78 Azi Dahaka and Ascension Preperations.

Once Romonus, Valerie, Connla, and his three pets landed, he fixed his hair now that he didn't have his werewolf features. He didn't mind having those, but he could admit that they were annoying. 

This is why when he finally finished his Ascension, he would fully devour his extra bloodlines to leave only the two that mattered. Demon and Human since together they were the best. However, each bloodline had its perks. 

The Werewolf features increased his sensitivity to natural mana, improving his senses. Once they jumped down the hole, they fell several hundred feet below ground in front of a large Persian Temple with glowing seals of a Divine Nature. The entrance was in front of two large stone pillars engraved with many runes and seals in Ancient Persian, and Arabic which he started to read. 

"Here lies the tomb of Azi Dahaka, the Evil Dragon of Demonic Origins. There is no treasure to be found, only death. Turn back, would-be treasure hunters." 

Connla smirked before leaning back to look at Romonus. 

"Are you going to obey the warning, boss?"

Romonus squinted his eyes with confidence brought about by near-endless strength. 

"Why would I listen to the words of forgotten gods?"

Once more he spoke in Enuncia.

'Shatter and break.' 

The power of the Enuncia showed itself as a wave of reality distorting power. Each pillar containing the divine seals instantly shattered one after the other. Valerie flinched a little because every time Romonus used Enuncia, she was left awed and afraid of the strength he could use through his words alone. 

He had never taught them where or how he had learned it, but they all respected his choice. She looked forward as the temple pillars crumbled, but before the temple itself could fall, Romonus squinted his eyes. 

Hundreds of tons of stone began to float before he crushed them into nothing through extreme gravity with just his mind. Once the temple was dealt with, he walked forward until he stood before a large stone. 

The stone was pitch black with a dark evil aura venting now that he had broken the seals of the temple. Inside the black stone was a Khopesh with a shimmering divine energy. 

"I see; when the gods killed his body, they couldn't destroy his soul. They sealed it away, and this Divine Sword was used as the final key in case the temple was to break or be raided." 

Valerie walked forward as she could feel the mighty soul of Azi Dahaka in the stone. 

"Romonus, you deal with the sword, and I will work to bring him back to life. While I give him flesh, you work to bind him because Evil Dragons only serve powerful Evil gods."

Romonus reached down and grabbed the handle of the Khopesh. He gripped it tight and surged his Demonic Mana into the blade before using his strength to tear it from the sealing stone. 

Once the key was removed, he kicked the sealing stone, shattering it. The final seal of Azi Dahaka was broken when the stone was broken. The Evil Dragon's mighty soul began to form in an ominous dark mist. 

The power of the magics Angra Manyu used to create him was at play, and Romonus was sure the Evil God knew of his creation being free. Before Aži Dahāka could finish manifesting, Valerie walked forward and held her hands forward. 

She drew on the power of the Demonic Sephiroth Graal and used it to take control over Aži Dahāka's reforming soul. While she did that, Romonus held his hand out and began to surge his Demonic Mana into the mix as he worked to bind Azi Dahaka to his service. 

Valerie took a deep breath as she surged a mix of Holy and Demonic Energy to give the Evil Dragon life.

"Balance Breaker: Life Ruler." 

Her Balance Breaker increased her ability to control not just the Life Code but also the Soul Code. Through this and using the power of Romonus' Demonic Mana, she gave Azi Dahaka flesh and life. 

The Evil Dragon's soul began to take physical form in a burst of energy. Romonus waved his hand forward and formed a barrier before Valerie as he walked forward. In front of his eyes, the Evil Dragon's soul began to reform. 

Using his energy as fuel, the Evil Dragon began to grow his flesh, starting with three heads, which expanded into a draconic body from which three sets of wings grew. From his body, two arms and two legs emerged, and to finish it off, three powerful tails began to flex with power. 

Azi Dahaka had very dark scales that were a distinct shade of purple that matched Romonus' eyes and hair. Romonus stood in front of the the Evil Dragon as Azi began to flex his new body which began to grow larger. 

The dragon took deep breaths with his three heads before he opened his three sets of eyes. He looked down at Romonus, who placed his hands behind his back. 

"Aži Dahāka, it is a pleasure to meet you. I am Romonus, your new master." 

Azi Dahaka was still growing larger, but he was so amused that he laughed. 

"HAHAHAHAHA! Do you think you have what it takes? I don't think you know who I am ." 

Romonus felt the Evil Dragon was about to cast his forbidden magic, so he punished him. 

'Shatter.' 

At his word, a wave of reality-distorting magic fell on Azi Dahaka. The Evil Dragon roared in despair as his claws, teeth, bones, and scales all shattered, causing dark purple blood to leak from the wounds. 

