The Last Tears

Emerald Castle... Jemmy sat lonely with his laptop hosting an online meeting with his staff. When he heard a slight movement, he looked at the bed attentively. "Send someone to protect Marina. She's my sister." Naysa said while still asleep. Jemmy didn't understand whether she was dreaming or meant what she said. When he tried to wake her up, she was still sleeping. But anyway, Wade was send off to Polar hotel. Evening, Naysa opened her eyes and stared into the black shiny eyes. Jemmy was too happy when she woke up. Though the doctor just said she was ok, Jemmy could still not believe his words. "How do you feel?" Jemmy asked. Naysa wanted to sit up but the strong hands held her back. "You'll hurt yourself." "Am fine I can sit ok?" She said but Jemmy didn't let her go. "Naysa there is one thing we have to talk about. The way you do take rush decisions is alarming and that's endangering your life. At least, wherever you go, take the guards with you. For the sake of your protection." Jemmy said. Naysa, with Jemmy's support sat up and looked at him. "I just don't know what came over me. Am sorry." She said, lowering her head like an obedient child to the parents. It was too cute that Jemmy stared at her admiringly. Even at her weakest point, she's still never lost her beauty. "I'll make you something to eat." He said as he stood up and headed to the kitchen. "Hey, some wonders here today!" Adrian started. "He's going to personally cook for her." Another guard said. "Wait, does he even know how to cook?" Stenson couldn't help laughing. In a matter of five minutes, the kitchen looked like a tornado zone. Broken pieces of glasses and plates were all over. Flour was all over the place plus in his face. His whole clothes were covered in flour and other kitchen ingredients. When he came out, Naysa who sat in the living room burst out laughing. Stenson couldn't help it as he took pictures. The other guards went out the couldn't suppress their laughter any longer. "Ooh my God! What were you doing?" Naysa held a mirror close to his face but Jemmy closed his eyes. "Do I look terrible?" He asked in a cute deep voice. "No... Not really. Who said my husband can look terrible? You look cute and funny. You've won a suit to the kitchen? I can't help it." Naysa laughed again. Looking at his suit, Jemmy couldn't help frowning. "What did you prepare for me?" She asked. "I made instant noodles." He said. "And how did you have your whole body covered in flour?" She asked. Jemmy kept quiet. "Can I go to the kitchen and have a look?" "No... Don't go there!" Jemmy stepped forward to stop her. "Can we go together then?" Naysa asked. "If you insist." He replied while leading the way. Naysa followed. The whole kitchen was a mess. The trash can was full of spoilt dumplings, pan cakes and many other goods he tried to prepare. He looked at Naysa innocently. "Ok you did a good job, but you're a pretty bad cook." She said. Jemmy stared at her as if digesting what she just said. "Ok, don't be mad at me for that kind of a comment. Can I be your teacher then?" "Sure." He replied. "But there is a fee to pay. Are you ready?" She asked. "How much is it teacher?" He asked eargerly that Naysa laughed. "It's not about money. It's something else." She said. "Whatever you want, I'll do it for you." Jemmy said. "Good, now take a guess before I tell you."

CHAPTER EIGHTY: YOUR WISH IS MY COMMAND

So, Marina didn't report to work. Pearl had missed his friend and he was too earger to see her. He sat by the door step. Hewas no longer a small puppy but a little grown up one.

Just when Marina almost thought the meeting wouldn't occur, a fleet of cars entered the Haven's compound. Similar cars but with different logos.

"What other family will be here?" Marina asked Frank.

"Just the Grants. The second logo was designed by Hank and it's the Haven's logo." Frank explained.

"Ooh my God! It's beautiful."

Stenson got out of the car after the other guards were out. He opened the car and Jemmy came out first in a navy blue Italian suit. Naysa came out in a navy blue skirt and a white top. Pearl wouldn't let her go. He jumped on her, wagging his tail playful and barking lightly to show his happiness.

Uncle Tarran came out and was too happy when he saw the two. He had been worried about Naysa landing in the wrong hands but looking at Jemmy's handsome face and remembering all that the Grants had done to their family, he couldn't help smiling.

Marina went over to welcome them and it was in time for aunty Wen to come out of the house. She too couldn't hide her happiness.

"Come on Pearl, at least get her into the house first." Marina smiled at Naysa while smoothening Pearl's fur.

"Am sorry I just missed my puppy so much. Let's go in." Naysa said to Jemmy while holding out her hand. It was a small introduction with no outsider invited. The two walked in, welcomed by uncle Tarran. Jemmy moved in first accompanied by Marina as Naysa laughed with her uncle.

