A stroll in the woods.

Jason's POV

After all the drama that happened with my Dad earlier, I decided to take a stroll out in the woods with Aurora who also decided to come along with me. 

The air was cold and crisp with the occasional breeze rustling the trees and leaves.

The sun was setting and the shadows began to grow long and stretched across the ground, and the sky was beginning to turn from blue to purple as it grew darker. 

Not that it was anything special, it just reminded me of all the times that I'd walked here all alone to escape that feeling of dread I usually felt within me.

And as we walked side by side, neither of us said anything as we both just kept looking at the scenery around us, until we got to a small clearing in the forest where we sat down. We leaned back against some large rocks and watched as the colors in the sky darkened more with time passing.
