Eleanor was distracted from their conversation by the mention of tea. She had been looking forward to trying more tea and now the time had come. She crossed her fingers, hoping that this tea would be a new flavour.

Eleanor looked around and found only she was excited. Was it because she enjoyed drinking tea while writing her stories? It always puts her in a good mood. If the others did not want tea then it would be all the better for her. 

Hazel was surprised by Julia's visit since she had told her that the women would be serving themselves but with this room having something for her guests to drink, Julia was one step ahead to save the day. "Thank you. How is the gathering going? Are the remaining ladies behaving? I will rejoin them in a moment."