"I heard about what happened to you." He said while looking at aunty Wen.

"Am alright uncle. Aunty Wen, I miss you." Naysa hugged her. When aunty Wen and uncle Tarran exchanged looks, Naysa now stopped to look at them.

"Uncle, is there something am supposed to know?" She asked.

"We'll talk about it. Let's get in." Uncle Tarran led the way. Inside the house, Naysa sat close to Jemmy. Though he had ordered the renovation of the whole house, he has never been here.

"Our house is too small to accommodate you, but..." Naysa started.

"No... I love it." He said.

"My son, you're welcomed her. Though it's not a better place, but feel free to say anything orask about anything. I also want to thank you for everything that you've done to the Haven's family, including taking care of my brother's only remaining child." Uncle Tarran said.

"That's my responsibility." Jemmy said calmly.

"You know, her father and her sister died on the same day just right in front of her eyes and she was really heart broken. Her mother's death was a big blow to her, and I was afraid she might go crazy and run into trouble. But am so happy to see her happy wherever he is. I just want her to be happy, that's the only thing that can make me happy." Uncle Tarran said.

"Uncle, I can never run crazy. Besides, right now am more that fine and more than just happy." Naysa said.

Marina who had walked out came in company of Stenson who held out files.

"Good day sir." He bowed before uncle Tarran respectfully.

"Good day my son."

Stenson then looked at Jemmy, back at Naysa who was playing with Pearl, aunty Wen who sat silently and Marina who wanted to laugh at how Naysa and Pearl were.

"Here is the file of all legal documents of the Haven's family, plus the cars with the Haven's logo outside." When he finished speaking, uncle Tarran suddenly stood up, grabbing the file and opening it. Aunty Wen looked at the calm Jemmy and said nothing.

"Ooh my God, Pearl you're so cute." Naysa didn't observe her uncle's behavior. "Jemmy, I want to go with Pearl. He's too good to miss me ok?"

"Your wish is my command." He said. Even Stenson's mouth hang open. What did boss just say? Frank, who stood by the door shifted in his position.

"Boss, can we go back?" Frank smiled foolishly.

"Frank, uncle doesn't have anyone to protect him. You'll really have to hold on for a bit longer." Naysa looked up and met the smiling Frank. Stenson blew air in Frank's direction forcing him to frown.

"My son..." Uncle Tarran started.

"Uncle, he's your son in law." Marina said. Naysa smiled and Jemmy didn't move and his face didn't change. Uncle Tarran had long suspected this so he didn't look too suprised.

"Thank you so much." He said.

"Actually you should be thanking her not me." Jemmy said. He felt he didn't do enough for her. After all, she endangered her life to find the truth about her family, Hank had had an upper hand in helping her. What did was give out the commands to have all plans executed.

"Sweetum, I think we should go out and look at the constructions." Naysa said, standing up.

"Actually I'll walk you around." Uncle Tarran volunteered. The party of five, uncle Tarran, aunty Wen, Jemmy, Naysa and Marina walk out while Stenson remained behind to talk to Frank.

Meanwhile...

Phil Caster and Cindy Scott rented one apartment where they stayed in close contact with Livia and Roderick. Today, the two headed to Spark hotel for a meal and a little relaxation. They sat alone at a corner of the hotel.

Samara had heard stories of them from Marina and Naysa. When she read the names of the two customers, she opened her eyes wide.

"Why are these two in K nation? That only means trouble." She thought.

She was even more suprised when Livia arrived. So Livia has been in collaboration with them?

At Weyners home, Charles was swearing with his breath.

"I wonder what your end will be Livia. I warned you against the Roderick. I don't trust those girls either."

The girls sat in Spark hotel till late. Too bad Naysa had suggested to drive to Spark hotel after the visit. She wanted to be at the place where they shared their first kiss.

Evening, the Grants car drove into the Spark hotel. Naysa, Jemmy and Pearl walked into the hotel where everyone turned to look at them. The three girls were no exception after all. Livia excused herself saying she needed to meet Roderick.

Upstairs in their room, Naysa hugged Pearl while sitting on the bed. Jemmy was too jealous he wanted to pull Pearl away and be the one held in her hands.

"Teacher, when were we supposed to start our lessons?" He asked.

"Huh! Not now of course we aren't home. Where will we hold the lessons right now?" Naysa asked.

"I can pay for one kitchen of course." He said.

"No... Actually no need ok?" Naysa said, moving into the bathroom to take a shower. When she came out, she was in a loose light robe. Jemmy walked into the bathroom, leaving her with Pearl.
