Using my Sky Dragon Slayer magic, I keep myself in the air and continue to approach Riser, who is attempting to use his ability to fly to escape from me. I surprise him, appear above him, and spin and twist my body to execute a circular swing.

It's a shame that Riser manages to create a barrier strong enough to block my attack. However, sadly for him, my strike is potent enough to throw him to the ground and create a crater upon impact.

I won't stop there. I switch my fighting style and swing downward. I deactivate my flying spell and use gravity to increase my momentum.

A large quantity of water appears and strikes down Riser, who still has his barrier up. The impact enlarges and deepens the crater and also cracks Riser's barrier. I kept pushing and destroying his barrier, and then my sword cut off his right arm.

I quickly jump out of the crater when Riser releases a beam of fire from his left arm, and I can see him regenerating his arm. I use my Senjutsu to measure his Demonic Energy inside of him, and when I notice it reaching a certain point, I put away my sword.

"You! You think that you are winning against Riser?!"

I shake my head and say.

"No. My lady asked me to break your arms and legs. I will fulfill her order."

"You! You are looking down on Riser! You shall feel the wrath of Phoenix!"

He creates one massive magic circle and releases a massive beam of fire at me. I take a deep breath and combine both my Sky Dragon Slayer magic and Senjutsu before screaming at the incoming attack.

"Sky Dragon's Roar!"

Our two attacks collide and create a massive shockwave. While screaming, I change my body into a Weretiger, and when the attack stops, I appear in front of Riser in the blink of an eye. I punch him and send him to the massive boulder in the distance.

Riser hits the boulder and destroys it from the impact.

I jump high into the air and use my Take Over magic.

Take Over: Stone Bull

I change into a massive bipedal bull made of stone. My height is five meters, and I weigh more or less one thousand and two hundred kilograms. I fall to the ground and smash Riser, who is about to get up from the ground.

BOOM

As the dust vanishes, Riser releases a massive torrent of fire and even manages to throw me far enough away for him to jump away from me. I can see him coughing blood, and I know it is because I managed to crack his rib from my attack.

I could see him about to say something, but I did not let him do it. I change back into my weretiger and appear in front of him. With my enchanted speed, I throw a flurry of punches at him and see him slowly regenerate.

I can feel his reserve slowly getting depleted, and when his reserve is gone after another few minutes of beating, I decided to fulfill Yasaka's order. I grab both of his hands and break them. The same happens to his feet.

After that, I can see Riser on the ground, groaning in pain as his bloodline slowly heals him back. However, unlike when he still has energy inside his body, the healing process is extremely slow. I think it will take a couple of hours to heal his body back to one hundred percent.

I nod my head and walk toward Yasaka, who looks at me proudly. I can see a group of people standing next to her. They are a familiar group of people. I can see Sona Sitri and her peerage member and Satan Serafall Leviathan.

I ignore them and walk toward Yasaka. When I get close enough, I bow and say.

"I have done it, my lady."

Yasaka nods her head and says.

"Well done, Ryan."

After saying that, she looks at Serafall and says,

"I am sorry for doing this on my own, Satan Leviathan. What he has done is something that we cannot forgive. Luckily for him, I still have a small amount of respect for you and our agreement. I would have killed him if not for that."

Serafall releases a sigh and says.

"I understand, Lady Yasaka. I shall punish him for what he has done. My little sister, Sona Sitri, has already told me everything, and I shall inform the others about this transgression."

Yasaka nods her head and creates a magic circle underneath her. I walked inside the circle and heard Yasaka say one more thing.

"We will get back now. Make sure you put a leash on him and maybe clean his mouth. He is too arrogant for his own good."

After saying that, we went back to the mansion.

Serafall looks at the young man, twitching on the ground, and sighs a little. She lets Riser's peerage member take care of him, and when he is strong enough to stand up, Serafall looks at him and says,

"Do you know what you have done?"

"Riser–"

"Shut up. I don't want to hear your voice right now. You almost created a problem we did not want. Your family might not feel it, but many devils depend on the supply of medical plants coming from the Youkai Faction. If your action manages to create even more rift between our two factions, I know that your father cannot protect you from getting executed."

Riser's face gets pale at the mention of execution, and Serafall continues.

"I want you and your entire peerage to return to the Underworld. This is not a request but an order from me, Satan Leviathan. When you arrive at your family's mansion, I expect you not to leave it. You will get the punishment for what you have done, and if you dare to run away from your punishment… you will forever regret your decision. Do you understand?"

Riser quickly nods his head and says.

"Yes!"

"Get out of here."

Riser quickly creates a magic circle and leaves the area. Serafall takes a deep breath to calm down, and the pressure she releases unconsciously disappears. She turns to her little sister and says.

"Sona, where is Rias?"

Sona quickly walks forward and says.

"Rias and her peerage members are currently training for the upcoming Rating Games against Riser."

Serafall nods and says.

"She didn't need to worry about that. With this fucked up, Sirzechs finally finds an opening that lets him break the contract between Gremory and Phenex clan. Call her back and tell her to prepare for the meeting between us and the Youkai faction."

Serafall takes a deep breath and says.

"I need the two of you as the acting governor of Kuoh Town. I shall ask for an audience from Yasaka, and when she answers, I need you and Rias to be prepared to come with me."

Sona nods her head and says.

"I will tell Rias about this, sister."

"Good."

Serafall started to regret taking this job. She gets so busy that she cannot enjoy her time with her little sister. She even needs to enter her serious mode in front of her sister! She wants to kill that little flaming chicken, but she knows that it will create more problems, and she knows that she will be the one taking care of it.
