The temple

The scene felt incomplete to me; my head spun around from the horrible sound which vibrated inside the water; an incense was held to my nose which helped me to relax.

“Can I continue further?” I asked desperately, wanting to know where they have gone. She only nods her head after heavy thinking, Seven came to hold me from making another attempt but Sirius withheld him blocking his knee to the ground. I cleaned the blood dripping from my nose and placed my head back into the pool of water.

The temple traveled in the universal dimensions, going further east away from the northern lands, the kingdom of Garcia stood on the borders of the eastern nation and the northern kingdoms. It is said to be a neutral nation, that brings balance to the two kingdoms. The temple landed in the hills, Tiffney who is slender and tall with her long hair dragging behind her back looked into the bright skies where the cloud was forming into one giant shape. With beard and scattered hair, the big nose, and peculiar eyes, the cloud begins to laugh setting people to scatter in motion; soon a ball of fire flows through the cloud dissipating the human figure. The ball of fire is blocked by Gregory who uses the staff to produce water which envelops the fireball, and the fire blast into the water.

An army of sky birds with long round mouths yellowish in colour, having brown wings with big claws, sitting on top was Faber’s minions rushing towards the temple. A flashlight passes through the pinnacle point of the temple, wounding a long line of the army, the doctors attending to various patients were moving to and fro, finding the right instrument to treat more and more patients being affected by the poison of Salamander.; The salamander first appeared in the city wells releasing its poisonous fluid into the wells, and the people drank the water on constant bases. A violet leech formed on one of the patients was growing tremendously big. The doctor could not burn the fat inside the poison to reduce the swell, but the queen’s mother Bertina saw how the young girl with dyed red hair was struggling to heal the child. She rushes to her aid “Sara! I can’t believe you are alive” she embraces the young lady as tears flow from her eyes. She could not stop sobbing; “Mama the child is dying,” Sara said.

“Yeah the child, we need to cater to the child,” Bertina said.

Terrin walks to the side of the princess wondering how she got into the temple without being sighted by Faber, he stands still looking at the numerous affected patients; the mother says “I need her to leave with you Terrin, she will be of help to you”.

“Why is the sorcerer after your child,” Asked the wondering Terrin.

They both stare at each other for a while, until another fireball hit the temple breaking the temple lightly and keeping the flying monsters away.

“My child was sick and was about to die” Bertina weakly says.

“And what happened?” Terrin nervously asked fearing what she may say next.

Gregory and Ghost enter into a fierce battle together with Kalan, the dragon at the entrance of the temple, the people of Garcia run far from the temple to not get caught in the wrath of Faber.

Terrin uses the orb to envelop a protective spell around them which keeps anyone from hearing them though they can be seen.

“And what happened?” Terrin asks again after the distraction.

“The sorcerer healed her but she was able to cancel the magic of the sorcerer effect enhancing it into her own magic.”

“He calls people who are able to enhance his magic the pure blood,” said Sara with an obscure look.

“Rumor has it that he wishes to revive someone and he needs someone with the same strength and magic as the person,” Bertina says.

“Then how come you managed to enter the temple,” Terrin asks.

“The emerald, it protected me from the magic of the sorcerer, since I can cancel the magic of the sorcerer I channeled my magic into this emerald, which stores my magic without being known”

“You and your friends need to leave us and take my daughter along”

“How about you?” asked Terrin.

“I am old my friend, too old to be alive, you came to my city as a visitor and a friend in need now you must leave as one. My daughter will guide you to what you seek” Bertina said, changing her look to become a young blond woman with red cheeks, having a scar on her forehead, the beautiful lady wore a long dress made of dark velvet.

Terrin and Sara run towards Gregory who was outside the temple, together with Luciel. The dragon makes a huge fire that surrounds the entire temple and the smoke travels deep into the skies. Kalan transforms into a young dragon using the Diskette the 2nd elder gave him when he got freed. The entire crew passes through the smoke with the captain and Gregory leading the way into the forest.

“Hurry I can’t hold them much longer” Bertina transmits her thought to Terrin.

