Chapter 7: OLD FRIENDS REUNITED.

As Darcies' legs were still healing, she took time to develop a new way of traversing at high speed without losing her grip on her speed. Darcie went up to her mother, Queen Maisie and asked, "Mother, since I am unable to run as fast as I would like to, I need a way to fast travel without straining my legs. Do you have any ideas of what I could do?" Her mother replied reassuring her worries, "Deer, It would be best for you to forge an object that you could use to travel at your max speed, maybe forge a board that can fly, it can help you until your legs are restored." After Maisie spoke this information to her, Darcie departed from her mother and made plans to make her out and commence with forging. She then went out into the open fields outside the capital and sat near Mableflower Lake, she prepared the forging scenario, she sat on her knees and began forging, she then focused all her ability force within herself and drew all of it towards her legs, she imagined different kinds of ideas and gadgets that she could forge; like speed boots, rocket shoes and many more ideas. One thought kept coming back to her mind, which was a flying board, one that could fit up to five people. She then thought to herself, "(Yes, perfect, this would work well in my favor for now." Then on the ground appeared a chrome flying board that could fit up to five passengers, she then lifted it off the ground and said with excitement, "Alright! It looks like a good time to take this for a test run.)" 

She then got on the board and lifted off at her top speed as if she were running like normal, her electricity ability was being worked in through her legs going into the board. She felt the exhilaration of flying around at supersonic speed without straining her legs. Her worries were laid to rest, as she can now shoot off at lightning speed again. She then shouted to herself, "The Fast Lightning has Returned!" The next day had arrived, Darcie's legs were then restored in better conditions due to the fast healing applied to her. That day, King Diarumid ordered a mission for the royal children as well as two other candidates to participate with them. Diarmuid said to the royal children, "I have a crucial mission for the both of you; as you know, we have provided support to the outside towns and villages for a while now and this is the month of August, which is when we usually send over supplies and equipment to them. I need you two and two other candidates to send these supplies over to the towns and villages. Make sure you stick to your objective and don't try to speak with anyone, and don't let them know who you are. Try to keep a low profile at all times. With that being said, that is all that I am requesting from you two." The two royal children then gathered the supplies and boxes and headed out to bring along Sharaletta and Mikado. Once all four of them arrived outside the capital, they gathered all the equipment they required and Taski said to them, "It sure is wonderful to be able to do something with you three again." Mikado smiled and was attracted to his words and his voice. He noticed Sharalette's armor and was astonished at the design of it and complemented her with amazement, "Wow, Sharaletta, I'm really digging the armor you've got going on there, I love the pink color to it." 

Sharaletta was delighted with his compliment and replied, "Thank you, I just forged it yesterday evening while working on my weapons." Darcie then prepared the Chrome Board for launch while Sharaletta stated to the three, "Well everyone, I am able to fly on my own, you three can meet me when I arrive there, unless of course I arrive and drop off the supplies first. I'll be flying solo then." She then summoned her wings and took off into the sky and left the three behind, getting a head start on the mission. Once she had flown off, she then asked her brother, "Well little bro, are you ready to take off?" "Of course I am sis." He replies, the three gathered on the chrome board as it then charged up. Darcie warned him, "Hang on little bro." Taski felt like he was talked to like a child and replied, "You're starting to sound a lot like mom." Instantly the Chrome Board shot up in the air like a lightning bolt, he had no choice but to grab a hold of Mikados' hips. The three shot through the skies towards Narngulu Topomnick village in Australia. As soon as they arrived, Taski was gasping for breath as his sister laughed internally, Mikado felt sorrowful to see him in shocked fear, she thought to herself, "Aww, poor baby." As He became conscious again he said, "Oh yay, looks like we're here." The three gathered the supplies and headed toward their destination while avoiding any contact with the citizens around the town. They took the long route which was the forest, to remain anonymous from the citizens. Darcie instructed to the two, "Okay, all we need to do is simply get these packages to the main facility in the central square of the town, and we are out of here. Let's not associate with anyone here, we don't need any kind of false news spreading about us." 

