Leaving

Orange stole across the sky and kissed her face enhancing her delicate features. The sun begun to take a dip beneath the sky. She would have been training with the girls if it wasn't for the invasion. She gave Rae a saddened look and patted her on the back to give her some comfort.

She almost tripped as she was getting into the carriage. She was familiar with riding horses and running but carriages we're exactly her thing. She stared at it, strategizing a plan to get on safely. She lifted her leg to get in when a calm voice got her attention.

"Are you scared of a carriage?" The voice ask teasingly.

"Why would I be? It's just a box on wheels"

saying that she turned to look at the direction the voice came from.

It was the blond glitching guy! Her eyes opened widely as she stared at him in utter shock.

He noticed how her eyes widened and his hand flew to the back of his neck and. said shyly, "I hope your back doesn't still hurt. I did not wish to hurt you but if anyone else saw you they would have actually killed you."

She replied, "Why would you want me alive?"

Silence ensued as it seemed as if he chose to restrain his words. She didn't know what to do or say. She was about to probe further when he looked at her and then the carriage, as if indicating that she needed to leave.

Only then did she realize that everyone was seated except her.

The prince was sitting directly opposite her with Jared, his royal guard, on his side.

She was sitting with Rae parallel to them both.

"So now what?", Rae asked her in a hushed voice. "What do you mean?", she asked as well.

Rae gave her a look that said "Are you serious?" and said spoke, " Our whole lives have changed now, we're going to a new kingdom, you're becoming a queen and-"

Rae stopped talking after she felt her kick her leg as a "Shut up. I'm not married to anyone".

She rolled her eyes and continued "Now what?"

She pursed her lips together and said "I don't know" Rae's eyes widened a bit and quickly retuned to normal and said "First time you don't know what to do I see." She looked at her friend and rested her head on the seat and slept off.