Dylan walks into the temple with blood stains on his hands he burst into a peal of wild laughter, kicking the disguised woman into the abdomen, she coughs out and then stands up holding onto her smile. His fury weighs down into his soul as he stares at the sinister smile, he releases a dark sword in his hands but is withheld by Faber. The woman blinks only to see Faber in front of her. “Drag her away!” his voice shattering the windows inside the temple. The doctors and the remaining temple knights all stood to watch the scene unfolding before their eyes, the lack of morale inside the room made Faber happy; the zombies drag the woman away in triumphant. The disguise fades away and they throw her into a cage to be sent away. The remaining knights were arrested in a similar manner and dragged away into the far road.

Ghost kept directing the compass making everyone follow him, deep inside the mountains surrounded by the virgin forest, the compass shakes with every magnetic pulse in the surrounding. The men exhausted, sat on the fallen tree trunks. The twilight reflected on the green-growing grasses and the abundance of fruits. The tigers roared searching for food and the bunnies moved swiftly to hide from the human predators. The rumbling stomach spoke to the hungry men, turning to find their pursuers far behind them.

They wanted to camp inside the lonely forest, the gloomy atmosphere made Warren and Gregory put boundary spells around the area. The young princess could not move any further, she lay on the green grass soon falling asleep. The demons appeared behind them; Terrin stroke the demon from grabbing the princess. A Giant with four arms appears to be walking with the zombies. The giant pulls four swords in his hands, his tall presence made it difficult for anyone to hit him. Gregory uses the tree branches to hold him but the giant wriggles himself out burning the entire tree to the ground. Ghost and Davina move swiftly only using their daggers to slit the throat of the giant, the blood boils and after a while the giant recovers. The tired men get frustrated by the undying giant. He pulls a huge tree and throws the tree to them, Gregory cut through the tree with his staff. Terrin activates his fire gem punching the giant with his hand, the giant goes back and balances his feet, catches Terrin in the skies, and throws him into the tree. The fire produced leaves the handprint of Terrin in the giant. Gregory makes a sphere like ice which he shoots into the head of the giant. The ice melt and the giant become surrounded by fire.

“Terrin, Terrin” Luciel holds Terrin’s back putting energy into him, she heals his wound while Tiffney fights off the demons surrounding the giants. Davina moves stealthily, she makes Terrin put fire on her dagger; the red flame surrounding her dagger makes the giant cautious of her. The zombies all pull closer to the giant whenever Davina attacks. Terrin throws an air fist with all his might shooting a long-range fire which the clustered zombies into the ground. The zombies turned to dust disappearing. The remaining zombies turned on their blue eyes, and the giant also saw through the dark blue eyes.

“We need to end them if not Faber will know of our location” Cried out Luciel.

Warren uses water in the trees to freeze the entire area, and Tiffney accumulates a wind tornado which crushes the zombies away turning them into dust. The giant stands from the ground, he moves stealthily the young princess shoots an arrow that prevents him from grabbing Luciel. Terrin uses a sword to cut through his hand.

The constant use of the fire gem burns the hands of Terrin, and the hot flames produced by the gem seep into his hand, he activates another gem this time making the fire blue. Terrin runs towards the giant like a madman without a plan, he screams out loud in anger “Die already”. Gregory produces lighting which he fires into the heart of the giant and electrocutes it so hard, the horn of the giant breaks. Ghost reappears at the back of the giant slicing through his second horn. The giant swerves the second attack of Ghost kicking ghost away. The giant saw that he was being overpowered and divides himself into two. Each giant now only had two hands, with injured horns, one giant throws the long sword it was holding; the sword split into pieces, and Tiffney forms a magnetic shield to prevent the sword particle from injuring them. The second giant appears in front of the princess grabs her on the shoulder and was about to disappear when Davina slit his throat with the flaming dagger. The giant leaves the princess to the ground turning into dust and leaving only a fragment of dark vapour.

The giant stops moving he believed he had won seeing everyone lying on the ground dead; blood dripping from the side of Gregory, Terrin lying decapitated and Ghost hanged on the tree. He walks toward the tree to pick Luciel up for the sorcerer Tiffney releases the illusion and Terrin punches his heart. The blue flame burns the entire being of the giant.

“We need to hurry and leave before another one of these creatures arrives.” Said, Gregory.

Tiffney helps Davina from the ground and Warren grabs the hand of Ghost supporting him to move. Luciel was already at her limits. Gregory gives everyone tea leaves which helps them to gain a little bit of energy.

They begin to run through the forest not wanting to stop as they were still closer to the city of Gracier in the kingdom of Garcia, they climbed the high hills and avoided the open road fear of being seen by intruders.