As she explained this to both of them, Mikado became frightened of the forest, so she asked Taski to stay behind her as protection. The three walked hesitantly through the quiet and dark forest as alarms would go off every few minutes from the town nearby, this frightened Mikado mostly as she almost came to asking him to hold her, but she remained brave and proceeded forward. Ahead of them was a bush that started to rattle and move suspiciously, the three stopped and observed the moving bush to prepare in case of a form of attack. Then out of the bush came a familiar face, Mikado then shouted," It's a Creepy Guy!" It was none other than Drake, he then said to the three, "I seriously can't escape you guys. What the Heck?" Taski jumped into excitement at seeing him come out of nowhere and said, "Drake! It's good to see you again already, what are you doing out here anyway?" Drake then replied to him, "Well, I was provided an opportunity to deliver these supplies to our neighboring towns and villages, so I signed up to do it for some experience and just for the fun of it. However, I wasn't expecting to run into you three again." Darcie requested to him, "We can all work together and get through this faster, It's always good to have assistance along." Drake then declined the request, "Hey now, I didn't say I was gonna tag along with you three. I have intentions to go solo with this." As he continued to speak, Mikado grabbed him using her gravity ability and brought him along with them, he then said, "Oh you know what, forget it, why not tag along."

 As thirty minutes had passed, our four young heroes arrived at the back entrance of the town, it was a small but sketchy area of the town where the crime rate was much bigger than the other parts of the town. Taski looked around the entrance and said to the others, "Everyone, let's make this as quick as we can, I can hear some very unpleasant sounds over this gate. I think I heard a woman screaming, let's just hurry and get this over with." Mikado stayed close to Taski, while Darcie and Drake stuck together. They moved quickly after the guard opened the gates, the three avoided eye contact with anyone around. Some looked over at them and scowled at them. He held her by the hand tightly and escorted her safely to the facility. Darcie and Drake moved without any fear of the civilians. A group of two wolves looked over and noticed them walking around with packages, one of them said, "Ugh... It's those guys again. Let's see who makes it out this time." As he walked past a small burger joint, many of the citizens looked over, noticed Mikado and almost decided to cause a fight with the two; however, they both got away with safety. As they approached the enormously tall facility, she asked, "This is the building, right?" He replied, "Yep, that's the one." She then proceeded into the shipping and receiving warehouse and approached a man sitting in an office chair and asked, "Would you like the packages to go right here?" The man harshly replied, "Yes! Now hurry it up, would you?" 

She quickly placed down the package of supplies and jogged out of the warehouse. She ran quickly back to him and held on tightly to him. The two got to an area with fewer civilians, this gave him the idea of splitting up, he then said to her," I know you're not going to like this, but me and you are going to have to split up. All you need to do is go around the main plaza and just keep your head low as you can." Her heart rate swells up, and denied his request quickly, "Hun, I am not about to leave you here by yourself nor leave off by myself. I can't do that." He persisted and encouraged her saying, "You're strong, and you're brave. If you and I stay together, people may think we're up to something. You have to trust me." Mikado then submitted to his command and went off stealthily. Taski then hid behind any cover he could find, he found a squad gathering and protesting in front of the roundabout in the main plaza area. He saw many people with signs that had on them"Asalikians Are Selfish" "Asalikians have taken our Freedom away" "Asalikians can burn in Hell". This put anxiety within his heart as he glanced over for even just a second at their ravenous faces. Most of them were intimidating people, some gave him a horrible stare. Taski quickly moved before the angry mob could see him, he hid behind a large clothing sign to look where to move next. As he peeked his head over the sign, he noticed a white hooded woman walking by fast, as if someone were chasing her. He observed her closely and thought to himself, "Hmm, that woman. She looks so familiar." 

