A Happy Ending

Togi and Kula have reunited with loving moments. He has also apologized to Rita for hitting her and lucky enough Rita accepted his apology after he agreed to join her in cooking for a week.

Lucas is sitting beside Cara while Miss Yuko is examining the omega. It has been seven hours since she fainted and Lucas is seriously worried that he had to call the royal doctor.

"She's fine and only sleeping. Her body is adjusting to the pregnancy, don't worry my king, she will be fine." Yuko says and Togi sighs in relief.

"Thank you, Miss Yuko. Please also run some check up for Kula here, she has been locked up for three years, her health is not on it's best right now." Lucas informs the doctor and Yuko nods to the king's words.

"Alright my lord, I will do just that." Yuko turned to look at Kula and she smiled at her.

"Please come with me." She says and Kula follows her quietly.

Once the doctor and Kula exit the room, Lucas looks up at Togi and he sighed. "Have you contacted her parents?"

"Yes I have. Togi replies and Lucas nods his head.

"What do you want to do with Smith? That man is pure evil and I can't keep a monster in my kingdom."

"I will take him back to the Gumiho clan and the king will punish him for all his evil doing."

"That's great. You should rest with Kula when she's done with the check up, I need to take care of my wife." Lucas says and Togi smiled in understanding before leaving the room.

Once he was gone, Lucas lay beside Cara and kissed her forehead before pulling her closer to himself. 

"I can't wait to tell you the good news about our little prince." He whispers into her ears before kissing her on the lips.

Cara blinks her eyes open and the strong but relaxing scent of her alpha enveloped her nose. She smiled when she saw the alpha sleeping beside her.

"My Lucas." She moves closer to him and rests her head against his chest while caressing the bare skin. "I love you so much my Lucas." She whispers with a giggle following and the king laughs softly before blinking his eyes open.

"And I love you more." He leans down and kisses her forehead. "You're so soft these days and I like it." Lucas says before kissing her on the lips.

"I don't know why I'm soft either, but I like it this way." She giggles like a child and Lucas feels his heart melting away in love.

"Did you bathe me?" She asked and the king nodded his head in confirmation.

"Yes, I did and I will be doing that from now on. You're my precious wife and I don't want to stress you at all."

"It's not stressful to bathe myself, but the truth is that I've been suffering from morning sickness for the past two weeks and I've been feeling so feverish. I didn't want to tell you because you've been so busy with your duties." Cara says and leans closer to Lucas and the blanket comes off her body to her waist, exposing her naked upper body and her breasts to the king's eyes.

Lucas observes her breasts and indeed they've increased in size as expected. He really feels bad for Cara because she knows nothing about how an omega's body reacts when they're pregnant.

He reaches his hand to the right breast and gently touches the nipple, but Cara flinches at his touch and bite her bottom lips.

"So sensitive." She mutters, but Lucas gives no response and he touches the left nipple and she flinches again but moans this time around.

The alpha smiles and kisses his wife deeply, pouring his love and affection into the kiss and Cara gladly opens her mouth for the king to explore. After kissing to their heart's content, Lucas pulls away from the kiss and he moves down and kisses Cara's stomach before caressing it. He lifted his head up to look at Cara and he smiled warmly at her.

"You're pregnant my love." He says with so much love and Cara blinks twice with big eyes while staring at her alpha.

She can't believe what she's hearing and she sits up and Lucas does the same. "Are you kidding me?" She asked and Lucas reached his hand to her face and caressed the soft skin.

"No, I'm not. You're really pregnant and doctor Yuko was here earlier to run some check ups on you. You're really pregnant, my love and it's a boy." Lucas happily breaks the news, but he was so shocked to see Cara crying softly. She leaned against his chest and cried softly.

"What's wrong Cara? You don't want to have a child?" Lucas asks while caressing her back but she looks up to meet his eyes and shakes her head in disapproval to his question.

"I love you Lucas and I want to have a child with you. I never thought that I would someday have a family of my own and the world's best husband. All my life has been nothing but pain and suffering, but you changed it all and now I'm pregnant with your child, your heir." Cara crawls out of the blanket and sits on Lucas's lap, exposing her nakedness to her husband's eyes.

"You've made me a woman Lucas, you've made me see omegas as important people and not objects of pleasure and weak souls. Thank you so much for loving me." She leaned closer to him and hugged him to herself.

The king embraces her and kisses her neck. "You're my precious treasure, my precious jewel and my heart beat and my everything. I love you more than life itself and I will do all I can to keep you happy as long as we live." Lucas says and Cara captures his lips in a loving kiss while her breasts are busy pressing against Lucas's chest. 

In a matter of minutes, Lucas is all over Cara, kissing her body and sending pleasure to her in the sweetest ways ever, and it eventually leads to a hot love making of which Cara thinks she's going to go insane due to so much pleasure, but in the end it was just what she wanted.

Lucas is busy feeding Cara with some grapes after their hot love making and the nice refreshing bath. The omega is happily eating it from him while caressing her flat stomach.

"When will our son start kicking?" Cara asks and Lucas smiles down at her.

