Night Wolf

When Jane arrived at Ginko Long's office he was attaining a call but as he saw his precious daughter's angry face he immediately ended the call and walked towards her.

" What is the matter princess?" He asked with concern.

"That bitch dad, she wants to steal Ray from me. He even asked me to leave. It's all because of her I want to destroy her."

Mr.Long thought to himself 'And here she goes again. Another tantrum. Over some innocent girl who dared to look at Ray. I should have not spoiled her so much. Aah look at her now. So pathetic for a doctor. If it weren't for me how could she even get into medical college with that grades of her's.'

" What are you talking about little princess?" He asked calmly. He knew ever since Ray joined this hospital she had followed him everywhere. She got rid of all the women who posed any danger for her.

Reciting entire story Jae looked at him and said " I want her begging, down on her knees, apologizing to me"

"But princess you didn't even told me her complete name how am I supposed to find her." Mr.Long tried to escape the situation without taking any action against the lady but Jae wouldn't let it slide.

"Check the CCTV footage, I am sure we can find her." Jae ordered with a grin on her face.

Mr.Long sighed ' there is no escape now.'

But Jane didn't knew that Ari was a VIP patient and her health records were taken out from the hospital records because they may pose danger to her due to her status both in business as well as in underworld.

In Dr.Ray's office, after a little chit chat about Ari's health, Jin informed Ari that prey has fallen into trap after taking the bait and they must return now.

Ari was reluctant but she bid goodbye to her hubby....cough.. cough ...to be and left immediately.

An attack on Ari should not seem something out of ordinary as she was often targeted after all she was the President of King's business group but this time the attacker was connected to her underworld rival organization and this was not normal at all.

Nobody in underworld knew how she looked except few selected faithful ones chosen by the Lady Don herself.

The Lady Don also known as the Ice queen of the underworld always wore a silver mask. The mask was designed as snow flakes and embedded with diamonds. She also wore ice blue contact lens to hide her bluish silver eyes. She wore a floor length white gown with a embedded with deep back crystals for party and events. She also wear white elegant suit with black Cape and beautiful crystal heels on some occasions. Actually this was the theme of their family. Her father Jake used to wear a white snow emperor mask, blue contacts and a elegant white swallow tail suit with a white fur coat. So it was almost impossible for someone to know who she really was.

She had been troubled by this since the attack but now that the culprit has invited himself right into her trap, she can enjoy tormenting him to her heart's content.

Upon arriving at the HQ of her underworld association she was shocked to see her culprit was none other than Mr.Eugene Yin.

Yin family has been faithful towards Ari's family for generations and her father trusted Mr.Yin with his life. How could he betray her like this and how did he come to know her real identity as it was not on any computer for him to hack or not on any documents that he could steal. Than how?

Ari smiled like a predator and asked with a cold voice" Mr.Yin why did you betray me? How much money did they offered you to loose your loyalty? "

Mr.Yin shivered in fear he knew that this would be his last words if he said anything wrong.

With a weak voice he replied " Boss please trust me I had no intention to hurt miss Lin. We were there for the Night Wolf."

Listing to Mr.Yin Ari realized that he still didn't knew her identity and by his weak voice it seems he had already been tortured. She did not believed his words but her concise was telling her that he was telling the truth. She didn't want to show him that she believe him so she carried on questioning him.

" And Mr.Lin you hope I trust you. If it was a mission for King's than why didn't Xie or Jin know?"

"It was so sudden boss I really didn't have time to tell. I told my own assassin group beta to get the man alive or dead. My faithful right hand Rein got killed in the fight."

So that is why Ari didn't recognised the assassins and that middle aged man. So that man was Mr.Yin's mysterious killer as he was known in underworld. It somehow made sense but there were simply too many plot holes to believe him.

" How come after the mission you did not contacted us or were you planning to flee?"

Ari said with no change in expression. He had indeed tried to flee but his trusted pilot was loyal to Ari so he and his family ended up straight at HQ.

