55 Canis Lyacon and Tobio Ikuse.

After Romonus got a feel for the new abilities his body had assimilated from the modifications done to his Life Code he felt like all his plans were coming together. The reason he had wanted to add the Vampire and Werewolf Serums at the same time was because they worked off the modifications and then all of it was assimilated by his Demon bloodline. 

It formed the core of the bloodline and now he just had to get a feel for everything he just gained. He turned to Valerie now wondering how she felt.

"How are you doing? Is your mind overwhelmed, how about your soul?"

Valerie reached up to her head as it was not as bad as before. 

"No, I can feel the weight of what I just did, but my mind is handling it. You and Azazel were right that by drinking your blood and growing used to processing information it got easier." 

Romonus reached out and ruffled her blonde head. It made her close her eyes as he was especially nice to her the past 10 months. She knew full well it was because he saw her as useful, but her family all called her worthless. 

"Good. I am glad that you have reached a point where you don't suffer from your loneliness. I am sure you know that I wish for you to resurrect Azi Dahaka yes?" 

Valerie nodded as she had known that since day 1.

"I know. He is the Evil Dragon created by the Evil God Angra Mainyu. Bringing him back will be hard for me, but I am sure that you know what you are doing." 

She looked up at him with a look of motivation which made him realise she was a people pleaser. Specifically, anyone who showed her genuine kindness. 

"Valerie, you don't have to do everything I ask of you. This-" 

She raised her hands to stop him. 

"I know that, but you saved my life from a dark future. I can't see your deeper memories even after this, but I know what you said was true. Whatever you are asking of me is nowhere near as bad as what would have happened.

If using the abilities of the Sephiroth Graal is all you want, then who am I to refuse." 

He smiled as he reached down for his shirt and put it back on. Only now, it was incredibly tight against his new muscles. They had gotten bigger because of the Werewolf abilities he had been given. 

He used a bit of magic to change the size of his clothes because he didn't like tight clothes. 

"I am happy to hear that. I have been meaning to ask this, but will you join my peerage? In the last 10 months, you have been learning magic under me and your talent rivals Akeno. With the Sephiroth Graal, you are an actual healer who can even bring back those from the dead. 

You also have been training under Miria to fight up close so will you join?" 

Valerie smiled up at him and nodded. 

"I will. I believe that your Bishop Piece should be strong enough now. The Evil Pieces grow as you grow and even the ones you already used follow this rule. It will work." 

Romonus pulled out his spare Bishop Piece which was glowing almost entirely purple now. It only had a slight red in the middle because it had been constantly absorbing his Demonic Mana which only came after The Baptism. 

He moved it toward Valerie and he saw it enter her chest easily. Since she was already a Demon Dhampir by his blood, his Evil Piece seemed to just slot into place. When it entered her soul the Sephiroth Graal did not react to the Evil Piece. 

From her back, a rather odd thing emerged. Rather than the usual black, red, or purple Demonic Wings that Romonus had. A pair of white and purple Demonic Bat wings emerged from her back. 

Unlike his which were large, spiked, bulky, and covered in runic tattoos, Valerie's almost seemed angelic. 

"That is weird." 

She looked behind her to her wings and shook her head. 

"No. This is the Sephiroth Graal's Power. It has taken the Holiest of Energies and the most Demonic of powers to form this."

Romonus was quite curious about what she would become or what her Balance Breaker would be. Regardless he watched as her wings returned to her back. She smiled up at him as if expecting something. 

He leaned down for her and saw how her red eyes seemed to shimmer. She hugged his neck and opened her small mouth before biting down on his shoulder. He of course had to pull away any defenses he had as she drank his blood. 

The moment she drank some of it her eyes shot open and her face turned bright red. She released him and swallowed with a flushed face. That had not happened before so he was confused. 

"What's wrong?" 

"It's spicy." 

He shrugged as he was now part Vampire too so he would need to get used to it. For now, though he left his room to get back downstairs. He and Azazel had changed the entire house and made it into a gigantic mansion. 

MacGregor did not mind as Romonus had placed a massive formation around the entire woods keeping people away. The stairs had become extensive, but they knew the layout easily. 

When they reached the living room they saw everyone currently in the house relaxing in the living area of the mansion. Itsuki and Silvana had left a week ago to visit their parents.

That just left Miria, Vespera, Shirone, Akeno, Valerie, Kharn, and Grimaldus who called this place home. Speaking of Miria, she was currently watching a TV show run by a Reincarnated Devil who set up Monster Fights. 

The current match-up was Royal Griffin VS a Storm Drake. Miria being herself was as boisterous as ever. 

"COME ON! RIP IT'S HEAD OFF YOU BIG LIZARD!" 

Kharn and Grimaldus were sitting on her lap enthralled by the violence as both monsters tore each other to shreds. Akeno who was sitting next to her was blushing as puberty was a time of great change. 

