-Yuuki pov-

When I opened my eyes, I saw an unfamiliar ceiling. When I moved around a bit, I got in front of a mirror and saw a child version of DIO. I have pale yellow hair, orange eyes, fair slightly pale skin, and chubby cheeks. I look around 3-4 years old.

'guess I Transmigrated instead of reincarnating.' I thought when suddenly I got a huge fucking headache. "UGAHHHHHH" I screamed in pain. After a while, the pain subsided and I got the memories of the previous owner. I don't know what happened to the previous owner of this body, but I really don't give a fuck.

The previous owner was an orphan that lived in a simple orphanage, his mother left him in front of the orphanage with a note saying "his name is Dio Brando, I can't take care of him because I don't have enough time, please, I beg off you raise him well"

A caretaker of the orphanage named Lilly found him by the front door and has been taking care of him since then.

"So my name is Dio now, I'm kinda surprised that I also got the same name as DIO, I thought I would only get the looks." said Dio, previously called Yuuki.

I looked out the window and saw that is still dark outside, I decided to sleep because tomorrow is my 4th birthday and quirk awakening day! According to the memories of the previous owner. 'Can't wait to get my powers tomorrow! I'm kinda getting excited' though Dio.

{Note: I'll change his name to his chad form, DIO, when he comes of age till then his name is gonna be Dio.}

-the next day-

Dio woke when he heard his name getting called. " ugh, 5 more minutes." said Dio, but I still woke up when I heard sister Lilly say "wake up Dio-chan today's your quirk awakening~"

Sister Lily has platinum hair, blue eyes as deep as the ocean, an hourglass figure has curves in all the right places. She also has fair skin that's soft to the touch. I don't know how she takes care of her skin in this poor ass orphanage but whatever.

I got up, dressed up in a simple black shirt with a white hoodie on top of it, and lastly black sweat pants. I had breakfast which was milk and Peanut butter ham sandwiches.

-time skip at Musutafu general hospital-

I got called into doctor Kazumi's office thank god it's not that old man that works for All For One.

Doctor Kazumi is an average-looking woman, simple black on a ponytail, black eyes with glasses, an hourglass figure. She's wearing a gray shirt, jeans and lastly has the typical doctor coat.

"Welcome to my office young Dio, here for your quirk check-up I Presume." Said Doctor Kazumi.

" precisely…I mean yes!" I said, 'fuck that reply was a bit on the mature side, I hope she doesn't comment on it' I thought. 

"Ok then let's start, why don't you try activating your quirk." Said Kazumi, thank god she didn't comment on my previous answer.

I try activating my quirk by following Doctor Kazumi's instructions. Then suddenly [The World] appears behind me in its full glory.

[The World] is tall and has a very muscular build. It's mostly all yellow, some parts are gray. Has red eyes. It has green hearts on each of its kneecaps, another on its chin, one on its belt, and lastly one on its dic-… on its crotch. It wears small, simple twin diving cylinders on its back, twin-ridged cables to the rear of its mask. Ridged straps running from the rear of its waist over both its shoulders to its front, its footwear bears curved, sharply-pointed toes.

Doctor Kazumi was confused because she doesn't see anything, I told her that I did awaken my quirk and it's just invisible to others except me. She didn't comment on that and just told me and sister Lily to follow her to the testing room.

-at the testing room-

I was told to test my quirk on steel dummies.

I told [The World] to punch the dummy. In an instant [The World] moved from my side and sent the dummy flying while shouting "MUDAAA"

I wasn't surprised because I knew how strong [The World] could be, I mean it has phenomenal strength, senses, precision, and incredible speed.

On the other side of the glass window Doctor Kazumi and Lily were confused because all they see is Dio standing there and the dummy getting obliterated by an invisible force. Nonetheless they were still surprised because the quirk of a 4-year-old boy obliterated a steal dummy in an instant.

"That's amazing!" shouted Lily.

"Indeed, bring in the titanium dummies!" Said Doctor Kazumi in the walkie-talkie.

-Back with Dio-

I saw that they brought in a new dummy. I told [The World] to uppercut it followed by a barrage ending it with a strong punch.

[The World] moved in front of the dummy uppercutting it a few feet into the air "MUDAAA" followed by a barrage of punches "MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA" ending it with a strong punch "MUDAAAAA" all of this happened in an instant. Destroying the dummy into an  Unrecognizable state, with fist-sized dents all over its body.

Again this surprised Doctor Kazumi and Lily, because of the power of the invisible force, after that they made me do a few more tests before we were allowed to go back to the orphanage.