" I did try to flee but not from you boss I was running away from Night wolf's people. As for me not contacting anyone, it was because I was hacked and constantly being chased, my phones were tapped. I had to hide my family before coming to you.I had managed to send you all the information that I found through my spies on you computer but I was informed today that the computer crashed and all it's information is not retrievable." Mr.Yin was rather relaxed for a man who was in devil's clutches as no one has ever returned alive. His family's lives were at risk but he knew as long as he is telling the truth he does not need to fear.

Ari knew this weird coincidence is definitely planned by someone. If Mr.Yin was telling the truth then it might be Night Wolf's deed and if he was lying than he did it himself.

Usually within minutes after Lady Don shows up the culprit and his entire family would he six feet under ground but this time she felt something was wrong as if Mr.Yin was framed but she couldn't reach any judgment. So she ordered

"Take Mr.Yin and his family to the residential area and keep close eye on them if they try to escape shoot all of them."

Hearing this Mr.Yin was relived he thought Ari believes him but why did she not asked about Night Wolf's identity yet? As he was the only one who knew it and was still alive.

"Boss wouldn't you want to know who he is?"

Ari turned to face him with a devilish grin " I like the chasing the prey it makes hunt even more enjoyable and as for you.... you must stay alive to confirm his identity when I find it."

Ari always like to find out things by herself and even if Mr.Yin told her his identity who is to say he isn't lying. There are simply too many flaws in his story that she can't trust him if it wasn't for her gut feeling she would have never left him alive.

Ari finally arrived home.....her sweet little apartment. No one would ever think that 'The Ari Lin ' the president of King's business group and underworld's feared Lady Don would live in 2BHK apartment. Wasn't it just to middle-class for her. She can live in her father's or grandfather's mansion as both of them have been empty for years after their assassination.

Well that was the exact reason she didn't live there since that incident 8 years ago Ari became afraid of dark places and empty rooms it took her years of therapy to overcome her phobia but even till today these make her uncomfortable. So she choose this tiny apartment where she lives with her nanny who took care of her since she was born.

It was small but cozy Ari decorated it with her favorite art pieces and colours when she was 15 but she never changed the decor as it reminds her of her bubbly teenage self. If one sees her apartment, her hard earned cold and fearsome aura will disappear from their minds and that is why even Xie or Jin has never seen her place in years.

After changing into comfy home clothes Ari lied of sofa her eyes glued to her phone as she typed an email. Nanny Min smacked Ari's head lightly " Ari how many times have I told you not to bring your office work at home? This girl never listen to me." Nanny sighed.

Ari pouted " But nanny it's just an email."

If anyone saw this scene they would cough blood. How can this devil behave so childish? Is it really her or their eyes were deceiving them?

Ari had always been close to nanny but since her mother's death she was broken and nanny Min was the one who cared for her. Even when she had nightmares about that day nanny would always be their to comfort her. Along those years nanny grew even more close to her and became part of Ari's family. She respected nanny like her mother and would act childish around her even now that she is 22 nothing has changed.

Nanny also loved Ari a lot and considered her as her own daughter as nanny had no family. Nanny was an orphan she worked as waitress in hotel. But when Ari's mother saw her consoling toddler she knew she would be perfect nanny for her child. So she offered her to work at Lin mansion as Ari's nanny. After Ari Min also was Liam's nanny then Lin family decided to make her Ari's children's nanny and keep her with them forever as part of their own family. Everyone loved nanny, she was loving but at the same time strict. Because of her Ari and Liam didn't turn would like other rich spoiled kids but they were humble and kind. Also nanny risked her own life on the day of assassination to save Ari and Liam. She was the reason they escaped and were alive.

After dinner Ari went to bed but was unable to sleep something kept bugging her.

'Who is this Night wolf really? I need to find out.'

As she was think about what happened today her eyes felt on the black roses in her bedroom. They were grown in Lin mansion's backyard and were delivered to her daily. Immediately her mind wandered towards Ray

'What would he be doing right now?'

'Probably sleeping, Oh I almost forgot about telling Gardner to send him flowers daily'

Ari called Jin who was still in the HQ trying to find out the traces of the hacker who hacked into their highly secured computer and crashed it. When his phone rang he thought looking at caller Id that Ari want to know if he found the hacker but what was on Ari's mind was nothing to do with it.
