"Please, you have to take her away," she said, " it will be safer for her." The sorceress nodded her head and took the bundle into her arms. She looked down at the sleeping child and back up at her parents The Elven king and queen silently weeped as the sorceress took there only child far from them. They knew she would be safe but that didn't mean that their hearts didn't break. The threat from the orcs were to great to have her with them. Just beyond the castle gates, the sorceress cast a spell, making the child look like a human. She looked back at the castle and said," When the time is right, she will know about her heritage that is a promise that I will keep."