He fell limp to the ground, panting in agony; despite liking pain to an extent, this was not fun. Every inch of his body was in agony and not in good pain. He was in misery. Romonus walked forward and leaned down to look at one of Dahaka's eyes. 

His face an expression of absolute confidence and pride. 

"Do you want more?" 

The Dragon forced himself to speak and even laugh. 

"Hehehehehe, no. You proved your mettle; heal me." 

Romonus raised an eyebrow.

"Was that an order? To me? Know your place when you speak to me." 

Azi Dahaka grinned as he liked that look. 

"Please, heal me oh great master." 

Romonus frowned. 

"Could be better, but fine." 

Romonus reached down and placed a hand on the dragon's head. He surged his Demonic Mana into his body, causing the damage he had inflicted to heal. His claws, fangs, bones, and scales all healed as he rose to his back legs. 

He reached up with an arm to hold the chin of his center head like he was in deep thought. 

"However you did that, I am impressed." 

Romonus nodded as he placed his hands behind his back once more. 

"Of course I am impressive, I am me. Shrink down to fit on my shoulder." 

"Whatever you say chief." 

Azi Dahaka went from a dragon 80 meters long(262 Feet) to a small dragon no bigger than a cat. He crawled up Romonus' arm until he was on his shoulder. Once there, Romonus used the chance to form a soul link with him. 

Azi Dahaka signed the contract on the spot so he would not be punished again. Once he was bound, Romonus spoke to him. 

"Remember, I gave you this second chance at life. I can just as easily subject you to worse punishment than just that one word." 

Azi laughed. 

"HEHEHEHEHE! No thanks, I will listen. What are you, by the way? Not a Devil." 

"I am a Devil that became a Demon that will plunder the power of God. If you want, call me Divine Demon. Better than Angra Manyu, that is for sure." 

Azi Dahaka grinned with all three of his heads. 

"Divine Demon? I like it, plunder the power of God himself, what a goal. I am on board now that is for sure." 

Now that one of his goals had been achieved, he turned to Valerie, who was much better at modifications than he was since it was her job. 

"Valerie, do your thing."

She walked toward Romonus before reaching out and touching Azi Dahaka's chest. The Evil Dragon wondered what she was doing before he felt his Life Code and Soul Code change instantly. 

As she and Romonus had discussed, she granted Azi a regenerating Life Span to let him cast his forbidden magic like Romonus could. His weakness to Dragon Slaying Magic was removed, and he was granted a massive regeneration upgrade. 

She granted him a corrupted version of Lighg Magic and purified his Evil Dragon bloodline to draw out the Divine Energy that was used to create him by Angra Manyu. This all happened in moments that shocked the Evil Dragon at the quickness with which he had been modified. 

She even modified his soul to make it so his soul healed faster than usual. When she was done, she removed her hand before venting the corruption that tried to enter her Heart and Soul. 

She was no longer the same person who feared her strength. Now, the Graal was hers to control. 

"There we are. You are welcome by the way." 

With a smirk she turned to Romonus who smiled at her.

"Well done." 

Azi on his shoulder pointed at her with a claw. 

"How did she-" 

Connla answered for his mistress and mentor.

"Do that? The Sephiroth Graal, my mistress, might as well be a life goddess now so show her respect." 

Romonus smiled as he turned to his three other pets. 

"That she is. Come on, before the gods find out who broke the seal." 

Kharn snarled as he ran up his leg to get on his right shoulder. He hissed at Azi Dahaka who squinted his eyes in both confusion and apprehension. 

"What the fuck is that thing?" 

Romonus smiled as he ran his hand down the chin of Kharn. 

"A Demonic Honey Badger." 

Azi Dahaka for some reason felt that Kharn was even crazy than he was. 

"Noted." 

Romonus focused and held his hand out, and with only gravity, he tore a hole in space and time to his house. Connla, Valerie, Mephiston, and Grimaldus walked through it before Romonus, Azi, and Kharn crossed it. 

When they walked through the other side, his harem, his peerage, and a few apprentices were waiting. When they all saw the small three-headed dragon on his shoulder, they knew he succeeded. 

Bikou, who was stuffing his face with strawberries, swallowed what was in his mouth before he stood up. Through his Senjutsu, he could feel the malevolence coming from Azi Dahaka. 

"No wonder he is called the Evil Dragon of Demonic Origins, he is crazy." 

Romonus smiled as all he had to do was collect the final ingredients. 

"Correct, why don't you introduce yourself, my evil servant." 

Azi smiled before he spoke in threes. 

"Nice to meet you all." 

"I can't wait to tear you apart." 

"You will all die screaming in agony." 

Romonus started to laugh as Azi Dahaka was an asshole. 

"Funny, I bet more than a few of my students here could give you a run for your money so watch yourself." 

