On the PE ground,
Gilgamesh stood at the very back as the teacher who called himself Aizawa explained about the quirk apprehension test they will be doing, and how to be heroes they don't have time for firlly niceties. And the freedom the teachers have with their class the same way the students do on campus grounds.
"Bakugo, how far could you pitch a softball in middle school"
"67 meters" Bakugo answered as Aizawa handed him a softball.
"now try throwing that with your quirk, as long as you don't exit the circle anything goes" Bakugo walked up to the circle, stretching his arm, and proceeds to blast the ball mid throw as he screamed
"DIE!!"
After a few seconds the ball came to a stop at a distance as Aizawa, show the students the distance of 783 metres on his device,
"Before anything else one must now what they are capable of. This is a rational metric that will form the basis of your hero foundation" Aizawa explained
After an unfortunate soul, exclaimed it will be fun. Aizawa let out an amused grin as if he was waiting for the particular statement.
The following lines and exchanges barely registered in midoriya's head as he only heard the part where the teacher said
"the last person on the test will be expelled."
And knowing his condition as a glass canon it was a high probability that it was going to be him.
The first trial was 50 meter dash. It was simple enough and midoriya decided to not use his quirk, he didn't want to be crippled in the first test hence it was best save it for the last but still would it be enough to save him expulsion,
"3.04 seconds"
Midoriya jolted and looked at Iida or rather the engines on his calfs that were smoking from usage, it would be very difficult but there was a chance he could pull it off, plus he could still observe other's quirks, there was nothing stopping him from doing that as he looked on to his classmates,
There were so many different quirks, some powerful, some adaptive, and some invaluable in certain situations.
"next up uraraka ochaco and urk gilgamesh" Aizawa called out. As two contestants stood on the starting like, as the rest of the class watched with interest even todoroki, as the first place of entrence exams stood with his hands in his pockets meanwhile uraraka touched her clothes to make them weightless,
"get ready" Midoriya trained his eyes on the golden ripple appearing behind Urk as a violet gold colored bow like floating contraption appeared,
Everyone save Aizawa and Bakugo who had already seen the thing in action wondered about it's nature. Midoriya started writing down on his notebook as much as he could gather about Urk's quirk which was by the far the strangest quirk he had seen.
"wow what's that?" a boy with tape dispenser in his elbows, hanta sero exclaimed.
"some sort of flying bow? It is quite a strange quirk" a tall black haired beauty, Momo Yaoyorozu said.
Uraraka gave it glance as she saw Urk stepping on the bow now flying with it as the use of the bow in this situation became clearer in her, as she too posited herself at the line ready to sprint as fast as she could,
"Start!" Aizawa shouted as with a gust of wind behind it the bow hovered forward at incredible speed,
"0.83 seconds" as the bow crossed and uraraka at 7 seconds.
"holy that was fast" kaminari exclaimed
Meanwhile Bakugo stared daggers at the new record holder of the trial, who just as in the exam didn't give a fuck about the extras muttering and wondering about his quirk. Though Bakugo knew it was a fraction of the goldie's quirk.
In the second trial of grip strength, gilgamesh didn't use any of his treasures, as he griped the machine red line appeared on his body beneath his uniform,
Beep. Beep.
The machine showed a score of 122 kgw.
Aizawa looked on in surprise as the boy also had superhuman strength, nezu was going to have a field trip solving this one, he mused as he wrote down the reading on the boy's equipment.
Third trial of standing long jump went the same using bow of heaven as many cleared the sand pit,
In Fourth trail of Sustained side jumps, gilgamesh used the boots of archilles and became a blur matching the scores with mineta. Aizawa once again noted a new contraption, the golden boots which seemed to have its own unique ability of superhuman speed.
Others were just as surprised to see the golden foot wear appearing with golden light on his feets and another set of ability,
"what is that? A cheat quirk?" kaminari chuckled as he too wondered about the guy's strange yet obviously strong quirk.
Midoriya who would have been jumping at the chance of seeing such a unique quirk at work was currently busy thinking about his current predicament, because he was most definitely the last right now, and he needed to do something if he didn't wanted to be expelled.
Fifth trial was the pitch.
"infinity!?!"
"holy cow!"
Students exclaimed as Uraraka used her quirk to remove the gravity from the ball and sending it to the orbit.
Gilgamesh fired a spear from his quirk with the piercing to ball in the middle and lunching it off in the distance and ended with 1776 meters, showing another aspect of his quirk but this one Aizawa had already seen.
"Midoriya Izuku" Aizawa called out as the meek green haired boy wobbled his way into the circle.
