After getting swept away by Jesse's romantic confession, Miyeon had thoroughly forgotten about Lu Minzhe. In fact, by the time she realized that she was still in the middle of a conversation with the man, the call had already gotten disconnected. She guiltily wondered if Lu Minzhe had heard anything. Well, it didn't matter. Someone as popular as CEO Lu had probably been on the receiving end of countless confessions. Being an observer in one would be a rare occurrence but it could hardly be considered a big deal, if anything, it would only be a slight annoyance. Still, Miyeon thought that it would still be polite to send Lu Minzhe an apology text later.
