59 Chapter 59

"Hahahahaha! This is nothing but business, woman. War business."

I hate him in the show, and I hate him even more when I face him. His voice makes me angry.

"So you want war, huh? You want to ignite the Great War."

I say to him and watch him stop laughing. He gives me a cocky grin and says.

"That's right! Killing you guys is the first step in my grand plan! Now, die!"

I can see the Karasu Tengu squat manage to maintain the barrier, but I know it will not last long. I can feel through my Senjutsu that there are more than five hundred Fallen Angels in the sky and more than two hundred exorcists on the ground. This is bad.

"Yasaka, can you take care of the one in the sky? I will take care of the people on the ground."

Yasaka looks at me for a second before saying.

"Are you sure? There are a lot of them."

"I am sure. Leave them to me."

"Very well. Make sure to come back to me alive, Ryan."

"Of course."

I am about to leave the barrier but can feel someone hugging me. I turn around and see Asia looking at me with a tear in her eyes.

"You will be okay, right?"

I give her a bright smile and pat her head before saying.

"Of course! I promise you."

She wipes her eyes and releases me.

"I pray to the lord that you shall return safe and sound."

I nod and run out of the barrier. My body changes and turns into the [Beast], the King of Monsters in the Fairy Tail World. While in this form, I gather more Natural Energy and combine it with my Chakra.

I then combine them with my Sky Dragon Slayer magic. All of them are nature-type energy, and they combine seamlessly. I take a deep breath and roar.

"Sky Dragon's Roar!"

I release a massive torrent of wind from my mouth, and I can see the exorcist try to block my attack, but sadly for them, my attack is above their pay grade. My attack tears through their formation and destroys a good chunk of their firepower.

I am about to dash forward, but my Senjutsu catches something and prepares to dodge. However, I did not need to do that, as I could see Yasaka appear in her true form, blocking all the attacks with her own attack.

"Your opponent is me, Kokabiel."

"Don't think you can beat me with your true form, woman! You are not a match for me! Attack!"

I really want to help Yasaka fight the Fallen Angels, but I need to take care of these people first. I shall trust Yasaka to fight them.

The Devil Faction (Sona, Rias, and Serafall, alongside their peerage member) arrive at the battlefield after they feel a spike of energy from this place. What they see is carnage. They can see a massive creature killing many exorcists who try to kill him with their weapons and magic.

This creature is Ryan in his Beast Soul take-over form.

They can see Ryan ignoring the exorcist's attack and only focusing on attacking them with his claw, magic, and sword. Their attack did not hurt him, and only after taking countless attacks did it start to hurt him.

Serafall looks at the people she brings and says.

"How is it? Is it safe to destroy this barrier?"

One of the devils that specialize in barriers shakes his head and says.

"No. If we destroy the barrier, it will trigger a massive explosion that will wipe out more than half of the city."

"Tch. How long do you need to make an opening?"

"Sadly, it will take a long time, my lady. This barrier is made of Light Magic. It will take time and energy to create an opening."

"Dammit!"

"Maybe we can help."

Serafall looks to the side and sees three familiar people walking toward them.

"Azazel!"

The Governor General of Grigori walks toward the barrier and lets his fellow Cadre inspect the barrier. Shemhazai examines the barrier and says.

"It will take ten minutes. Twelve minutes at max."

Azazel nods his head and says.

"Let's just hope that Kokabiel is still alive by the time you are done."

"He is not that weak, Azazel."

"And Yasaka is not that weak either. However, she is not what I am worried about. I worried about him."

"That creature? What kind of creature is that? Some type of Monkey Youkai?"

Azazel shakes his head and says.

"He is a human."

"What?"

Azazel ignores his friend's confused expression and watches the fight.

Ryan's constant attack makes the remaining exorcist run away, and now he can focus on the Fallen Angels that are attacking him from the air. His body is full of light spears thrown by the Fallen Angel above him.

He destroys all of them and changes back into his human form. He cannot use his Sky Dragon Slayer magic to fly in his beast form because it is too heavy.

Rather than depending on his Take Over magic to increase his durability, he eats as much air as possible to empower his Dragon Force mode even more. He dodged the incoming hail of light spears while eating the air. His body slowly changes into a draconic form.

His body is now full of scale, and his eyes turn into dragon eyes. His claws get longer and sharper; the same happens to his teeth.

'STOP! Don't take more, Ryan.'

Ryan stops eating air when he hears Grandeeney shout inside his mind.

'Your body is not ready for this. The next stage of Dragon Force is to change one heart into a Dragon's heart. If that happens, your blood vessels will explode.'

Ryan nods and flies to the sky. He appears in front of one of the Fallen Angels and then swings his sword.

Hinokami Kagura: Dance

Before the two wings' fallen angel can react, Ryan cuts down her head. The other Fallen Angels throw their light spears at Ryan after noticing their fellow fallen angel die. The fire around Ryan's sword changes into water as he enters a state of absolute concentration.

Total Concentration. Water Breathing Tenth Form: Dead Calm

The people outside the barrier can only see Ryan in shock as hundreds of light spears are sent crashing into him for naught, as they disintegrate into thin air each time they get near him.

"H-How?"

Yuuto Kiba cannot help but ask that question. As a fellow swordsman, he cannot help but look at him in awe. He cannot see his movement and only the aftermath of his action.

"He moves at a speed that even the high class has difficulty following."

Serafall explains it to Yuuto with a small smile on her face. She did not know that Ryan could change into that massive beast and thought he was a new person, but after he changed back into his human form, Serafall became even more interested in him.

Yuuto can only look at Ryan in shock and awe. He wants to have a spar with him if the situation allows it.

"ARGH"

Ryan and the others stop when they hear a scream of pain. Ryan looks to the side and widens his eyes when he sees Kokabiel manage to get a good hit on Yasaka after sacrificing his fellow Fallen Angel as a meat shield.

"Hahahahaha! Your kindness is weakness, woman! It is time to die!"

Azazel looks at Shemhazai and says.

"Quickly, Shemhazai!"

"I know, Azazel! Don't worry, I will make sure she does not die!"

"It is not her I am worried about! Kokabiel is about to die!"

"What?"

Shemhazai looks up and sees Ryan appear behind Kokabiel with his full power in the show. Ryan has already activated the blessing from Susanoo, and his sword is coated with lightning, fire, and wind. A second later, the outcome Azazel feared happened in front of him.

Ryan swings down his sword and cuts down half of Kokabiel's wings.

"ARGHHHH"

A scream of pain can be heard throughout the battlefield.