Azi snorted, but he nodded with his three heads. 

"Fine." 

Once Azi was cared for, Romonus looked around the massive living room. Over the past eight years, several of his lovers had matured. Itsuki had finally admitted her feelings for him in the Time Chamber when she was 16. Now, she was 20 years old and had changed considerably after becoming a Demon Dragon. 

Her hair was now dark brown almost black with red highlights, and her eyes were split into draconic slits. She was also quite tall, now 6'3, like Vespera and Silvana.

She even had a black and red pair of horns emerging from her head. From the look of things, she was looking at Azi Dahaka with the intention of fighting him. Another who had a big change was Rias, who was the same age as Romonus. 

At 21, she looked more mature than the anime version of herself. She stood tall with confidence and maturity which he and Venelana nurtured. As for her attire, she was wearing a baggy red t-shirt with a pair of jean shorts. 

Though she was still reading a manga which he saw as this world's version of Berserk. Shirone, the lovable Nekushou now 19 years old, had developed a body much like her sister Kuroka. 

Her short height had not changed as she was only 5'4, but she was 2 inches taller than Kuroka, who was resting her head on her 'big' sister's lap. The black-haired former older sister seemed to be in a good mood at the moment. 

Latia and Seekvaira, both 21, looked as expected, Noble, regal, and filled with pride as Noble Ladies. Though, his beloved Latia was special in his heart. Rather than a cute pet, on her lap was a small mechanical flaming bull. 

Her pet K'daai Destroyer, is a creature of pure malice and hate similar to Kharn. As for Seekvaira, she no longer wore her glasses as she grew out of the phase that wanted to look smart. Why look smart when you knew you were smart?

Akeno also had changed a great deal now that she was also 21 years old. Her hair was still long and black, with the silver highlights Latia gave her, and her violet eyes seemed to glow with a slight silver shade. Her body was highly voluptuous, but she still had the same happy attitude. 

Walburga, the crazy mage girl, looked quite a bit different than she used to. She still wore her Gothic dresses, but he had Valerie modify her Life Code. Now, she had purple cat ears and a fuzzy cat tail. 

Her collar was still on, but despite that, she looked happy. It might be because he discovered she did have a pet fetish and was delighted to become his cat. As for the adult members of his harem, Silvana, Miria, Vespera, and Roygun had not changed other than Miria having Oni horns, as they were already adults.

Tobio and Kouki looked like grown men now, both tall and exceptionally well-built like him. Shin and Byasuka were just as strong, as Sacred Gears like them were meant to be. Natsume, now 25 years old, looked quite seductive with her long brown hair and enticing body. 

She and Romonus had not entirely tied the knot, but they were extremely friendly with each other. She delighted in learning and was one of the strongest of the Four Fiends. 

As for Sae, she and Tobio had become a thing, but she had not joined in the Time Chamber. As such, she was younger than Tobio now because he was 21 and she was 18. He had avoided spending too much time in the chamber to not age more than Sae. 

As for Koga and Shigune, they had returned to Japan but still kept in regular contact with him. As for Viviana, she was still staying in Grigori, but she often came to spar with him and Itsuki as she did not want to be left alone. 

She had even stayed a whole year with Itsuki in the Time Chamber, doing nothing but fighting every day. All in all, the past three and five years of the time chamber were eventful. Now that their training was done, it was time to use their new power. 

"Alright then, now that Azi Dahaka is back, we will begin the next phase of my plans. As you all know, my goal has not changed to become a Demon God. To do that, I have taken the True Longinus with the Will of God, the Incinerate Anthem, and now I need two more.

The Shroud of Turin and the Alphecca Tyrant. Now, just that, but we must track down four other ingredients. The descendants of the four Satans wish to cause nothing more than the death of the current Devil under the world. 

Of course, this is for the near future in a few weeks. I will prepare you for the preparations of my ascension. 

Do you have any questions?"

Latia was the first to speak up because. 

"Who do you need to track down, and what do we do to achieve your goal?" 

Romonus smiled as he aimed his hand forward to show images of his targets. 

"The first target is Katerea Leviathan. She is planning to assassinate Serafall because she is still mad that Serafall killed Tsufaame Leviathan, the same one who killed your Father, Miria. 

As such, when the time comes you will lead the assault. Take Bikou, Arthur, and Vespera. You all up for it?" 

Bikou grinned as he grabbed his staff. 

"Sure, saving a Satan from a bother and giving you an ingredient. Though, can you forget about the next few weeks? Let's go now." 

Romonus shook his head. 

"Denied, don't be hasty." 

Arthur pushed his glasses up and placed a hand on Caliburn on his hip. 

"This will be a good challenge. What about my sister?" 

Romonus thought about it as he looked at the witch in question. 