Just like her Mother, she was becoming a Sadist the older she became. Vespera as usual was a small bat hanging from the shandalier ignoring Miria. Shirone usually was with them, but he had sent her away on a mission to Japan. Romonus crossed his arms as he looked at the ongoing brawl on the TV. 

"Did you bet on the Drake?" 

Miria nodded. 

"Yup, 550 Gold Coins." 

He shrugged as that was her money. She had enough money to bet every day and certainly last her centuries. 

"Cool, by the way, my modifications are complete." 

Akeno snapped out of her thoughts as she looked at Romonus. When he told them what he was doing they all felt a little worried, but they trusted Valerie. 

"Did everything go ok?"

He gave Akeno a thumbs up before looking up at Vespera who opened her eyes. 

"Yup. Valerie's modifications went smoothly and I might as well be as hard to kill as a member of House Phenex. My weakness to Holy and Light Magic are gone and I can do this." 

Using his Demonic Energy as fuel Romonus created a spear of Demonic Light. He didn't know how it measured up to Lucifer's 'Demonic Brilliance of Evil Light', but he could use an offshoot of Light Magic. 

Akeno smiled now that another one of them could use Light Magic. Valerie because of he Longinous could and now Romonus could too. 

"Amazing, will we all receive modifications?" 

He looked at Valerie who nodded. 

"I can do it, but I do ask to be given a week between each person to allow me to vent the corruption." 

Romonus was of course not going to force her to go beyond what she could handle. 

"Of course. You should start doing that now because you do not want to have a broken Heart of Soul." 

Valerie just smiled. 

"It's fine. I am not as fragile as I used to be. I also think that the next best candidate will be Miria. After 10 months of training to tap into her latent talent and her Rook Piece she has reached the lowest point of the Satan Class. 

A modification will allow her to tap into more of her talent. I might even be able to unleash her latent Bael Power of Destruction trait." 

That seemed to get Miria's attention. 

"Count me in, while there have been no fights in the last 10 months those ExE gods are still out there." 

Romonus nodded. 

"Exactly. Not to mention the countless threats that exist in this world already. Once my Peerage is complete and all of them are modified by Valerie we will be in constant trials by fire. The Vampire attack will seem like child's play." 

That seemed to make everyone excited. Romonus' Evil Pieces were powerful and they made everyone harder-willed and more into battle than normal. Now though Romonus brought up his next goal. 

"Ok, the main reason I sent Shirone to Japan was to track down a young man named Tobio Ikuse. He is my Knight Candidate because he is the possessor of the Longinus Canis Lyacon. 

I told her to bring him here to me when she got him, but in the meantime, I will start another search in China." 

Vespera dropped down and landed on the couch before transforming back into her Vampire form. Looking at his distant relative was hard because she was so damn sexy. The way her breasts pushed against her thin shirt was especially captivating and she knew it.

"Who have you set your eye on now?" 

Romonus grinned at her. 

"A descendent of Cao Cao from the Three Kingdoms and the wielder of the True Longinous. I am not sure if he has awakened it, but regardless he matters. If I can't turn him to my side, I will simply take the True Longinus for myself. 

Fighting with a sword and spear shouldn't be too hard." 

'I mean Sanguinius did it and masterfully.'

Vespera smirked. 

"You shall wield Ruin Maker a Demonic Blade of no equal in one hand and The True Longinous in the other, the most Holiest of Items. God would turn over in his grave." 

Romonus smirked as he had told them all. He was still planning on releasing that bit of information to the world when he had acquired enough strength to not just equal God, but surpass him. 

"Exactly, while Shirone is out and about I am going to test my new powers."

Romonus trusted Shirone because just as he expected she had grown her third tail just a month into his apprenticeship undeer Dormuteth. When she did so, her power had risen so much that she had begun to catch up to Akeno in destructive power. 

Currently, she was curled up in a tree over Ryoukuu High School in Japan. Romonus through his memories had given her an image of what Tobio looked like.

'Where is he?'

Her three fluffy tails swayed behind her as she had her Senjutsu activated searching for Tobio. As it was dismissal time she eventually saw Tobio walk out of the school. He wasn't alone though as with him were two people. 

One was a girl and the other was another male. Her golden eyes locked onto Tobio as she wondered how she should do this. Should she move in and just use Magic to make it so everyone doesn't notice him vanish or wait for him to be alone? 

'No time.' 

She chose the former so she jumped down from her tree and speedily ran to Tobio. She jumped onto his shoulder surprising him. 

"AH!" 

When he looked at Shirone he thought it was just a normal cat. 

"Phew, just a cat." 

His friend Sae smiled as she looked at Shirone. 

"She is adorable." 

Before any more words could be said Shirone used a spell all Devils used to control the minds of humans. With her Senjutsu and Romous' Evil Piece, hers was even stronger. Every student Sae and Tobio's friend Sasaki froze in place. 

This didn't happen to Tobio as she directly teleported away with him. When the teleport ended, Tobio was dropped on the ground roughly. Before he freaked out at his teleport Shirone used a Senjutsu spell to calm him down. 