"midoriya's is not doing too well is he?" Iida mused in thought not recalling a single moment where the boy's results have stood out.
"of course he isn't, he is quirkless fucking guppy" Bakugo exclaimed
"quirkless? Do you not know what he did in the entrance exam?" Iida's question left Bakugo in confusion,
Midoriya readies to throw the ball using his quirk. Which doesn't go quite as planned looking at midoriya's face. His quirk didn't work leaving him very confused.
"I erased your quirk" this brought midoriya's attention to his homeroom teacher whose eyes were trained at him glowing red.
Gilgamesh stopped using his clairvoyance and looked at the scene, as the one called Aizawa berates the Faker for his imitation, noting that this mongrel was worth his attention as he too was able to notice the similarities between the previous bearer of the Faker's quirk and the fact that they were nothing more than hindrances to the Faker's growth.
Midoriya once again tried the throw but this time using his quirk only on his finger surprising the rest of the mongrels, impressing some while gilgamesh raised an eyebrow, better but still an imitation if the scream "smash" was any indication.
But still, gilgamesh spotted a hulking mass with blond hair much like his peaking in the distance, there was potential both for the Faker's growth as a hero and his own amusement,
Gilgamesh snorted as the 'mad dog' pounced on the Faker screaming for answers as the homeless mongrel restrains him, indeed there was quite a lot of amusement to be found.
After all 8 trials completed, Aizawa stood in front of the gathered class.
"I will simply show you your aggregate sum of your results since reciting it individually will take a million years"
Midoriya closed his eyes, he knew he didn't score well. He only had the pitch down to a good enough result but the pain of a broken figure worsen the results of the endurance trials.
"oh yeah, that whole expulsion thing was a lie"
Midoriya's brain and thoughts came to a screeching halt as Aizawa said with his devil may care grin,
"it was a logical ruse to pull out your best performance"
"WHAT!?!" half the students exclaimed and some including midoriya, Iida and Uraraka shouted in relief, disbelief and shock respectively.
"of course it was a ruse, come on guys use your brain" Yaoyorozu proclaimed as she looked the results, finding herself at a solid 2nd position behind Urk and ahead of Todoroki. She looked around to find Urk walking back to the changing room as Aizawa gave the last place boy, permission slip to visit medical wards.
She had already figured out her classmates quirks or at least a rough idea of what it was except for Urk's then again considering the warning their homeroom teacher just gave about tomorrow there will undoubtedly be more opportunity to observe and interact with the rest of the class.
"yo Yaoyorozu" a pink skinned girl approached her waving her hands at her to get her attention, it seems like she didn't have to wait till tomorrow for the interaction part.
"ah Y-yes" Yaoyorozu blushed as she slightly shuttered, because of her families standing, she rarely get a chance to interact with girls around her age.
The pink haired beamed a smile at her as she lightly slapped her back,
"geez no need to so stiff, name's Mina Ashido" Mina greeted as if they had been long time friends.
As if waiting for the dam to break the rest took after Ashido's example and started with introductions and complements about each-others performances barring a few like midoriya who took off towards infirmary and todoroki who had his eyes trained on the two people who performed better than him.

Next day arrived in a blink of an eye for midoriya since rest of the previous one went tending to his injuries which mainly comprised of sleeping.
Morning lessons reminded everyone that regardless of the shenanigans they had been through yesterday, it was still a high school. But the part that got everyone excited was the last period,
"I AM.."
Everyone in class perked up a little in excitement even Todoroki, Gilgamesh had eyes on the door or rather the person behind it
".. COMING THROUGH THE DOOR LIKE A NORMAL PERSON"
The imposing figure of world's greatest hero, Allmight, walked to the teachers desk, as the class lit up in a chorus of excited praises for the man heralded as the symbol of peace,
"HERO FOUNDATIONAL STUDIES" Allmight stood in front of the class introduced the last period, reserved for only hero classes in the school.
"for this class, we will be building up your hero foundation through various challenges, so let's jump right in with BATTLE TRIAL" Allmight proclaimed loudly showing a card which had battle written on it.
"battle" Bakugo whispered with a maniacal grin.
"trial?" Midoriya gulped, his last trial was less than stellar and he had not improved anything compared to yesterday, hence once again his chances weren't going to be good.
"and to go with your first battle we have prepared your gear considering your quirk and the request you sent" Allmight said as he pressed a button on a small remote he picked from the teacher's table as from the wall beside the students came four rows of briefcases with numbers on them
"our battle gear!!" Sero exclaimed excited
"heck yeah!" Kirishima cheered
"change your costume and come to ground beta" Allmight said as he started to leave,
Midoriya hugged his battle gear, as he remembered how his mother had brought the jumper to go with his costume design, her own way of cheering him on.
