she didn't want to be stuck with the mirror.

After observing it for some time, she noticed that this place was somehow familiar, but she couldn't exactly remember it.

'Have I ever been to this place? or seen it in a picture or something?' she thought.

Then she climbed the stairs to go to the next floor, maybe she might find something or someone?

The next floor was also decorated like the other one. She was mesmerized by its beauty, she wanted to stay there forever.

Then, she moved further to see if there was something different.

She saw a balcony which was decorated with flowers and leaves, it was quite different from the rest of the house as it was decorated with all the natural decors.

She was attracted to it and something made her go towards it. Salvadora has always loved natural beauty more than anything, she couldn't resist it.

"Am I compelled to this balcony? Well, who cares? It's so beautiful!" said Salvadora with excitement.

The view from that balcony was so fascinating, it was such lovely weather and the sunlight added more beauty to it.

The soft crunch of the trees on the ground made her wistful. They were a faded, shredded tapestry of autumn, she thought as she remembered the crisp golden hues and the vibrant oranges that had blanketed the forest floor the last time, she had visited it.

Wait, the last time she visited?

She suddenly realizes where she was, it was that old bungalow!

As she realizes the truth, the beautiful clouds turned into violent storm clouds. The tress dancing with the breeze started shouting and screaming at her.

Then she saw someone with pretty eyes was staring at her from the entrance of the balcony. She had for like 4 inches tall stiletto nails which looked like were ready to tear someone.

It was all happening so fast!

"Mom, how long have been here? I didn't saw you earlier", she cried it was difficult to speak because of the thunder, she couldn't even hear herself.

The woman spoke something but she couldn't hear her, she went closer to realize that she wasn't her mom.

"No babe, not mom," her tone was harsh, she obviously not Rose. Her mom is cheerful, pretty, and cool. While the woman there was pale, empty, and lonely.

And the most important thing, she had silver eyes, it obviously wasn't her mom. Glowing silver eyes, which were ready to trap her in the web.

'It must be Rebekah!' she thought. Salvadora was horrified and stunned, she couldn't move.

Rebekah screamed, "Babe, I know you don't deserve to die but neither does anyone else, if you would sacrifice someone else for you, would you be any different from my mom?"

Salvadora still couldn't bring herself to speak, her limbs went numb, she wasn't able to move.

She couldn't believe any of it, she was scared to death, she was totally helpless and didn't know what to do.

Suddenly, Rebekah's glowing silver eyes turned red and blood started to come out of her eyes! It started to come from her nose and mouth too!

But that wasn't enough, the next thing that happened was even worse, blood started to pool out of Salvadora's eyes too! her whole face was covered in blood. Her beautiful dress was now drenched with blood.

Rebekah gripped her shoulder with her sharp stiletto nails tightly and said, "Babe, do what's right, Sacrifice for the dead or living, I don't know, but, SAVE THE HUMANITY IN YOU!" and she vanished into the thin air.

The next thing that she knew, she hanged herself!
