1 chapter 1 an world of guns and magic

when I woke up today I didn't think that I would die especially in a car crash. Ok let's take this back by a bit I'm a 17 year old high school student with weird white hair and green eyes I was wearing dark blue jeans and a red shirt with an 'm' on the left side of my chest. I was going home from work when I saw someone in the middle of the road then to my horror I saw a truck going to her 10 miles over the speed limit by the way. I ran and pushed her out of the way of the speeding truck as it "vrooooms" at me and "bang" it hits me dead on.

The next thing I know is I'm in a weird room. Wooden benches are going down to some big doors as the floor seems to be made out of stone-like material and the walls look like they're made out of brick as I'm sitting in the middle of what looks like a magic circle. I see 2 people near me a boy looks about 21 he has brown hair in what looks like a military haircut and a suit of armor on with a big sword on his back he looks on edge like at any moment something could attack us. There was a girl right next to him about 18, she had blonde hair done in a ponytail as she seemed to wear a light red shirt with it buttoned all the way to the right side of her body and had a plus on her left arm and she was wearing something black pants and some boots.

As I look at the pair the girl speaks

"Hello young hero I'm guessing that you have a lot of questions." She smiles softly "I'm Anna and this is Kona" she points at the boy"so what is your name."

"Well I'm Ren nice to meet you" I look at them" where am I right now" I look at Anna

"well in the middle of a battlefield agent an army of demons and orcs" She gives a half-hearted smile not the best thing to do right now.

"WHAT!"I shout probably not the best idea given what is happening right now.

She smiles and gives holds out her hand "don't worry you will live and it'll be fine "I look at her hand and take it getting up.

"ok now what" I ask them thinking they had a plan

she looks at me unsure"ummmmm we don't have a plan" she looks at Kona to see if he has a plan

he looks at her"well were in the middle of enemy territory so we're probably going to die here but our only goal should be to get Ren out of here" he says matter of factly

she nods in agreement "ok we should head out of here" She says as he nods in agreement

I say"do I get an opinion" they head to the door I follow because I have no other option as they open up the door showing a ruined city human bodies line the floor we walked out and start to head to where I believed the home base is as I see what looks like a revolver in a dead man's hand. He was wearing a similar armor to Kona"hey what is this"as Anna's face is shocked

"o no" she looks at him "it's a boom-wand it's a dangerous weapon and he was one of four people left in our army who can use it"

"ok" I look at the weapon like it's calling me to pick it up"maybe I should take it just to be safe "I say as I pick it up and it disappeared into thin air

"don't that is extremely rude..."She says too late as she realizes what has happened "what did you do "she Shouts at me

I look at them"what happened I didn't know "I look at her

"you just stole that off of his dead body "Anna Shouts at me mad

"quiet please" Kona says stern"we don't know what is happening right now so we shouldn't be careless" He keeps walking as we follow I look around the city is in Ruins like this was not the first battle here but then I see more body's lying dead on the floor some seem to be in similar armor as Kona and the blast-wand user but some were wearing different armor it was mostly made out of an alloy that looks similar to obsidian but different somehow. I look back at Anna as she is silently crying to herself I believe that that guy was a loved one to her. We were almost there as we see a single man in the obsidian like armor with a red trim he was holding a single spear in one of his hands

"I came here with 100 men thinking that was more than enough but I know now that that was too little" He Looks at us chuckling"at least they killed all of your fools who entered here all 150"all 3 of us are in shock as Kona runs in to fight him hoping to buy time I'm guessing as me and Anna run around him

after a while I look back and see that Kona is losing "o no I have to do something" I look at Anna as she is running away "hypocrite" I say to myself as I look at the situation I'm scared but I have to do something. I run in as Kona falls to the floor and is about to be killed I attack the guy as he is about to kill Kona and he dodges"don't worry I got you Kona "I look at him as I run forward. I get cut on the side as the blasting wand appears and "bang" it fires as I fall unconscious the victor of that battle.