The white hooded woman then stumbled into a man, he then grabbed her hood and stopped her, causing her to panic. She gently asked him, "Let me go, please let me go. NO! PLEASE!" The people passed up the situation and acted as though they didn't see anything. Taski's curiosity was ignited as he moved closer quietly. Then coming from behind her was the leader of the pack, which was Yegor Antakov. He had three brothers, Artur Butusov was his closest brother, Lev Morozov was the youngest but was also the smart one of the pack, and the last brother was Robert Aleyev, which was the trickster of the group. The pack surrounded and trapped her, Yegor then commanded her, "Lift your hood, little missy. Do it, and we'll get this done and over with. Refuse, and it'll be another nightmare for you." She then replied begging, "Please, I beg of you... just let me go. Please, not today." Then Robert behind her warned her, "You better do what he says, he actually is feeling quite generous today. If you persist, well, you can already guess what's coming for you." Yegor then commanded Robert, "Step away from her, I'll handle this like I've always had." She then lifted her hood off her head and her identity was revealed. Taski watched all of this and was then shocked at her face revealed, he thought to himself, "Ariah? What? How... How is she?!" Yegor then commanded her, "Hand over that nice allowance you just got, It'll be for a good donation." Ariah then replied, "I can't. I have to help my parents pay some bills. I only have a hundred and twenty, and it's what I need to pay the bills." Yegor then approached her and grabbed by both arms and stared her down and said, "Well then, it's not my fault that mommy and daddy are poor and hopeless. Why don't you find a place of your own? Huh! GIVE ME THAT MONEY! NOW! Or else I'll make your day a living Hell." 

With tears falling from her eyes, she submitted to his command and pulled out the money. Taski was filled with anger seeing all of this happen before him, he then came out from behind the sign and shouted in a loud voice saying, "HEY! LEAVE HER ALONE!" Yegor then looked back, surprised, and took his focus off Ariah. She then noticed the prince and saw her chance to escape. She dashed and shoved the other two men and ran into her one true love's arms in tears of relief. The prince then stood up to the pack, "You men have no place to harass a woman like this, all of you are rich with all that gold you wear on your bodies, and you're needing money from a woman. How sad is that." He said to them boldly. This infuriated Yegor, he looked at Taski and insulted him saying, "Ahhh... Look boys, it's a small powerless chump thinking he's a hero." The pack then laughed and insulted him for his bravery. Taski held her closely as the mad wolf (Yegor) began to slowly approach him, Yegor stated to him, "Whoever you are, all I can say is you have no clue as to what you've put yourself in here." Artur roasted him aggressively, "Mommy's calling you little one, better run home before she spanks you now, wouldn't want to feel more miserable than you probably are you little worthless mistake." The Son of Asalikth wasn't intimidated by them and stood strong against their insults. Yegor then became impatient with him, to the point that he took off his coat and brought out his sharp and wild claws. He then stated to both of them, "Now, I am off my restraints and I have my claws sharpened, nothing is going to calm me now, you've awakened the carnivorous beast within me. All you can do is try to run and scream for help. Now I'll kill you both." He then charged forward, he made his decision to take Prince Taski as his first victim, as many citizens were around witnessing the terrifying scene, almost all of them retreated to their homes, some could only stand in terror and watch it all unfold. Yegor, with his sharp and vicious claws, went to slash at Taski; however, he dodged the swipe as well as a lower punch and backflipped near a fountain monument, He then shouted, "Alright! You leave me no choice big guy!" 

