Jason was confused when he seen his stats because they were all above average but it made sense when he saw his skill, in all fairness if you mastered all martial arts you would be above the average man, but he also soon realized he didn't have any martial arts moves in his memory.
System" the reason host stats are above average is because your body was altered to be compatible with your skill, and the reason you don,t have any memory of your skill is because i haven't downloaded it to host brain.

Jason didn't hesitate for a minute and pressed yes, not a second afterwards of pressing yes thousands of images of stances and techniques of various martial arts flood into his brain, although there was pain he endured it as much as possible.
After ten minutes of the biggest headache ever Jason opened his eyes and felt like a new person, he then tried a couple of moves he learned like boxing combo's and a roundhouse kick in perfect form against a tree he also picked up a broken branch that fell off and started doing various sword techniques
After testing his new skills Jason decided to explore a bit and find a place to build his kingdom, After walking for 10 minutes he found a clear plot of land it stretches far and wide with clear grass waving in the wind, For Jason this was the perfect place build his kingdom.

System" if host cuts down the trees towards east host could get 60 more acres if host cuts west 70 acres if host cuts south 100 acres

Jason thanked god dearly in his heart, He then pulled up a holographic map in front of him which showed him where he is and the land he owns, this is another function of the build menu it shows the user how much land he has and also allows him to build and destroy anything in his land, Its like them mobile kingdom building games, He then ran his figure along the holographic trees surrounding the clear field and presses the red delete button positioned at the bottom right corner, seconds later the trees around him were highlighted in red and disappeared with no trace left behind.
Jason" now let's build the strongest kingdom that's ever going to exist in this world" Jason said with enough determination in his eyes that it could even scare a lion into submission.
Jason first started with the defensive walls around his land he decided to go with Chinese castle wall with one entrance, it will be white stone 20 meter's high 10 meter's thick that stretches all the three hundred ares with 30 meter's tall towers on all four corners he also puts a big mot all around the walls 8 meters wide and deep he also puts a draw bridge on the wall entrance .
He then starts putting two roman style barracks on both ends of the wall they take up 10 acres each after that he starts making rows of medieval houses he also makes 5 high class private estates then right in the middle he makes a market place with a fountain with a lion statue, Now he needs to make roads connecting everything.
Jason"now that's all done what's next" Jason said until it suddenly it hit him him he doesn't have a palace.