"Around 18 to 20 weeks into your pregnancy, you will start feeling his tiny legs kicking." Lucas explains and Cara giggles at the thought.

"I can't wait to feel him kicking, but I don't really know much about pregnancy because I've not been taught much about being an omega and what it entails being pregnant." Cara pouts and the king can feel her sadness. He kisses her forehead and softly massages her hand.

"I will teach you all you need to know about being an omega and your pregnancy stages. Don't be sad, okay?" Lucas assures his mate and Cara smiles, but she suddenly recalls how Togi wanted to kill her and she quickly sits up and holds Lucas's hand.

"What about Togi? Is he still after my life?" She asks with fear evident in her voice and Lucas shakes his head in disapproval to her question.

"No at all. Togi is so sorry and as we speak, he's in the kitchen cooking with Rita as a punishment for hurting her." Lucas explains all that happened to Cara, from how Smith locked Togi's mate up and framed the dark raven up for her death. 

He also told Cara how he sought help from the great seer and how she complied in helping him. He apparently told Cara everything and the omega was surprised on hearing everything.

She also recalled seeing Lucas in his wolf form for the very first time and she smiled at the thought and of course the king noticed the beautiful smile.

"Why smiling, baby?"

"It's nothing, just that you're really a huge scary wolf and I love it."

"Oh, I see you do." Lucas chuckled and stepped out of the bed before giving Cara his hand. "Come let's eat, dinner is set and Togi and his mate Kula are already waiting for us." Lucas helps Cara up before walking over to her closet to get a beautiful white gown with blue designs around the neck and the hand.

"Please wear this, let go for dinner, don't bother wearing a bra so that you can feel more comfortable when eating." Lucas drops the gown on the bed. He walks over to his own closet and selects a casual blue shirt and he puts it on.

"Yes, I don't actually like wearing bras, it's not my thing."

"I know sweetheart, that's why I asked you not to wear one." Lucas stands behind Cara and helps her in styling her hair up into a ponytail. He also helps her in arranging the gown and she giggles and hugs him.

"Thank you for loving me unconditionally." 

"And thank you for coming into my life." 

They both smiled and shared soft kisses before walking out of the room and straight to the royal dining room.

On getting to the dining room, Cara sees Togi laughing with Rita and another lady. She gives Lucas a questioning look and the king understands immediately.

"That's Kula, Togi's mate."

"Oh, she's very beautiful." Cara mutters and they both sit on their rightful seat. Taking her eyes away from Togi was a bit difficult. She still feels scared of the Gumiho despite Lucas's explanation.

She smiles on seeing her best friend Rita and also Janet present in the dining room, but when her eyes meet with that of Togi who seems to be coming closer to her, she quickly looks away.

Togi noticed the look of fear in Cara's eyes and he felt so bad for what he did to her in the past and earlier in the morning.

When he gets to where she's sitting, he drops the tray of food and fried chicken in front of her and sits closer to her.

Cara looked at him with big eyes, but she didn't get up. Of course she's still scared of him, but she still wants to hear him out. 

"I don't have any words to justify my actions. You pleaded with tears but I refused to listen to you. I'm so sorry Cara, please forgive me and see me as an elder brother." Togi says and Cara clearly sees sincerity in his eyes.

Cara stares at him for a while before nodding her head with a smile gracing her lips. "Okay brother Togi, I've forgiven you, but please don't let your vengeance ruin your life. You might do something you will end up regretting."

"I will keep that in mind. Thank you so much, Cara." Togi serves some food on Cara's gold plate, but her eyes are seriously fixed on the chicken and the Gumiho chuckled at her cute sight and he added more chicken to her plate and she smiled in satisfaction.

"Thank you Togi." She grins and the Gumiho chuckles softly.

"Edd Damon."

"What?"

"Call me brother Damon, that's my real name, Edd Damon. I only go by my nickname Togi, but I'd be happy if you call me by my real name, Damon." The Gumiho says and Cara nods her head with a smile.

"I will call you by your real name, brother Damon." She giggles when the Gumiho gives her a thumbs up and walks over to sit with his lover.

"Made a new friend?" Lucas asks.

"More like an elder brother. His real name is Edd Damon and I prefer to call him that rather than Togi." The omega says while enjoying her meal.

"I know his name is Damon, but I just decided to call him by his general name." He takes two chicken thighs from his food and adds it to his mate's plate. "I'm glad you two are not friends."

Times really fly and it's been many months with beautiful memories between Lucas's family and Damon's family. Smith has finally been executed by the king of the Gumiho clan because of his numerous evil doings.

Cara and Kula have developed a great friendship, more like that of sisters and they are both pregnant. Although Cara is in her final month while Kula is six months into her pregnancy, Christmas is just around the corner which means double the decorations.

Lucas had long made a public announcement about Cara's pregnancy to his people, and he's making great plans for the arrival of their little prince.

The people of the kingdom are also making plans for the arrival of the little prince. They're making beautiful decorations around the kingdom to welcome the child and the women are busy making plans on getting Cara and her son the perfect gift.

Jack and Sam are busy making preparations in the Palace as it is already the due date for the baby's arrival as well as Christmas preparation while Damon is taking care of the palace decorations.