He summoned his sword covered in flames, but Yegor charged again at him and said in a loud and aggressive statement," I'LL RIP OUT YOUR FLESH YOU LITTLE RODENT, I'LL KILL YOU!" Yegor clenched his fist as hard as he could and attempted to strike him down, but he sidestepped out of the way and rolled over toward a window of a thrift shop. Taski thought to himself, "(How in the world am I going to get this man to become serene? I couldn't just leave her behind, and defenseless. I could never forgive myself for that.)" Ariah became clueless as to how she could be of assist, she then did what came to her mind instantly and held out her hand to assist him with a resistance boost, damage buff, and durability boost, Her ability was of roses and vines. Yegor charged forward and closed his fist to unleash a devastating strike when suddenly, Ariah's roses and vines surrounded Taski, he was puzzled at it at first, that is until he realized what was truly happening. Immediately, he felt a surge flowing throughout all his body powering him defensively, and offensively. Yegor showed no mercy and no sign of stopping his rampage, he threw his fist directly at him, only then to witness something incredibly bizarre. Taski had caught Yegor's fist which left him absolutely stoned, he then retrieved his fist and pulled it behind his back and shouted, "WHY YOU LITTLE!" Taski knelt back and began preheating his attack and shouted, "Fine then, I'll fight you until you chill out! Why don't You BACK OFF!" He then unleashed a scorching flame field around him and Ariah, making Yegor immediately withdraw. He then made a harsh statement to the prince, "Well... it looks like you aren't deadweight after all. I'm surprised you actually fought back kid, I thought by now you would've run back to mommy arms." Taski then replied, "It looks you're not such a big threat after all, huh?" This made some animal civilians around gasp in shock, some even whispered, "This kid, He's Crazy, He's Stupid, He certainly has a death wish."

 Yegor heard his comment, and it only fueled his anger more and more. He then rushed through the flames and shouted, "What was That? You little Punk!" Yegor struck Taski once more, but he had blocked the next attack with his sword, after this he took his sword and charged it from behind himself and thrusted his sword forward for a stab strike. However, Yegor reflected his sword attack supremely, knocking him off his guard, which left him opened. The mad wolf then slashed his abdomen deeply, with blood flying everywhere, he was instantly weakened with the loss of blood and could hardly move. Yegor then smacked him and sent him flying into a pile of boxes with sharp metal, he lost much blood and was slowly blacking out, due to crashing into the boxes of sharp metal and splinters, Taski was cut everywhere and was losing too much blood. Yegor then sprinted and jumped into the air to tear away at his flesh and mutilate him. Ariah was scared, and her heart was racing and started panicking, she couldn't find anyone around that could help, she then raised her head and screamed powerfully, "SOMEONE! PLEASE HELP! HELP!" Quickly, before he could land, Darcie then appeared and jolted Yegor straight in his jaw, knocking him into a wall of a building nearby. Ariah looked back down and saw that the mad wolf was knocked back, she then sprinted over and healed Taski's wounds before they could become too severe. She put her hands on his abdomen and began healing his cuts, as she did this, his wounds were then transferred over to her abdomen and his wounds were healed completely. Taski then asked her, "Why did you endure my pain?" 

She then threw up blood, replying, "It's okay... It's my job to make sure that my fellow knights stay on their feet." After this was said, Darcie walked and in disappointment said, "Well, Do you care to explain?" Then Drake and Mikado appeared heroically out of the sky. He expressed with excitement, "Finally! Some action." In curiosity, Taski asked, "Wait a minute, how did you guys find me?" Drake directly replied, "We heard all the loud ruckus and headed for it since you didn't come back. We automatically assumed it was you, so we butted in, and as we predicted, you were right in the middle of it all." As some seconds passed, Ariah had healed from her wounds and struggled to speak to them, "It's... It's not... his fa...fault, Yegor demands many things to go his way and will become like this when he is rejected. Taski saved me from being assaulted or even killed. We need to somehow manage to knock him out." She said to them. Yegor, hearing this conversation from a distance off, rose out of the rubble covering him and charged his inner carnal beast mode. He was filled with outrageous wrath that only kept growing and growing within him. Darcie then walked over closer to Yegor bravely and shouted, "HEY! Big Guy. What's your problem with my little brother?" Deep inside, he felt nothing but humiliation in front of all the passing civilians, and formed a disturbing grinned on his face. He then picked himself up and charged forward like a ravenous maniac, and dashed at Darcie to attack her like a wolf tramples its prey. However, before he could get a grasp on her, he was then caught by Mikado's gravitational grab. Drake then hopped on Yegor's back and wrapped his nun chucks around his neck, locking him down. She threatens to punish him saying, "You stay away from my friends or else you're going to regret it!" 