"Relax. Romonus wants to see you." 

She got off of him and returned to her Nekushou form. Now, aged 11 she also had gone through a growth spurt. She was at least 3 inches taller than before, her white hair reached the middle of her back, but she kept it in a braid like Miria. 

Tobio looked up at Shirone not knowing what was going on. 

"YOU! CAT! PERSON! TELEPORT! MAGIC!" 

He kept spouting off words so Shirone zoned him out. She used her Evil Piece to communicate with Romonus something they had all learned. 

'I got Tobio.' 

Hearing that Romonus who was in a Bounded Field outside testing his durability raised his hands.

"Stop. Shirone got him."

Vespera, Miria, Akeno, Kharn, and Grimaldus who had been allowed by Romonus to continuously attack him all stopped. Even Grimaldus' Adrathic Canons could not destroy him, but they did leave giant holes in his body, but they closed before they could stick. 

Miria's Odachi could not cut off his arms, and her Demonic Lightning only left burns which healed as well. Kharn just used him as a scratching post while Akeno's Holy Lightning blasts didn't harm him. 

They just stung meaning that Valerie had done as she promised. The Vampire and Werewolf's increased durability had been enhanced by his Demon bloodline and his regeneration took care of any damage. 

"Valerie, you outdid yourself." 

She smiled at the praise. 

"Thank you, but your durability and regeneration were already there. I just removed your weakness and upgraded your healing factor." 

Romonus knew she was just shy so he let her be. He dispelled the Bounded Field and teleported them all to the living room. However, when everyone entered the room they did not expect to see Tobio tied up with blue fire ropes. 

He was gagged too and Shirone was just sitting on the couch watching TV. Romonus first looked up at the tied-up Japanese teen before turning to Shirone. 

"Really? Did you have to tie him up?" 

"He was loud." 

He sighed as her cat-like tendencies made her easily bothered. 

"It's whatever." 

He walked toward Tobio and with a snap of his fingers undid his Senjutsu flaming ropes. 

"There we are."

He helped Tobio to his feet who seemed shocked, confused, and sacred. 

"Who are you all?" 

Miria sat down on the couch next to Shirone. 

"Demons if you want to call us that. Though only the big man is a Demon, we are just Devils or half Demons or whatever." 

That didn't help as now Tobio thought a bunch of Demons were after his soul. Romonus took control now. 

"They are not wrong, but we don't want to eat your soul. Instead, I am the one who sent you to have you meet me. I was going to visit you personally, but this felt easier. I am Romonus, an Aristocrat from Hell. 

Now Tobio, do you know what makes you special?" 

Tobio shook his head. 

"I don't." 

Romounus had a trick to force Tobio into the Supernatural world. 

"This is what." 

He poked Tobio on the chest over his heart and broke the Buddist Sealing Spell his grandmother had placed on his Soul and Canis Lyacon. Instantly, Tobio keeled over almost sick as years of sealed-away mana surged into his body. 

From his chest, a small black dog jumped out on the floor. Tobio fell to his knees as his sealed-away mana was stimulated all at once. It was such a sickening feeling, but Romonus just waited for the sickness to pass. 

"Sorry about that, someone sealed your Sacred Gear away so I woke it up." 

The small black dog, Canis Lyacon looked up at Romonus with a sniff. He recognized the scent of a Werewolf. Canis Lyacon was made from the first Werewolf after Lyacon the King of Arcadia tried to feed his son to Zeus, the King of the gods.

Lyacon then went on to become such a scourge as hoards of Werewolves ravaged the land. Zeus did nothing himself and instead sent Ares and Athena who together had led their armies to exterminate them.

It was a famous battle in which the sibling gods of War fought against what seemed like a endless tide of Werewolves. Their mortal soldiers when they were slain would just get back up on the opposing side as turned Werewolves. In the end, they succeeded at a brutal cost. Just as they were going to end Lyacon for good, God descended from the Heavens. 

He captured Lyacon and sent Ares and Athena back to Zeus. He even let the surviving Werewolves escape who then learned to control their transformations which led to the line of King Arjac. 

Romonus kneeled and picked up Lyacon who was no longer the same being. After being fused with the Divine Sword Ame-No-Habari his soul was effectively purified. It was why he went from a Wolf into a Dog as a new soul had formed from the fusion. 

"Aren't you cute."

Akeno and Valerie walked over and began to pet Lyacon. The small dog panted in joy at the attention as he was effectively a normal dog. A god-killing dog, but a dog nonetheless. 

Romonus smiled as he looked at the black dog. 

'Let's work together to make it so your wielder joins my side yeah?' 

Lyacon nodded as he agreed to the deal. Tobio was going to become his Knight one way or another since Lyacon wanted to stick around Romonus. 

(Funny enough, I once wrote a fanfic where my main character stole Canis Lyacon from Tobio and fused it with the Incinerate Anthem. It was called Lightning and Fire Given Form, but it was my first fanfic so it is quite rough to read.
