The Last Tears

Emerald Castle... Jemmy sat lonely with his laptop hosting an online meeting with his staff. When he heard a slight movement, he looked at the bed attentively. "Send someone to protect Marina. She's my sister." Naysa said while still asleep. Jemmy didn't understand whether she was dreaming or meant what she said. When he tried to wake her up, she was still sleeping. But anyway, Wade was send off to Polar hotel. Evening, Naysa opened her eyes and stared into the black shiny eyes. Jemmy was too happy when she woke up. Though the doctor just said she was ok, Jemmy could still not believe his words. "How do you feel?" Jemmy asked. Naysa wanted to sit up but the strong hands held her back. "You'll hurt yourself." "Am fine I can sit ok?" She said but Jemmy didn't let her go. "Naysa there is one thing we have to talk about. The way you do take rush decisions is alarming and that's endangering your life. At least, wherever you go, take the guards with you. For the sake of your protection." Jemmy said. Naysa, with Jemmy's support sat up and looked at him. "I just don't know what came over me. Am sorry." She said, lowering her head like an obedient child to the parents. It was too cute that Jemmy stared at her admiringly. Even at her weakest point, she's still never lost her beauty. "I'll make you something to eat." He said as he stood up and headed to the kitchen. "Hey, some wonders here today!" Adrian started. "He's going to personally cook for her." Another guard said. "Wait, does he even know how to cook?" Stenson couldn't help laughing. In a matter of five minutes, the kitchen looked like a tornado zone. Broken pieces of glasses and plates were all over. Flour was all over the place plus in his face. His whole clothes were covered in flour and other kitchen ingredients. When he came out, Naysa who sat in the living room burst out laughing. Stenson couldn't help it as he took pictures. The other guards went out the couldn't suppress their laughter any longer. "Ooh my God! What were you doing?" Naysa held a mirror close to his face but Jemmy closed his eyes. "Do I look terrible?" He asked in a cute deep voice. "No... Not really. Who said my husband can look terrible? You look cute and funny. You've won a suit to the kitchen? I can't help it." Naysa laughed again. Looking at his suit, Jemmy couldn't help frowning. "What did you prepare for me?" She asked. "I made instant noodles." He said. "And how did you have your whole body covered in flour?" She asked. Jemmy kept quiet. "Can I go to the kitchen and have a look?" "No... Don't go there!" Jemmy stepped forward to stop her. "Can we go together then?" Naysa asked. "If you insist." He replied while leading the way. Naysa followed. The whole kitchen was a mess. The trash can was full of spoilt dumplings, pan cakes and many other goods he tried to prepare. He looked at Naysa innocently. "Ok you did a good job, but you're a pretty bad cook." She said. Jemmy stared at her as if digesting what she just said. "Ok, don't be mad at me for that kind of a comment. Can I be your teacher then?" "Sure." He replied. "But there is a fee to pay. Are you ready?" She asked. "How much is it teacher?" He asked eargerly that Naysa laughed. "It's not about money. It's something else." She said. "Whatever you want, I'll do it for you." Jemmy said. "Good, now take a guess before I tell you."

CHAPTER ELEVEN

After the plane leaving, Jemmy and his bodyguards left. It was already late when Jemmy finished talking to his father and promising to go and see what business dealings the Scotts had with him. The bodyguard stood on guard.

" Boss, what do we do with James Caskey?" Frank asked.

Well, Jemmy didn't blame them for being too careless and getting Hank shot. He knew his brother's stubbornness, he knew he wouldn't let go if he was in the same position. Besides, if Hank wanted to fight, not even the guards could stop him. That was the case for him and Larry also.

" Release him." He said thoughtlessly. The bodyguards thought they heard it wrong.

" Boss, you are really letting him go after he tried to kill Hank?" Frank asked.

" Saying let him go doesn't mean it all ends here. Besides, Hank will deal with a this when he gets back. He needs a sweet revenge." Jemmy entered the car and Stenson drove off.

Meanwhile:

Naysa walked lonely in the dark night. She remembered the sad book she read to Arya sometimes back.

" Was I that lonely girl?" Naysa thought. The book does reflect my life though. She remembered her sister's word and realized Arya knew she would die. Why would she be telling her she'll give her the sky blue eyes one day?

The air was chilling and her whole body was freezing. She wore a simple black dress with not jacket. She wouldn't think of anywhere to go or anything to do. Walking to school was impossible because it was a long distance and she hadn't carried any money. Walking home was same as walking to school, almost impossible.

" Hold on." She told herself. But her body was giving in. Ahead of her, cars drove down the road and a blinding light made her close her eyes. Then she couldn't hold on any longer and she felt herself collapse but she miraculously didn't hit the ground. Instead, she landed in strong arms. She was too tired and exhausted to see who it was. Her mind went blank and she lost consciousness.

WAVE VALLEY UNIVERSITY

When Marina arrived on the room, she told Livia what happened.

" I left her unconscious. I came to tell you and prepare few things for her before we go back. By the time we get there, she will be awake and we can help her back home." Marina said, packing a few essentials for Naysa including warm jackets and boots. Livia helped her.

As night crept in, the two arrived in hospital and found an empty bed. The nurses said they tried to stop her but she refused and left. Naysa called uncle Tarran and was told Naysa wasn't home yet.

" What happened to her?" She was worried because after calling her phone several times, no one picked up.

"Maybe she's in a taxi yet to arrive home. We have to go back, if by tommorow evening she doesn't report back, we'll inform the police." Livia said.

Marina accepted with a heavey heart. If there is anyone she doesn't want to loose, then that person was Naysa. Naysa had no money or luxury to offer her, but she had the best heart ever. She was her best sister. Since when they met back in mid school, they naturally became sisters and clinked onto each other. Marina felt sorry for her when she lost her dad and sister in one day and now her mother was gone. Her heart bled.

Through out the night, Marina tossed in the bed, now and then dialing Naysa's number hoping she would at least pick up the reciever and talk to her. But no one picked up.

Livia on the other side slept after talking to Roderick who told her that he would be going home the following day on orders from his grand father. She wasn't that much worried about Naysa as marina was.