"and remember for this moment onwards, you are all officially heroes" Allmight said the last bit as he stormed off to the testing ground.
At the entrance of ground beta,
The class gathered at the gate of the training ground beta which was a replica of a small city with building and everything that a city would have except people. Allmight stood in front of the class with his ever present smile as he watched the newest hero class enter the ground.
"there you are zygotes, be prepared at take the first step towards your training as a hero" Allmight said with a laugh as he noticed that the children were half listening and half marveling at their costume.
"will we be fighting robots again?" a green haired girl with the features of frog asked.
"not quiet, young Asui. In fact we will be taking two steps ahead and will be an Indoor battle trial"
Allmight then explained the two vs two battle format of hero and villain team as well as the objective of both teams involving the mock bomb.
"and finally your team and opponent will be chosen ..BY LOTTARY" Allmight exclaimed as he took a box with a hole on top of it.
"is that really how we will do it?!?" lida asked it confusion as well as disbelief as he excepted a more sophisticated and thought out teaming to accurately judge them.
"well pro heroes are often forced to work with other heroes on the spot according to the place and situation as it is probably because of that that sensei chose this method" midoriya gave his thoughts on the matter,
"I see, I apologize for the interruption sensei" lida thought about what midoriya said and apologized.
"worry not young lida, now let's began drawing lots"
Students started walking in as they took out a ball with a letter written on it from the box that Allmight presented and divided in pairs accordingly.
"hey deku" midoriya who was staring at the ball he drew which the letter A on it, was brought out of his thoughts as he looked at Uraraka who was walking towards him with the same ball with a letter A on it.
"looks like we are on the same team" Uraraka smiled at the boy who in response turned crimson,
"y-yes I look forward to w-working with you" Midoriya bowed.
"huh?" while the sudden professionalism confused Uraraka,
Suddenly a clanking sound brought their attention towards the box was kept.
The golden haired boy with the same golden coloured earring dressed in a regal golden armor which covered his entire boy save his face walking towards the box,
"wait I didn't see him in the changing room. Did anyone see Urk change" Sero asked thinking that he would have defiantly remembered that armor, lida had a hard time changing into his suit.
"that looks expensive" Ashido exclaimed as she whistled
"shiny, ce monsieur understands fashion" Aoyama nodded in approval.
Just when Gilgamesh lifted his hands to pick out the teaming the metallic glove on his hand disappeared into golden moots so that his hands could fit in the opening of the box.
"well there's your answer" Kaminari said to Sero
Midoriya instantly perked up when he saw the metallic glove disappear concluding that the armor was also a part of Urk's quirk. But then it would mean his quirk is more like a storage but then in the ball throw he used his quirk to fire a spear and that bow like thing had it's own ability does that mean they are all a part of his quirk or they can be acquired but disappearing and reappearing like that meant they were connected to his quirk but if his armor is a part of his quirk could it be more like Kirishima's…
"d-deku" Midoriya was brought out of his mumbling by a slightly impressed Uraraka, impressed by the number of words that came out of his mouth in a span of a few seconds.
"S-Sorry I-I was mumbling again" Midoriya apologized
"don't worry deku, we will win this" Uraraka gave him a thumbs up to cheer him up. Midoriya could have sworn he heard something along the lines of 'lucky bastard' from behind him but that wasn't his focus, He was focused on the ongoing drawing as were Todoroki and Bakugo.
Gilgamesh pulled his hand out as all three of them memorized the letter he drew, Team I.
Taking the ball with him he returned to the corner of the class with his signature unwelcoming posture.
"are you alright hagakure" a girl with earphone jack on both ear, kyoka Jiro, asked her invisible friend, as she realized that the girl was holding a ball that said the letter I on it.
"y-yep" hagakure slightly shuttered.
"that didn't sound ok, good luck though" Jiro gave her friend whatever little solace she could give before walking up to her own partner, kaminari, though not as powerful as the likes of Todoroki, Bakugo or Urk, he was leagues better in the working together and friendly personality aspect though she would have preferred if he was a little less of an idiot.
While the first match between Team A and D had been decided Hagakure worked up her courage to talk to her teammate.
"um..hello?" hagakure standing right beside the golden armored student said to bring his attention to her.
She saw his eyes open as suddenly he looked down straight in her eyes, a chill went down her spine as a pair of sharp blood crimson eyes bore straight in her eyes, could he see her?, she quickly recovered as the boy spoke
"speak" no greetings, no salutations, straight to the point. Yep she did not like this team.