"Take her with you if you want>" 

Arthur placed a hand on his heart and gave a bow. 

"I shall my Lord." 

The young witch smiled as she was all for helping Serafall, who had been her mentor the past couple of years.

"SPARKLES SHINE YOUR WISH IS MINE! Yup." 

Vespera sighed as Serafall could be so infectious. 

"I am up for it, but why not finish it yourself?"

Romonus smiled. 

"If I do everything, you will get bored. We will move at the same time when it comes to avoid any escapes." 

Miria took a deep breath before standing up from the couch with an angry expression. 

"I will tear her heart out with my bare hands, she will know what it feels like to be ripped apart." 

Romonus smiled at her. 

"Keep a cool head, my love. Next target: Shalba Beelzebub, Latia, Seekvaira, Rias, Tobio; you four will get him. Easy right." 

Latia smiled to herself. 

"You could have just sent me, but teamwork, right?" 

Seekvaira smiled at her cousin. 

"Yeah, don't take all the fun for yourself. Tobio, Rias, you prepared for the fight?" 

Rias gave a double thumbs up with a happy smile. 

"I am always up to help my family. We will have this in the bag." 

Tobio smiled to himself. 

"I will make sure they are unharmed, Romonus."

Romonus trusted him since Tobio was part of Akeno's family, and he had Shin with him. 

"Please do. Creuserey Asmodeus. Kuroka, Shirone, Roygun, Kouki, you four will kill him." 

Shirone nodded. 

"Easy." 

Kuroka got off her lap with a grin showing her teeth. 

"I am on it, and when I succeed, can we have kittens?"

Natsume and Romonus' other lovers all glared at her. 

"Too soon, Kuroka." 

She scoffed as they were so anti-baby. What did it matter to do it at 20 or 80? 

"FINE! So unfair." 

Roygun shook her head. 

"You are still young, Kuroka. Don't give your youth away to children just yet. At least enjoy a couple of decades without kids." 

Kuroka fell face-first into Shirone's lap while kicking her legs like a child.

"But I want kittens, nya." 

Shirone reached down and grabbed her left ear before tugging at it. 

"Bad." 

"AHHH, NOT THE EAR!"

Shirone let go of her ear, but she gently pushed her off her lap. Three kill teams of 4 were picked, but they still had two more targets. Romonus explained these targets. 

"The following three targets will be way more dangerous. Rizevim is the most dangerous, so the kill team sent after him will be more powerful. Akeno, Itsuki, Silvana, and I will also involve Viviana, as it is her revenge. 

You four avoid any of his tricks, kill him, and take his body, soul, and heart. I know you 4 have what it takes." 

Akeno smiled to herself as if she could kill Rizevim herself. She didn't just have seven pairs of wings; she had eight, making her a never-before-seen being. She was one of the most powerful members of Romonus' harem. 

She could be called a mix of a Demigod, Demon, and Fallen Angel. 

"So, no vaporizing him. Got it." 

She licked her lips with sadistic joy while Itsuki and Silvana seemed ready to test their new strength. That was Satan's descendant's taken care of, which left two targets. 

We will move against Satan's descendants in a few weeks. While that happens, I will move with Natsume, Valerie, Connla, Azi Dahaka, Grimaldus, Kharn, Mephiston, and Walburga. Our target is Lilith, at least her corpse since she is already dead. 

Rizevim has his secret lab in the realm of Hades, and once all our targets are secured, we will move against the final two. The Shroud will most certainly be in the Vatican. As for the Alphecca Tyrant, it is held by a bastard child of the English Royal Family. 

Valerie, you and I will work together to remove the Sacred Gear from her Soul without damaging it. That was not possible before, but she can live an everyday life this way. Once all these ingredients are in our hands, I will begin to work on a ritual, which might take time.

I will use all of them to commence my ascension into a Demon God. I have prepared all I can, and if all goes well, I will achieve my long-term goal. If you have an issue with my plan, speak up now. I will hear you all out." 

He saw how everyone looked at each other before he saw a bunch of nods. No one had an issue with his goal because they knew just how powerful Romonus was as a 'mortal' Demon. 

After eight years of extreme training, the only beings who could match him in this world were Shiva, Brahma, Vishnu, and the Dragon Gods. He had long since told them why he was so focused on his ascension as he planned to defeat Evie Atolde, who had power beyond comprehension. 

He would match and possibly exceed the dead God by ascending and taking over his Divinities. They would make sure nothing could stop his ascension, even if it meant they had to face the entire world. 

(I will say that God was equal to Trihexa and stronger than Great Red and Ophis. That seems to make sense. After using the Holy Relics, the 4 Satan Descendents, Lilith's Corpse, and Enuncia Ritual, he will have the whole Devil bloodline with the Divinities of God. Divine Demon will ascend to true power.)