Drake struggled to keep a hold on him as he began to slip off slightly when suddenly, Yegor broke free from Mikado's gravitational grab and rampaged over towards Drake. Taski then developed an idea, he shouted, "Throw me over there Mik (Mikado), I have an idea to knock him out!" Without hesitation, she grabbed him and flung him over to Yegor. Taski summoned his sword and charged it behind his back flying over towards him, and slammed his sword on Yegor's head, knocking him down unconscious. However, this only angered him furthermore, he was drowning within his anger, and it only worsened further. He then let out a vicious howl, all the civilians retreated to their houses in outright terror. Drake was uncertain as to what his options were and thought to himself, "(This dude, he seriously has terrible anger issues. He even managed to break away from Mikado's gravity grab thing.)" Darcie rushed into the scene, optimistic about what her next move would be. She thought to herself, "(I have to be careful of how I use my electrical charge, I definitely don't want the same incident that happened eight years ago to happen once more. There has to be an opening.)" Darcie remembered what happened last time she tried to strike an opponent consecutively down, for it nearly cost her life at the age of fourteen. She stated, "I Guess I Have to Stop being so worried all the Time. Brother, I will not let you be tortured like this." 

Suddenly, Darice lit up the area with the brightness of her electric sparking from her. She then sprinted at an incredible light speed and struck Yegor straight to the jaw. Taski used this as a perfect opportunity to engage, he ran over in desperation and slammed his sword against Yegor, inflicting severe collision damage to his rib cage. Drake jumped on his back to attempt to restrain him, Mikado grabbed him once more and put a much stronger hold on him. Taski then removed himself from the area and told his team, "You Three! Keep this man restrained, I'm going to get Ariah and escort away from here." He then went and grabbed Ariah and rushed over towards Treaty Street, which was filled with many markets, bars, saloons and dining rooms to hide away from Yegor and his brothers; however, Artur clawed at her, nearly ripping off a piece of her skirt. As she gasped loudly, Taski unleashed another flame field behind her. They then rushed out of there and hid themselves down a smaller and darker alley away from the light. He commanded her, "Listen, we don't have options here. We either hide ourselves in the dumpster or we try to climb over this protective fence. Hiding in the dumpster would be the safest option for us." She agrees and both of them quickly jump inside the dumpster. Artur shouts in a commanding voice, "COME ON OUT YOU TWO! DON'T HIDE FROM US! She wrapped her bat wings around Taski and herself, she was also breathing heavily in anxiety. She had both arms around his back and whispered to him, "I'm terrified right now. Please, we have to get out of here quickly or else they'll kill us all." 

He responded to her, "I will not let them hurt you. That's a promise I'm making here and now. I'm going to get you out of here, but you have to trust me." Lev then said to the other, "They're probably not down this alley, there are numerous other allies they could've gone down. Let's not waste time in one spot." Robert responded, "Who put you in charge here little runt, why not go look in those other allies yourself." Artur decided it was best to split up and search separately. The three brothers split up and went down different allies. Both heard them all leave the alley slowly, Taski said in a soft voice, "I think it's safe now, let's move out of here quietly." The two then checked both ends of the exit. Then both of them pressed forward hastily out of the alley. The two ended up back where the markets were at and immediately, Darcie slammed down on Yegor at the Treaty Streets in front of where Taski was at. Yegor was barely scratched, but she only kept the pressure going, she struck him powerfully in the jaw, which sent him flying towards the mountain that looked down on Narngulu Topomnick. Darcie took off at a rapid speed and appeared where Yegor was flying towards. With her fist clenched and with great strength, she pummeled him with consecutive punches, she struck him at a speed not recorded by mankind. Yegor was then sent soaring through the lands like a shooting star, Darcie felt her heart beat increasing in speed. She then fell to her knees, fighting to catch her breath, she thought to herself, "(I guess I overdid it again didn't I. Taski better hope that this doesn't get reported to Dad or Mom.)"
