Vampire Outworlder

***This POV is now Andre's***

{Bronx, New York...}

It's been 15 years since Timothy was kicked out and done away with. Ever since Fredrick became president, he's cleaning house. For times like these, I'd bring nice cold cider beers and have game nights with Danny, Suzana, Ashley, and Alden.

But...it's just me, Danny, and Alden's siblings Nia and Desmond. I tried to make new friends, but these guys were with me for years. At the very least I managed to arrange a funeral for Suzana and Ashley, but Alden...oh Alden, you didn't deserve this.

His old man? Dead. How I found him? Desmond told me of his location and asked me to search his home to check on him every six months.

Every time I look at him, he is a man who is done with everything. Lost his money, house, lost his wife, lost his first son, and lost what respect the two siblings had gave him.

He told me that he regrets on how he treated them and wants to apologize multiple times. When I did that, they still remember how Lou insulted Alden and his friends.

Which did not end well. And now they wanted nothing to do with him. Left him to rot on his own along with his wife who did not last too long.

Man...who know Alden's death would leave a scar on the family to some extent.

On my end, I already been married and have a son as well.

I hear a knock on the door and as I looked through the peephole, I see Danny waiting.

I opened the door to see him. He's much older and has a beard along with some gray hairs.

"Danny, what's good?" I greeted him.

"Nothing much...how's your kid?" Danny said.

"He's doing fine. He told me that he got a hundred on his test and Tina took him to Taco House to treat him." I said with a weak smile. Danny also gave a sad look at me.

"You're still shaken up by their deaths. Same here." Danny said.

"Yeah...I still think about them every day." I sighed. I do miss my friends, but I'm able to function and move on. It's just...not the same anymore.

"Wanna go to Star Coffee? There's a new flavor that just came out." Danny, suggested.

"Yeah...I would like that." I smiled.

We went to the coffee place where we used to have our coffee and hang out. We walk around the city and see neon signs shine through the pouring rain, reminding me of the past where the war did not happen.

We tried to do what we all did years ago. Play in the arcade, watch movies, talk about games and comics, and many more. I was sad when I can no longer see them again, but in the end, I was happy it happened.

A few hours passed and the rain stopped and I noticed the sky darkening. And we began walking back to my home. Soon, we see a black van stopping at a light.

As we see the windows roll down, we saw handguns coming out that are aiming at us. Danny and I pulled out our guns.

*BANG!* *BANG!* *BANG!* *BANG!* *BANG!*

*Vrooooom!*

*Screeeech!*

A small gunfight occurred and the black van pulled off in a hurry knowing that we're not prey.

"Damn brats toting their guns like it's Great Thieves." I spat on the ground in disgust. "You alright, Danny?"

"Ugh...!" Danny groaned and leans on the concrete wall, bleeding badly.

"Danny? Danny!" I ran towards him and he is breathing heavily and sweating.

"Shit...they got me..." Danny groaned.

"Stay with me man, I'll call an ambulance!" I said as I pulled out my phone.

*Brrrt!*

[911 emergency.]

"My friend has been shot and is bleeding very badly!" I said to the phone.

[Okay, where are you located, sir?]

"I am at--"

"This is for Timothy, motherfucker!"

*BANG!* *BANG!* *BANG!*

*Vrooooom!*

[Shots fired! Sir, are you alright? Sir?]

[Caller is unresponsive. Sending paramedics and po.....]

{Now...}

I dart myself awake and feel my chest and face to see that the wounds that I felt at the time was a dream and yet, it happened.

"That damn dream again..." I said.

I look at my hand with sharp fingernails and the image of my hand stained with blood.

"To think I have been killed by a Timothy Fanatic...after all these years..." I sighed in disappointment in not of myself, but the guy who killed me and Danny. A guy who is deluded.

I crawled out of my black coffin and checked my stats.

It's just as I remembered playing Evolutionsim. I still play it, but it's much less than what I used to do when I was younger. I still remember reaching max level as a vampire and fought beings who fly around in robotic suits. Also, there are few collabs of isekai, regression, and dungeon stories like the Black Garden, Shadow Monarch, Villain's Life, and the most nastiest of all, Alpha Omega Death Adventurer, and multiple more.

From what I see throughout the years, it's before the expansion. I saw no flying robots nor certain characters and enemies.

I step out of my black coffin and look out the window to see that the sky is still bright out there and is unfavorable for me to go out at this time.

[Danger! An Adult Dragon has been detected!]

Two Tyrants!? And they're dragons!? Dammit, at this time of day, I can't even run without risking getting burned by the sun!

*Wrooosh!*

I made a mad dash to collect my Blood Orb and my belongings to throw them into my coffin. This little fortress of mine is used to allow me to rest without the fear of the sun.

*THOOOM!*

"Shit, they're here already!?" I thought to myself. Before I turned into dark mist, I heard voices. Voices that I never hear a long time.

"Is this the place?" a female voice said.

"Yeah, I felt it along the way." a male voice said.

No...it can't be...Alden? Ashley? After all these years, I'm hearing their voices behind the fortress.

*Creeeak!*

*Thump!*

The blinding indirect light shines through the dark fortress where one towering figure approaches where another have glowing blue eyes that shines through the darkness.

But for me, I can see in the dark perfectly.

"Alden? Ashley?" I called out to them.

"Andre!?" Alden responded to my voice and a wave of emotions began rising. I lit the candle and to see them in the light.

We gasped upon seeing each other. My friends, my friends who died indeed reincarnated here. All these years alone, fighting enemies, evolving, escaping the sun and the vampire hunters, it became worth it.

I am finally able to meet them again.