Cara is resting in the labor room, but she can still hear all the joyous noise going on in the kingdom. She has been having serious contractions for the past three days and Yuko advises her to rest as it will help in calming her down.

"How are you feeling my love?" Lucas asks while caressing the sweat off her head.

"I'm weak. Our son is really so strong." She says and Kula gently taps her hand in encouragement.

"I'm so sorry my love." Lucas apologizes and Cara laughs softly at her husband. She noticed that he has been apologizing a lot for the past three days and she doesn't really like it.

"Don't apologize, it's a good thing and I'm happy. I just want to have my baby in my arms…." Cara suddenly gasps as she feels the labor kicking in. She turns around to look at Lucas who already seems worried and she holds his hand.

"I-I think our son is coming, please call doctor Yuko." She breathes out heavily as she feels strong cramping in her abdomen, groin, and back, as well as an achy feeling. She opens her mouth as she tries to breathe while enduring the pain of the contractions.

Lucas has already called the doctor and in no time Yuko arrives in the delivery room. She asks Kula to relax outside while she does what she's best at. 

The king is worried and he refuses to leave the room despite Yuko's request. He wants to be there with Cara all the way and even if he can't feel his mate's pain, he wants to stay beside her, hold her hands while saying sweet words to her.

He leans closer to her and kisses her forehead. "You can do this baby, you're the strongest woman I've ever met in my whole life. Keep pushing sweetheart, I love my darling." He whispers into her ears while watching her sweat in pain with tears in her eyes, and just then he hears the cry of the symbol of their love, their son and heir to the throne.

Cara takes a heavy breath as she looks down at her baby in Yuko's arms and immediately she smiles gracefully while looking at her crying son. She looked up to her husband and smiled softly.

"Our son is finally here." She mutters and the king leans down and places kisses on her forehead. 

"Well done my love, you're indeed a brave and strong woman." He kisses her on the lips before carrying his son in his arms.

"Welcome home son." He says with so much pride and gladness.

There's a great celebration in the palace over the safe delivery of the heir and also the naming ceremony.

Lucas is sitting on his ivory throne, dressed in silver attire and silver boots, and beside him is his wife, his mate, Cara.

She's wearing a beautiful golden and purple gown and a gold shoe. She looks so beautiful like a goddess and the people of the kingdom keep admiring her beauty.

Their little bundle of joy is laying in the little beautiful blue cradle, sleeping peacefully besides his mother.

It's really a day of happiness and celebration and other kings from different kingdoms all honored the occasion by coming for the child's naming ceremony.

Damon and Kula are also present in the celebration with lots of gifts for the mother and child.

After the party and the merriment, Lucas finally gets up from his throne and Cara gently carries their little bundle of joy and gives him to the king.

Lucas smiled at her as he gently carried the baby before kissing him on the forehead.

He lifts his eyes to the people present in his palace, his face is graced with a smile of appreciation and happiness as he gives his speech.

"I greatly appreciate you all for honoring my invitation and making it to my son's naming ceremony. Today my wife and I stand here in front of you all, and I name my son Ricky. His name is Ricky, Evans Ricky the heir to Avalon kingdom." Lucas says and lifts his son up and everyone present in the palace cheers happily in jubilation.

Lucas looks at his mate Cara and he gives her their little son and he faces his people again.

"I met my mate Cara around February this year, and I'm full of excitement to announce to everyone that I'm spending this Christmas with my little family. Christmas is just a month away, and I wish everyone a merry Christmas in advance. Thank you all for honoring my family on this day, I will never forget it." Lucas said in appreciation and everyone continued with their merriment.

Christmas bells are ringing, the whole kingdom is filled and covered up in beautiful and shining Christmas lights and decorations. Christmas trees are placed on the streets of the kingdom along with songs of Christmas.

"Oh, honey I love the smell of Christmas," Cara says and sits on Lucas's lap. They're in their room enjoying themselves while their son is busy playing with his fingers.

"Yes my love, I do love it too." Lucas caresses his mate's face and captures her lips in a loving kiss. They enjoyed their little moment for a while before pulling away.

"Honey, what gifts are we giving to our son, Ricky?" Cara asks softly.

"Ummm I really don't know, but I guess we should give Ricky a little sister, what do you say?" Lucas winks at Cara who just stared at him in surprise, and she playfully hits his chest and kisses him again.

"You're so funny Lucas. Come let's take our baby to the living room for our Christmas Eve celebration." Cara says as she gets off Lucas's lap and the alpha carries his son and they head straight to the living room in the palace.

Damon, Kula, Sam, Jack, Rita, Janet and many other relatives are all around for the Eve party, and the moment Damon sees Ricky, he quickly carries the child from his best friend Lucas as he's so fond of the child.

It's actually a night filled with love and passion, a celebration of love and happiness. The music played and played throughout the night without stopping.

"Merry Christmas Cara, I love you." Lucas kisses his dear darling wife and she smiles into the kiss.

"Merry Christmas honey, I love you too my dear alpha." Cara replies as she wraps her hands around Lucas's neck and they share a kiss in love and full of passion.
